Abstract

Teacher work ethics are behaviors that exist in the teaching profession and are implemented in the teaching process, aiming to have norms and values of life in society that are related to the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on teacher work ethics very closely related because in the implementation of the principal's duties as a leader , must have the right leadership style in order to improve the work ethics of teachers. Thus that the principal's transformational leadership style influences the work ethics of teachers. This research approach uses quantitative survey methods. The sample research in this study used a population sample, because given the limitations of the total population of 30 teachers. The research data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The research procedure begins with the preparation of the grid, the preparation of the instrument, the testing, the results of the trial are tested for validity and reliability, the improvement of the instrument, then the instrument is used to retrieve data. Then the normality test, the linearity test, the inferential test of significance test and conclude the results of the study. The calculation results obtained by the regression equation Y = 18,001 + 1,264 X. And the results of regression testing using product moment regression, it can be seen that the price of regression (ryx) = 0.831 with a probability value (Sig. Fchange) = 0,000. Because the value of sig. Fchange <0.05, then the decision is H1: accepted and H0 rejected. It means significant. It can be concluded that the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and significance on the teacher's work ethics. Simple correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.831 and significance test 69.1% significance while the remaining 31.9% student discipline influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate the concept of social education in the living verse contained in the Qur'an. The method of study used is a method of Tafsí®r maudhí»'í® (thematic interpretation) to assess the concept of the living Qur'an, as well as a method of sociology to read its influence on the reality of social life of society. Implementation of the concept of social education in verses about living in the Qur'an will build a spirit of entrepreneurship, work ethic, business ethics, responsibilities, social care and victim attitudes. It can also create economic growth, revenue distribution, public services, jobs, eliminate poverty, slavery, consumptive behaviour and protect the public from the economic crisis.AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha merumuskan konsep pendidikan sosial dalam ayat-ayat nafkah yang terkandung di dalam Al-Qur'an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode tafsí®r maudhí»'í® (tafsir tematik) untuk mengkaji konsepsi nafkah Al-Qur'an, serta metode sosiologi untuk membaca pengaruhnya terhadap realita kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Implementasi konsep pendidikan sosial dalam ayat-ayat tentang nafkah dalam Al-Qur'an akan membangun semangat wirausaha, etos kerja, etika bisnis, tanggung jawab, kepedulian sosial dan sikap pengorbanan. Hal ini juga dapat menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi, distribusi pendapatan, pelayanan publik, lapangan kerja,  menghilangkan kemiskinan, perbudakan, perilaku konsumtif dan melindungi masyarakat dari krisis ekonomi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Analyze the Concept of Teacher Personality according to Ibn Sahnun's Perspective. The research conducted is library research, namely research that uses ways to obtain information data by utilizing existing facilities in the library, such as books, magazines, documents, records, historical stories. The object of the research that is the focus of the analysis is the Concept of Teacher Personality in Ibn Sahnun's Perspective. In the Book of Adab Al-Muallimin by Ibnu Sahnun there are at least six personality concepts that must be possessed by a teacher, namely: Fair, Taqwa, Ikhlas, Patience, Being Kudwah Hasanah, and Attention to their students.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Konsep Kepribadian Guru menurut Perspektif Ibnu Sahnun. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan cara untuk mendapatkan data informasi dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada di perpustakaan, seperti buku-buku, majalah, dokumen, catatan, kisah-kisah sejarah. Objek penelitian yang menjadi fokus analisis adalah Konsep Kepribadian Guru dalam Perspektif Ibnu Sahnun. Dalam Kitab Adab Al-Muallimin karya Ibnu Sahnun setidaknya ada enam konsep kepribadian yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru yaitu: Adil, Taqwa, Ikhlas, Sabar, Menjadi Kudwah Hasanah, dan Perhatian terhadap anak didiknya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of perceptions of the people of Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Bogor on sharia transactions that focus on murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah transactions and to examine the magnitude of perceptions simultaneously and partially on the object of research. This study uses quantitative methods using secondary data based on interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. Purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample of this study. The population used is the community of Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Bogor with a total sample size of 80 respondents. The results showed that the people of Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Bogor still understand that sharia transactions are the same as transactions in conventional banks or financial institutions.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi membuat arus informasi menjadi sangat deras, hal tersebut turut menggiring perubahan zaman dengan cepat. Arus informasi yang membawa beragam informasi baik dan buruk dengan mudah sampai kepada anak-anak, tidak terkecuali anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Untuk itu upaya-upaya pencegahan harus dilakukan dalam rangka mengkounter arus informasi yang berpotensi menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Diantara langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan mengoptimalakan potensi sinergi pendidikan antara sekolah, rumah dan masyarakat dalam rangka penguatan pendidikan karakter religius. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualiatif yang dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan temuan penelitian yang bersumber dari analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa pendidikan karakter religius sangat penting diberikan  sejak dini di tingkat sekolah dasar. Untuk mengoptimalkan program karakter religius siswa dapat dilakukan program kerjasama yang melibatkan sekolah, rumah dan masyarakat. Diantara Metode pendidkan karakter yang digunakan ialah melalui pembiasaan, peneladanan, dan pengkondisian lingkungam sekolah, rumah dan masyarakat. Inti dari program kerja sama ini ialah menghindari konflik nilai atau dilema moral yang mungkin terjadi sebagai akibat dari tidak terkoneksinya program sekolah dengan rumah dan masyarakat. Diantara aktifitas yang mengarah kepada penguatan karakter religius yang dapat dibiasakan, diteladankan dan dikondisikan di sekolah, rumah dan masyarakat ialah pembelajaran akhlak mulia,   pembelajaran ibadah wajib dan pembelajaran ibadah sunnah.

