Abstract

In the modern era, the leadership values and processes that must be passed by someone to become a leader has been changed. The evolution of mind and social life has changed the paradigm of modern humans in the view of the concept of leadership. To be a leader, a person must speak and train himself to have the character, abilities or qualities that should be owned by leaders. The Students who manage intra-school organizations (OSIS) are one of the forerunners of future leaders in the future and have an interest in driving change in their respective schools so that they become better. As a form of caring in building a leadership model that has integrity, Indonesia College of Economics conducts leadership training and coaching for OSIS administrators in SMA & SMK Negeri as well as the private sector in North Jakarta. The method used in this training consisted of lecture activities, question and answer sessions, discussion of case studies, by explaining the basic concepts of visionary leadership, participative leadership styles, change leadership and how to make decisions correctly. After this training, it is hoped that the student council officials will possess and demonstrate leadership motivation skills that are ready to challenge and can inspire students in their respective school environments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah telah menjadi salah satu tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia dan ASEAN. Presiden Jokowi Widodo memiliki harapan bahwa para pelaku bisnis usaha kecil ini dapat menjadi tumpuan utama dalam membangun keberlangsungan dan kemajuan bisnis di Indonesia. Dalam kondisi saat ini pemanfaatan sarana teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi dalam melakukan perdagangan secara elektronik adalah keharusan yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam upaya meningkatkan omset penjualan dan memberikan nilai lebih kepada konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk merubah para pelaku UMKM disekitar wilayah Rawamangun untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha kreatif yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi serta bisnis yang memiliki keberlanjutan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang secara mendalam mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, lebih khususnya pada perdagangan elektronik. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini berupa ceramah, praktik, tanya-jawab dan studi kasus dengan menjelaskan konsep dan strategi pemasaran digital, serta coaching yang efektif serta mendapatkan umpan balik dari para peserta. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi peserta dalam pengarahan dan konsultasi bisnis secara intensif dalam menjalankan usaha mikro berbasis online demi meningkatkan potensi kerjasama yang luas untuk membangun ekonomi rakyat. ABSTRACT Small medium enterprises (SME’s) have become the backbone of the economies of Indonesia and ASEAN. President Jokowi Widodo has hopes that these small business entrepreneurs can become the main foundation in building business sustainability in Indonesia. Currently, the use of technology, information and communication facilities in e-commerce is a must need to do by SME’s as an effort to increase sales turnover and provide more value to consumers. This community service activities aim to transform SME’s around Rawamangun area into creative entrepreneur that have high value of economic and business sustainability in order to improve skills and knowledge in depth regarding the use of information technology, especially through e-commerce. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, practices, questions and answers and case studies by explaining digital marketing concepts and strategies, as well as effective coaching and getting feedback from the participants. These activities also provide ongoing benefits for participants in business direction and consultation intensively in running online based micro business in order to increase the potential for cooperation to build the people's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan, electronic word of mouth, hedonic shopping motivation terhadap pembelian impulsif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan sampel mahasiswa Stei Indonesia sebanyak 100 konsumen. Hasil menunjukan Promosi penjuala, Electronic word of mouth dan Hedonic shopping motivation secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Promosi penjualan dan hedonic shopping motivation secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Sementara electronic word of mouth secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance to the profitability of a company incorporated in sri kehati index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. This research is a correlation regression testing as an article describing the phenomenon in the form of the relationship between variables. The research data was obtained from annual reports and financial sites Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples used as many as 14 companies qualified financial reports, sustainability reports listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique used literature. This study uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility positive effect on NPM. Good Corporate Governance (Size commissioners) positive effect on ROE, ROA. Good Corporate Governance (Independent Commissioner) no positive effect on ROA and NPM. Good Corporate Governance (Audit Committee) positive effect on ROA and ROE.

Abstract

Tujuan dan manfaat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha generasi muda sehingga nanti lebih siap dalam menjalankan berbagai usaha. Memberi pemahaman bagaimana memulai wirausaha sehingga mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri. Mengurangi tingkat pengangguran karena menunggu pekerjaan atau pola berfikir negatif dalam dirinya terhadap dunia usaha. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan ceramah, tanya jawab melalui zoom. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat setelah mengikuti penyuluhan siswa SMK dapat bertambah pengetahuannya tentang kewirausahaan sehingga memiliki kemauan untuk menjadi pengusaha, serta dapat terbentuk pola pikir atau jiwa wirausaha yang kuat untuk menjadi pengusaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of toxic leadership, workplace incivility, employee welfare and job insecurity on employee innovative performance in private universities in the LLDIKTI III area. This study used causal and associative approach, where data is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers from Private universities in the LLDIKTI III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with Structural Equation Modeling technique based on Partial Least Square. The results of this study state that Employee Welfare affects Employee Innovative Performance. Then Toxic Leadership and Employee Welfare affect Workplace Incivility, and Toxic leadership, Workplace Incivility and Employee Welfare affect Job Insecurity at private university. Leaders who have a Toxic Leadership, work incivility will not have a good impact on Employee Innovative Performance, while also reducing the innovative performance of employees. Leaders can pay more attention to welfare and insecurity to boost innovative performance. Keywords: employee welfare, innovative performance, job insecurity, toxic leadership, workplace incivility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work readiness of private universities students in LLDIKTI Region III. This study emphasizes on executiemphasisng talent management, knowledge management, career decision-making self-efficacy and learning organizations’ that can impact on is work readiness of universities student. The current high unemployment rate is not only caused by fewer available jobs, but it can also be caused by private higher education that not investing in enhancing their talent through independent program. The method used in this study is a survey method, where data is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 397 respondents. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM 3.0 version with the stratified random sampling method technique. The talent management can improve knowledge management, learning organization and work readiness. Besides, career development program also enhance preparation for work readiness Private university need to enhance the talent mapping, development and retention program for the academician to enhancing their work readiness. Such as development program from independence program in internship.
