Abstract

Low student interest in learning is a challenge in this 4.0 technology era. Technological stuttering accompanied by self-doubt makes it difficult for students to progress and keep up with the times. Coupled with learning that is too monotonous, it makes students' interest in learning even lower. There is a Teaching Campus MBKM (Freedom Learning Campus) program that can help overcome the obstacles that exist in various schools in Indonesia. The author here was moved to take part in the program and found a problem where the learning system was monotonous, which made students' interest in learning, which was initially low, grow lower. In this study, the authors used the Groupwork Method with stages such as: (1) Engagement, Intake and Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in learning through audio-visual learning variations such as the use of technology and interactive learning variations so as to increase students' sense of courage and confidence. The results of this research show that students' interest in learning has increased and students are more daring to show themselves and have self-confidence.

Abstract

Recently, cases of violence against children have become more prevalent. In recent years, Indonesia has often been mentioned as facing an emergency of violence against children, be it physical violence, sexual violence, bullying, and so on. The perpetrator even comes not only from the victim's external environment, but also by the victim's closest people and even the victim's own family. Meanwhile, the main concern is the impact experienced by child victims of violence. In the practice of social work, a social worker must strive to achieve evil for the child who is a victim. As a prospective professional social worker, Praktikan practiced social worker intervention with the groupwork method on six child victims of violence. Groupwork methods provide assistance such as self-help groups, achieving common goals in the group and so on. In this case, Praktikan conducts group play therapy for child victims of violence with the aim of reducing bad behavior and increasing the closeness of relationships among fellow clients. Kata Kunci: Metode Groupwork, Terapi Bermain Kelompok, Anak Korban Kekerasan.

Abstract

In community development, inclusive leadership is crucial for empowering and involving young people. This research uses a participatory approach to understand how inclusive leadership positively affects communities and the unique contributions of young individuals. The findings shape an implementation program, including leader training and strategies for enhancing youth participation. Continuous evaluation ensures the program's success and adaptability. The discussion highlights the need for collaboration, community education, and ongoing evaluation. In conclusion, inclusive leadership is essential for creating a fair, sustainable, and innovative society, prioritizing positive changes and strengthening the role of young people in sustainable development.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di lingkungan anak-anak dan dapat berdampak negatif pada perkembangan emosi dan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun ketahanan emosi dan kepedulian sosial seorang anak yang berumur 10 tahun di Panti Asuhan Naungan Kasih Kemuliaan dalam menghadapi bullying melalui kegiatan kelompok dan interaksi sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah case work dari Zastrow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ketahanan emosi dan kepedulian sosial klien dan anak-anak lainnya setelah mengikuti program ini. Mereka menjadi lebih mampu mengendalikan emosi negatif, menghargai perbedaan, dan menunjukkan empati terhadap korban bullying. Selain itu, anak-anak juga memperoleh keterampilan dalam menyelesaikan konflik secara damai dan membangun hubungan positif dengan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pendekatan kelompok dan interaksi sosial dalam mengatasi masalah bullying dan membangun keterampilan sosial-emosional pada anak-anak.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan praktikum I di Rumah Singgah Central Kasih Agave. Praktikum yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu meneliti permasalahan dan membantu memecahkan masalah yang dialami oleh klien. Adapun masalah yang sedang dialami oleh klien yaitu tidak mempunyai ketrampilan. Dari masalah tersebut penulis tertarik untuk membuat mini project yaitu dengan membuat kerajinan tangan gelang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan casework dengan mengikut sertakan partisipasi klien. Setelah melakukan tahapan casework penulis berharap agar klien dapat membuat kerajinan tangan sendiri untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan.
