Abstract

Propagation model is an important part that can be used to design a communication network one of them is mobile communication. The difference in the propagation signal received from the transmitter to the mobile station will result in loss propagation so we need a propagation model that can describe the propagation characteristics of a region such as urban areas in this case is Pekanbaru City. To get the propagation model in accordance with the characteristics of Pekanbaru City the method used is measurement through a drive test. This research aimsto determine the mobile communication propagation model in LTE 1800 MHz that fits the characteristics of Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the measurement of the value of loss to distance obtained by the propagation model of mobile communication in the city of Pekanbaru with 3 models of the equation, among others linear equation model: L = 5.1 x D + 85, quadratic equation: L = 2.2 x + 3 x + 86 and cubic equation: L = 0.65 x + 0.84 x + 3.6 x D + 86.

Abstract

Human needs for technology in everyday life can not be released, almost all aspects of life can not be separated from technology. Many people use technology to facilitate their activities. This research was conducted at CV. Agus Motor which is a business engaged in the sale of used motorcycles. The system that runs on the CV. Agus Motor has several approved problems, the first is the amount of motorcycle data, customer data, and sales data that is processed using manual data such as using records on paper media or lost or scattered records. The second problem, there is no proper storage media to store these data. Problem three, there is no purchase report every month issued by employees having difficulty in providing sales results. This system is designed using HTML, PHP, CSS, and using MySQL database. The method in this study uses object-oriented analysis and design with uml modeling. system that can help in the sales process to facilitate the company such as processing data into consumer data and motorcycle sales transactions that can generate payment reports from consumers. In this payment system employees are expected to be able to input customer data, motor data, and monthly sales report scores

Abstract

PT. Radar Riau merupakan sebuah Instansi swasta yang bergerak di bidang media pers. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi adalah saat akhir bulan/tahun beberapa data arsip surat akan di kumpulkan, pegawai harus sibuk mencari data terlebih dahulu dan juga bertanya pegawai lain untuk mencari arsip surat yang ingin di cari. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan sistem informasi administrasi surat- menyurat yang dapat memberi kemudahan dalam proses penomoran dan pengarsipan surat, data surat yang ada serta laporan bulanan surat masuk atau keluar dengan menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Tahapan analisa dan perancangan sistem menggunakan teknik Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dan perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah rancang bangun sistem informasi yang dapat memberi kemudahan bagi instansi dalam proses pelayanan administrasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan PT. Radar Riau dalam hal penomoran dan pengarsipan surat.

Abstract

Komunikasi seluler 4G LTE berkembang sangat pesat, untuk itu diperlukan kualitas jaringan yang baik dalam mendukung komunikasi. Salah satu metode menentukan kualitas sinyal 4G LTE adalah dengan melakukan drive test. Pada penelitian ini Drive test digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas sinyal 4G LTE dari beberapa provider di lokasi pengukuran kampus UIN Suska Riau dengan Parameter yang diukur ialah RSRP, RSRQ, SNR dan RSSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa provider yang terbaik adalah provider E dengan RSRP 88,3 dBm, RSRQ -12,3 dB, SNR 12,3 dB dan RSSI -54,6 dBm. Yang kedua provider A dengan RSRP -84 dBm, RSRQ -13 dB, SNR 11,3 dB dan RSSI -54,3 dBm. Yang ketiga provider C dengan RSRP -88,3 dBm, RSRQ-11,3 dB, SNR 6,6 dB, dan RSSI -59,6 dBm. Yang keempat provider D dengan RSRP 101,6 dBm, RSRQ -12 dB, SNR 4,3 dB, dan RSSI -68,3 dBm. Dan yang kelima provider B dengan RSRP -100,6 dBm, RSRQ -14,3 dB, SNR 1,6 dB, dan RSSI 65dBm. Kata kunci: 4G LTE, RSRP, RSRQ, SNR, dan RSSI.
