Abstract

Kelompok Tani Sekar Tirta a farmer group consisting of the elderly after full duty . They chosecatfish farming because it is relatively easy to handle. It turns yields less than satisfactory dueto the low selling price . Hence then think about how to keep the catfish may have added valueas well as the product can be long lasting. To begin try made it shredded catfish. It turns outthat the results are quite as demand continues to increase . This is because the product has notbeen made by other manufacturers. Next made a dry pastel catfish, catfish crackers, and piacatfish. The success of these farmer groups positive impact to the surrounding community sothat it can push some of the surrounding communities cultivate catfish also because demand forraw materials increases catfish .Along with the increasing demand Kelompok Tani Sekar Tirtaare faced with a difficulty procuring a product , to make shredded catfish takes five hours to stir. Likewise with his catfish crackers because the thickness of the product is often found to be notas well as take a long time to cut it . Through the IbM program will fix the problem because theteam managed to make IbM UNTAG Surabaya TTG mixer machine ( maker ) shredded catfish iscapable of processing 20 kg of catfish in one hour . Abstract

Kadungrejo village situated on the banks of the Solo River. This village is a village predominantly fertile rice growing are effective only harvest once a year because the flooded Bengawan Solo almost certainly occur every year. Majority of the population live on less prosperous regions. While the non-rice crops that are often found in yards and houses along the banks of the Solo River are banana plants. Banana plants are very many benefits. In addition to fruit and leaves are also the sheath.During this banana thrown away because they are not any good or just a waste. New 10 years ago because of the demand of stem of the banana bunch, the villagers Kadungrejo banana processing into economically valuable goods which are sold for sale. Villagers Kadungrejo very grateful because it can be used to make a living. During this time the problem occurs is the inability of the population to be able to meet the demand of collectors slap.The inability of the population to be able to meet the demand because they do slap on the sidelines of time and equipment to wring so simple that it takes a long time. Average population can only produce less than 10 kg slap in 1 day. Though slap banana production process is not too complicated. With the use of existing tools, slap the resulting average diameter no less so in accordance with the request that resulted in a low slap appreciated. Besides, existing tools make tired quickly so that the results obtained little slap and slap on the side of making less can be optimized.Kata Kunci: Pelepah pisang, alat pemilin

Abstract

The final task is to give consideration to the company to add crumble pellet machine in an effort to increase production so as to meet the demand. In completing this final project used several techniques to compare the economic methods addition of new machines, and production planning.Worth Annual method to determine the annual value of an investment and summed with the cost of production and comparability with the cost of production without new investment. HoltWinter forecasting method to forecast the demand for 1 year. And after that calculates the cost of production when using the addition crumble pellet machine and do not use the machine additions crumble pellets. Smaller production costs are selected.

Abstract

Desa Banyuurip, kecamatan Kedamean, kabupaten Gresik, mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan penjual bunga serta tanaman hias. Dusun Miru dan Dusun Pendem di Desa Banyuurip terkenal dengan tanaman hias berkualitas ekspor. Sebagian stand bunga di Desa Banyuurip juga menawarkan jasa pembuatan taman di kota-kota sekitar. Melihat pertumbuhan yang baik dalam hal pertanian bunga dan tanaman hias maka membuka peluang bagi Desa Banyuurip untuk menjadi kampung wisata bunga di kabupaten Gresik. Dengan begitu banyaknya stand bunga di Desa Banyuurip menyebabkan banyak limbah sampah organik berupa daun-daun kering dan tanaman bunga yang telah layu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang layout fasilitas pengolahan limbah sampah organik menggunakan metode Systematic Layout Planning. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan lima stasiun kerja yang dirancang antara lain tempat penampungan sampah dengan luas 3,75 m2, stasiun kerja pencacahan sampah dengan luas 5 m2, stasiun kerja pemrosesan fermentasi dengan luas 18 m2, stasiun kerja penyaringan pupuk dengan luas 10 m2, dan stasiun kerja pengemasan pupuk dengan luas 5 m2.

