Abstract

PT Topjaya Antariksa Electronics is a manufacturing company that produces various refrigerators, home freezers, and showcase refrigerators. Refrigerators are produced in the form of single doors and twin doors. This company was founded in 1988 and distributed by Toshiba Sarana Utama throughout Indonesia. This research is intended to reduce the process failure rate so that the potential for defects produced in the polyurethane shop is reduced by finding repair solutions. This study aims to plan improvement efforts to reduce process failures in the polyurethane shop and then evaluate the results of implementing the proposal. The FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method is used. This method performs several stages, such as determining the potential failure mode in each process, identifying the cause of failure, and then making a priority order. Process failure in this polyurethane shop is the most significant process failure compared to other shops. This failure causes the defects in the process at the polyurethane shop to be higher than in other shops. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, the number of refrigerator cabinets in the flawed polyurethane injection process amounted to 7,666 units, 8,256 units, and 8,014 units. The percentage of defects compared to the amount of production found in the polyurethane injection process each year was 18.46%, 17.82%, and 18.11%.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan yang pasti dihadapi oleh suatu negara, terutama negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Riau merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang tingkat penganggurannya mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2019 Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di provinsi Riau sebesar 5,76%, pada tahun 2020 meningkat menjadi 6,32% dan pada tahun 2021 menurun menjadi 4,42%. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di provinsi Riau dengan cara mengelompokkan kabupaten/kota yang ada di provinsi Riau sehingga mengetahui di mana wilayah yang memiliki tingkat pengangguran tinggi dan wilayah yang memiliki tingkat pengangguran rendah supaya pemerintah dapat memberikan solusi pada wilayah dengan tingkat pengangguran tinggi. Metode Fuzzy K-Means dapat membantu menentukan clustering tingkat pengangguran di provinsi Riau berdasarkan indikator tingkat pengangguran khususnya Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT), Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 12 kabupaten/kota di provinsi Riau terbagi menjadi dua cluster yaitu cluster tingkat pengangguran tinggi dan cluster tingkat pengangguran rendah, cluster dengan tingkat pengangguran tinggi terdapat 6 wilayah dan tingkat pengangguran rendah terdapat 6 wilayah.   Kata kunci: Clustering, Fuzzy K-Means, Data Mining.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator kesejahteraan rakyat adalah perumahan dan lingkungan. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk melihat berapa pengaruh tingkat kemiskinan terhadap penerima bantuan pembangunan rumah layak huni di Provinsi Riau menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari Dinas PUPR PKPP Provinsi Riau dan metode yang digunakan disini yakni metode analisi regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diperoleh bahwa persamaan regersinya dimana jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini terdapatnya pengaruh tingkat kemiskinan terhadap pembangunan rumah layak huni.

Abstract

Tourism promotion in Pekanbaru is one step in increasing the number of tourists visiting Pekanbaru City. Through tourism promotion, tourists will find out where the locations are in Pekanbaru and information related to these tourist objects. This research aims to design a tourism promotion system using near-field communication (NFC) smart posters using smartphones in the city of Pekanbaru and apply NFC technology to Android smartphones in the city of Pekanbaru. Promote tourism in the city of Pekanbaru. They were testing this application with the System Usability Score, which had a good score of 74.30. This study shows that the planning and modeling of the smart poster system using NFC technology makes it easier to identify important information for every tourism activity in Pekanbaru. The results of this study are the design and product of an intelligent poster using NFC on an Android smartphone that can help users achieve information so that it is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

technology, namely the use of e-Library as an online catalog facility to directly access collections of books, theses or other collections contained in the library. This research is based on the fact that users feel dissatisfied with the services provided by the e-Library, such as collections and collection information that do not meet user needs. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of e-Library users using the End User Computing Satisfaction method with five perspectives namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to determine which attributes are important to be improved and which need to be reduced to be interpreted in the form of a matrix. This study also calculates the value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine the overall level of user satisfaction. The results of this study show that all attributes in terms of Importance are in a very important category, while the Performance attributes are in the satisfied category, namely the Content and Format variables. Variables with quite satisfied categories on Accuracy, Ease of Use and Timeliness variables. The results of the IPA matrix obtained 6 attributes with the most improvement in the Accuracy variable, the attribute with the most good performance in the Content variable. Overall, the CSI value is 60.34%, which means that users are quite satisfied with the performance provided by the e-Library

