Abstract

The problem in this study is the problem of grammar contained in the translation of a collection of short stories Arinillah by Taufik Hakim. This study aims to determine the number of grammatical issues and the types of grammatical problems in the translated text of Arinillah's short story with the theme of love. This research is included in library research with the primary data in the form of words, sentences, and expressions contained in Arinillah's short story collection. The data obtained were then categorized according to their type and then analyzed. From the study results, it was found that there were grammatical problems at the level of phrases and sentences contained in four short stories with the theme of love. This study resulted in 63 grammatical problems in translating a collection of short stories by Taufiq Al-Hakim arinillah. The issues can be classified into several types: tarkib washfi, tarkib idhafi, atahf mathuf, taukid, simple sentences, complete sentences, and complex sentences.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted face-to-face restrictions, which from a financial perspective reduces cash transactions. Payment with a cashless payment method is currently the leading choice of the community. Digital transactions are one way to anticipate the spread of viruses. This article aims to find out the behavior of the public towards the Cashless Payment method in financial transactions. The study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Through qualitative approaches, it is found that people's behavior in digital transactions is more due to humanitarian reasons. The community considers that the Covid-19 pandemic is a shared responsibility for that there needs to be mutual care. New Normal in the view of society is a form of learning in the form of increasing concern for self, society, and God. The follow-up of the results of this study encourages authors to conduct further research using quantitative approaches through multiple regression analysis. Further investigation showed that the use of Cashless Payment affects increasing spending, where simultaneously the increase in expenditure is directly proportional to the rise in bills, consumerism of food via online, shopping for drugs and vitamins, and sharing behaviors (Jogo Tongo).

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat prodi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab fakultas Adab dan Bahasa UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta berupa pelatihan keterampilan berpidato yang dilaksanakan di Masjid An-Nur Malangjiwan kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diadakan pada tanggal 17-19 Maret 2022. Dalam pelaksanaannya pengabdian ini diawali dengan penyampaian materi kepada para peserta yaitu santri TPA Masjid An-Nur Malangjiwan. Selanjutnya diadakan pelatihan yang didampingi oleh tim PKM BSA kepada santri TPA Masjid Malangjiwan. Permasalahan yang ditemui sebelum diadakan pelatihan yaitu santri belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan keterampilan berpidato. Padahal santri-santri ini diharapkan sebagai pelanjut generasi umat yang mahir dan terampil menyampaikan pesan-pesan keagamaan di depan umum. Setelah disampaikan materi seputar pidato dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, para santri akan difasilitasi untuk mempraktekkan kemampuan berpidato. Oleh karena itu, santri memiliki kemampuan tidak hanya materi keagamaan tapi juga terampil menyampaikan di depan publik. Pelatihan keterampilan berpidato ini diharapkan menghasilkan komunitas yang mengerti dan terampil dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keagamaan di depan publik.