Abstract

As the Covid-19 case decreases in Gresik Regency, tourism destination have begun to open, including the Sunan Giri Religious tourism. By the opening of these tourism destination, the opportunity for small and medium industry to resell their products is widely opened. To increase sales, especially food as souvenirs or consumed on the spot, it is necessary to do research to find out what factors influence consumer decisions in buying food. This study aims to determine the variables that influence the decision of tourists to buy food at the religious tourism object of Giri Village. The hypothesis that the consumer's decision to buy food (Y) is influenced by price, product, place of sale and promotion (X1, X2, X3, X4), and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. The method used to obtain information from respondents is in the form of a questionnaire. The instrument test was carried out to measure the validity and consistency of the questionnaire, the results were that all indicator variables were valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination in the multiple linear test is 0.864 which can be interpreted that the independent variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 have a contribution effect of 86.4% to the Y variable, and the other 13.6% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied. . Simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test resulted in the conclusion that the price, product, place of sale, and promotion variables together had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the promotion variable partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Otak-otak Bandeng is one of a traditional food from Surabaya that likedby own Surabaya people and outside Surabaya.Consider with its one of SmallMedium Entrepreuner (UKM) still produce “ Otak-otak Bandeng “ till recentlyare the Carian Villagers, house or off led by Mrs.Fatimah (First Patner). TheseUKM of Mrs. Fatimah contains 12 people that from womens surroundingsespecially housewife,most of them unlucky family. Actually these womens UKMhad been long time and still continue now. The produck has been distributed tomany near market,some offices,more customer buy as souvenir traditional foodfrom Surabaya. The problem of UKM is over demand capacity but unable tofulfilled caused by product capacity limit and over time product process(maximum 10 kilos made 30 pieces otak-otak Bandeng for 9 hours each day),except its also the product cant stay long causes product condition after gotsteam still contains dig water incase the product should have keep for nighttodried first then fried to distributed. However ,when distributed the productwould early expired so can caused distributed range unwide. Beside productioncapacity problem, these UKM doesn’t understood how to managed finance sotheres no specific account for cost of goods production value neither accountingdebt credit. Abstract

Budidaya Lobster Air Tawar (LAT) merupakan komoditi baru dalam bisnis komoditi perikanan hias maupun konsumsi. Lobster jenis redclaw (Cherax quadricarinatus) merupakan jenis bisnis investasi yang tumbuh semakin pesat di Indonesia sejak munculnya Permen Kelautan dan Perikanan No.56/Permen-KP/2016. Tingginya permintaan yang tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan supply lobster air tawar jenis redclaw yang dikenal mudah dan cepat menyebabkan lambatnya perkembangan pegiat loster dibandingkan dengan besarnya pangsa pasar baik dalam maupun luar negri. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi, langkah-langkah serta analisis terkait faktor-faktor apa yang menjadikan minat masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi bidang budidaya LAT. Pembuatan model analisis faktor melibatkan faktor digital marketing, literasi keuangan, pendapatan, serta profitabilitas, dan keputusan investasi beserta indikator-indikator variabel dalam sebuah model analisis SEM menggunakan CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor profitabilitas atau tingkat keuntungan yang akan diperoleh dengan nilai loading factor sebesar 0,74 dengan indikator utama yaitu rasio pengembalian modal (P1) sebesar 1,00.

Abstract

Wabah covid-19 membuat dunia usaha di Indonesia begitu terpukul. Salah satu UKM yang terkena dampak  pandemi Covid-19 adalah UKM “KUEKU” yang beralamat Jln.Carikan IV no.6A Kecamatan Bubutan Surabaya. Produk yang dihasilkan UKM ini adalah Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM produsen Otak-otak Bandeng sejak  terjadinya pandemi covid-19 ini adalah penjualan menurun drastis sehingga tinggal 30%  . Strategi pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut agar UKM  bangkit kembali dari keterpurukan. Hasil dari pengamatan terhadap konsumen  Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo adalah konsumenya berusia 35 tahun ke atas. Sedangkan masyarakat yang berusia dikisaran 15-35 tahun berdasarkan angket yang disebar sebanyak 100 orang,  banyak yang mengenal otak-otak bandeng Suroboyo tapi  sebatas mendengar saja sebanyak  87 orang  dan  38 orang   pernah mengkonsumsi serta 28 orang  sangat menyukai, hal ini dapat dikatakanbahwa produk ini sebetulnya telah mendapat tempat di hati masyarakat.  Hasil analisis SWOT terlihat bahwa produk  Otak-otak Bandeng Suroboyo ini  antara peluang dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki saling mendukung, hal ini diketahui  dari titik singgung IFAS dan EFAS berada pada kuadran 1 (Positif, Positif). Untuk itu strategi yang bisa dilakukan oleh UKM “KUEKU” dalam memasarkan otak-otak bandeng Suroboyo agar optimal adalah  strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dengan  melakukan Strategi Ofensif