Abstract

In 2019 Indonesia became the largest producer of Crude Palm Oil / CPO in the world, with a total area of oil palm plantations reaching 14,456,611 hectares with Crude Palm Oil / CPO production reaching 47,120,247 tons. The CPO production process produces various kinds of waste, one of which is solid waste. If the waste is not managed properly, it will cause environmental problems. This study aims to calculate the potential for managing waste generated from palm oil mills, namely solid waste as a renewable energy source and the potential effect of palm oil solid waste on increasing the value of Net Energy Balance (NEB) and the value of Net Energy Ratio (NER). This study uses a quantitative approach by performing calculations using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method which is used to calculate the balance of the solid waste produced by the palm oil mill, which is then converted into energy factor values from accountable literature sources. The calculation results show that for each processing of 1 ton of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm, it produces 130 kg of fiber waste and 65 kg of kernel shell waste. The results show that if solid waste is applied as an alternative fuel to the boiler, it will be able to produce 13,182 MJ of energy. This renewable energy source can increase the value of NEB from 27,199 MJ to 40,378.01 MJ (48.45%) and increase NER from 3.19 to 4.01 or an increase of 25.7%.

Abstract

The wood working line process is the production process of wood raw materials formed according to the specified size to be used as part of the body of the piano. This study aims to design a priority mitigation model by identifying and measuring risks in the production process. The model is divided into two sub models, namely the risk measurement model and the risk mitigation model. The risk measurement model uses the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) approach, the risk mitigation model uses the House of risk (HOR) approach. The results of risk measurement produce an output in the form of a Fuzzy Risk Priority Number. There are 7 potential risks, namely the risk of the inside of the plywood having space due to imperfect press, the risk of wind being trapped in the piano cabinet, the risk of imprecise wood drilling, the risk of cutting damage to the sides of the piano cabinet, the risk of the piano cabinet press not being up to standard, the risk of raw materials wood and glue don't mix, risk of peeling paint. There are 21 mitigation actions that are divided into each risk. HOR shows the value of the correlation between mitigation, sources of risk, ease of implementing risk. Keywords: Fuzzy Iference System; Fuzzy Risk Priority Number; House of Risk; Production Process. Abstract

Sistem penjualan pupuk anorganik dan organik yang sudah satu paket, menyebabkan kenaikan permintaan akan kedua jenis pupuk tersebut. Dalam kondisi aktualnya, di pengecer pupuk ini sering kali terjadi kekosongan dan penumpukan pupuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk jumlah dan biaya persediaan pupuk anorganik dan organik yang optimal memenuhi kebutuhan petani pada pengecer pupuk. pengolahan data dilakukan melalui metode pemrograman dinamis. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan skunder selama 7 bulan mulai dari bulan januari hingga juli 2022. Hasil analisis didapatkan jumlah persediaan pupuk anorganik maupun organik yang optimal dalam memenuhi permintaan pupuk sesuai dengan periode permintaan pupuk di usaha tersebut. Biaya persediaan pupuk yang dihasilkan juga memberikan solusi yang optimal dalam memenuhi permintaan kedua jenis pupuk tersebut sesuai dengan jumlah modal dari pemilik usaha tersebut

Abstract

Kenaikan harga BBM telah memperparah kehidupan masyarakat terutama kalangan bawah dan juga para pengusaha, karena kenaikan BBM melemahkan daya beli masyarakat.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kenaikan bbm terhadap inflasi di Indonesia tahun 2017-2022. Metode analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa kenaikan harga pangan berdampak negatif terhadap inflasi yang disebabkan oleh pengaruh teknologi dari tingginya harga barang kebutuhan pokok. Jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi, karena pertumbuhan jumlah uang beredar sangat dipengaruhi oleh uang virtual, ketika jumlah uang virtual bertambah juga menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah uang beredar dalam bentuk M2 yang menyebabkan inflasi. . Subsidi BBM memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap inflasi. Hal ini karena kenaikan subsidi pemerintah berdampak pada inflasi, karena ketika subsidi BBM pemerintah rendah, harga BBM naik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi, dikarenakan tingginya inflasi membuat perekonomian masyarakat menurun, tidak sanggup memenuhi kebutuhan hidup serta dapat meningkatkan angka kemiskinan.

Abstract

PT. Asia Forestama Raya merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam pembuatan triplek. Namun, dalam proses produksi terdapat masalah yaitu jumlah produk cacat yang tidak bisa digunakan kembali masih memiliki nilai yang besar, sehingga perusahaan mengalami kerugian untuk produk yang terbuang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur produktivitas dalam pembuatan triplek di PT. Asia Forestama Raya dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Data yang digunakan diambil selama 5 bulan mulai dari Januari sampai dengan Mei 2022. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode OMAX selama lima bulan tersebut tidak stabil, karena grafiknya naik turun. Setelah didapat nilai produktivitas, dilakukan evaluasi dan analisis dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram, dimana terdapat tiga faktor kriteria yang perlu di evaluasi, yaitu produk rusak, pembororosan listrik, dan absensi karyawan