Abstract

Diskursus sosiologi ekonomi konvensional belum berhasil mewujudkan cita-cita kesejahteraan sosial. Terbukti dari masih banyak terjadinya kesenjangan sosial dan kemiskinan di berbagai belahan bumi. Situasi ini mengakibatkan konflik sosiologi ekonomi yang memakan banyak korban. Perdamaian dunia dan kemajuan peradaban masih sulit diwujudkan karena terbebani tanggung jawab penyelesaian konflik. Dibutuhkan solusi yang komprehensif, menyelesaikan akar permasalahan serta mengobati semua dampak yang ditimbulkannya. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut maka permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bahwa belum adanya model sosiologi ekonomi yang menyeluruh yang mampu mengatasi masalah kesenjangan sosial dan kemiskinan sebagai sumber terjadinya konflik. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan suatu model sosiologi ekonomi yang bisa menjadi solusi praktis bagi semua aspek permasalahan sosiologi ekonomi di masa ini dan masa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, berbasis riset kepustakaan, ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, publikasi penelitian, jurnal, seminar, dan artikel. Metode penafsiran yang digunakan adalah metode tafsir tematik (tafsir maudhû’i) karena dipandang bisa menghasilkan penafsiran yang komprehensif, sistematis, dan mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini nememukan bahwa model sosiologi ekonomi dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an memfokuskan pada pemenuhan 5 prinsip sebagai pedoman utama bagi seluruh pemahaman sosiologi ekonomi, yaitu prinsip ketuhanan, prinsip kesejahteraan, prinsip keadilan, prinsip distribusi kekayaan, dan prinsip antisipasi krisis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of principals at SMK Darunnajah Bogor in implementing education management and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation as well as testing the validity of the data by triangulation. The results of the study show that the principal in carrying out his functions can be concluded that he has done well and optimally in terms of his performance and ability to implement education management at Darunnajah Vocational High School Bogor from time to time which is getting better. In its implementation, the principal is also assisted by educators and educational staff in carrying out their duties so that the goals are achieved as expected. Supporting factors for the implementation of education management, namely management executives believe that support from institutional leaders, school principals, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure are the supporting factors and the main factors that make education management run well, namely the existence of verbal and moral motivation to employee. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in implementing education management are that management executives are hampered in terms of infrastructure that are less prime in their use, then in terms of human resources teachers still need to learn more to master programs to make it easier to carry out existing tasks.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of the scout movement in forming the character of social care and independence as the the expectations of government and society. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach, descriptive analytic by using the instrument observation, interviews, and documentation. Then continued with the analysis using method of Miles & Huberman. Results: Efforts to establish the character of the Scout Movement of SDIT Al-Ukhwah is understanding, sincerity, hard work, struggling earnestly, obedience, sacrifice, commitment, consistency, brotherhood and trust. The supporter basic principles of scouting, scouting methods, and code of honor.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence the Recitation Method had on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Student Learning Outcomes can be used as a benchmark to assess whether education in a school is successful or not. While learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, one of which is the use of the Recitation Method by an educator in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze and interpret the effect of the Recitation Method on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This study uses a questionnaire data collection technique (questionnaire), and documentation. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the Recitation Method on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. It is evident from the results of hypothesis testing (temporary testing) using the Chi Square formula, the x count value is 54.5811 greater than the x significance table 5% with a value of 16.919 . As for the results of these calculations, the recitation method has a contribution or influence of 90.18% in influencing Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining.