Abstract

The existence of Sunan Giri's grave in Gresik Regency is a blessing for the surrounding community. The community's economy is lifted and various products are marketed. The tourists in addition to pilgrimages usually also buy souvenirs in the form of food or non-food. The COVID-19 pandemic and Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused tourist attractions to be closed, including the religious tourist site of Sunan Giri's cemetary. Business actors were very hit because their products were not absorbed by the market, for that research was conducted to determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in buying products, especially non-food products such as knitting, clothing, hijab, accessories and others at the Sunan Giri tourist attraction. Based on the research results, the factors that influence tourists' decisions to buy non-food products as souvenirs can be explained by the Multiple Linear Regression model Y=0.046 +1.006X1 + 0.019 X2 + 0.539 X3 + 0.246X4. The coefficient of determination is 91.7%, indicating the simultaneous influence of the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion, contributes to the dependent variable of purchasing decisions, while 8.3% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied. Based on the F test the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions and the results of the t test show that each independent variable of price, product, place of sale and promotion has a partial effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions.AbstraKKeberadaan makam Sunan Giri di Kabupaten Gresik  menjadi berkah bagi masyarakat sekitar. Perekonomian masyarakat  terangkat dan beraneka  produk dipasarkan. Para  wisatawan disamping ziarah biasanya juga membeli oleh-oleh baik berupa makanan atau non makanan. Pandemi covid 19 dan aturan PPKM yang  ketat menyebabkan tempat-tempat wisata ditutup termasuk tempat wisata religi makam Sunan Giri. Pelaku usaha sangat terpukul karena produknya tidak terserap pasar, untuk itu penelitian  dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam membeli produk khususnya non makanan seperti rajut, pakaian, hijab, asesoris dan lain-lain di objek wisata Sunan Giri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan untuk membeli produk non makanan sebagai oleh-oleh dapat dijelaskan dengan model Regresi Linier Berganda Y=0,046 +1,006X1 + 0,019 X2 + 0,539 X3 + 0,246X4. Nilai kaefisien Determinasi  91,7 %, menunjukan besar pengaruh serentak variabel  bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sedangkan 8,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel bebas yang diteliti. Berdasarkan uji F  variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian dan hasil  uji t menunjukan masing-masing variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   berpengaruh secara parsial dengan variabel terikat keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Batik merupakan warisan budaya masa lampau dan diakui Unesco sebagai warisan dunia. Kita bangsa Indonesia harus bangga dan harus menjaga Karya Agung nenek moyang itu agar tetap terjaga eksistensinya. UMKM batik yang berusaha di bidang perbatikan, yang sehubungan dengan hal tersebut perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak adalahUMKM Batik Kembang Ayu yang memproduksi batik tulis dengan corak  khas Surabaya yaitu ikan Suro dan Boyo, bunga mangrove, dan semanggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi  UMKM  ini adalah peralatan membatik masih seadanya karena terbatasnya modal dan berharap adanya pelatihan desain batik agar kreatif untuk menciptakan inovasi motif-motif baru yang  modern supaya bisa bersaing dengan produk batik yang sudah ada di pasaran. Disamping itu UMKM ini juga belum mengelola usahanya  secara tertib administrasi. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan belum mengerti cara melakukan penghitungan terhadap harga pokok produksi dan pembuatan pembukuan sederhana, laporan kemajuan usaha serta belum punya rencana dasar pemasaran yang efektif. Untuk itu Tim PKM Untag Surabaya  mengusulkan pengadaan peralatan membatik, mengadakan pelatihan desain batik, pembinaan manajemen usaha agar dapat membuat penghitungan harga pokok produksi, membuat pembukuan sederhana, membuat laporan rugi laba dan agar bisa memasarkan produknya secara efektif. Hasil yang dicapai dalam  program ini yaitu terealisasinya pengadaaan peralatan membatik, pelatihan desain batik jenis kontemporer dan pembinaan manajemen usaha. Dengan terealisasinya program tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan  meningkatkan penjualan.
