Abstract

Taman Pendidikan al-Qur?an merupakan lembaga pendidikan informal yang menjadi tumpuan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan memahami al-qur?an bagi anak-anak. Sebagaimana pendidikan formal yang dikelola dengan sangat baik dan sesuai standar, TPQ pun harus demikian untuk menjamin kualitas input yang diberikan akan sebanding dengan baiknya output yang dihasilkan. Salah satu  hal yang seringkali disepelekan dalam pengelolaan TPQ adalah pada proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan tanpa memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi minat dan daya tarik anak untuk belajar. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung di TPQ terkesan menggunakan metode, strategi, dan media pembelajaran yang ?apa adanya? dan minim inovasi. Permasalahan inilah yang terjadi di TPQ ar-Rahman. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melalui inovasi media pembelajaran al-Qur?an berupa alat peraga lembar balik Iqra?

Abstract

Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) course is a spirit of Muhammadiyah colleges. In its implementation, AIK courses are taken by students in four semesters or at least 8 credits with a maximum of 12 credits. With the distribution model AIK1, 2, 3, and 4 in its implementation it has not been able to provide significant changes to the formation of student character. The indications are, there are still many students who are undisciplined, break the rules, still find dishonest behavior during exams, the low religious students seen from their active running prayer in congregation at the campus mosque, and clean living patterns in the campus environment. The formation of UMSIDA student character will be realized when there is a support program to build character, so the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan Institute conducts a Character Education program for new students (PKMU) through several changes in the implementation model. This program is implemented as a form of AIK course mentoring.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the implementation of fluid lectures in classrooms and laboratories on the integration of Al-Islam values through the Pemaknaan Learning Models, analyzing student learning outcomes, and describing Students' response in fluid lecturing through the Pemaknaan Learning Models. The study was conducted in 4 academic year students 2018/2019 a number of 18 students. The results showed that: 1) fluid lecturing in classes as well as in laboratories is carried out well, linking the concept of fluid to the values of Al-Islam; 2) Student learning results of the minimum B category; and 3) 88% of students respond positively to the fluid lecture by integrating Al-Islam's values through a learning model of use.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, keberadaan relawan banyak membantu penanganan dan pencegahan Covid-19. Muhammadiyah Covid-19 Command Center Kabupaten Sidoarjo membentuk tim relawan yang membantu pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 di lapangan. Selain kemampuan medis terkait penanganan Covid-19, sebagai relawan Muhammadiyah, penting bagi relawan untuk memahami fiqh ibadah pada kondisi darurat. Kegiatan abdimas bertujuan membekali kemampuan relawan dalam mendampingi pelaksanaan ibadah pasien dan masyarakat. Metode kegiatannya adalah pelatihan dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan relawan. Relawan dapat memahami dan mempraktekkan ketentuan dan tatacara ibadah dalam kondisi darurat.

Abstract

Halal is a guarantee of security, tranquility and health for humans. Halal has become a need and lifestyle for people across religions. The development of the industry in various fields demands to be more aware of the product's halal status. Teenagers as one of the targets for new products must have adequate knowledge in identifying the halalness of the products they will buy. This community service activities aim to increase student knowledge regarding the scope of halal and how to identify criteria for halal products. The method used is through halal lifestyle education by using a product knowledge-based learning approach based on aspects of the halal logo, composition, name, and product shape. The results of the activity show that halal lifestyle education with product introduction-based methods is of interest to students and can increase knowledge and skill in recognizing halal product, and also motivate students to implement a halal lifestyle

Abstract

Di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang tidak kunjung berakhir dan keterbatasan tenaga medis yang menangani pasien covid-19, keberadaan relawan non-medis menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Untuk menjadi relawan yang handal, diperlukan berbagai keterampilan dalam menangani pasien covid-19. Keberadaan relawan Muhammadiyah Covid-19 Command Center (MCCC) Kabupaten Sidoarjo telah dirasakan oleh masyarakat di Sidoarjo. Namun, bantuan relawan MCCC hanya terbatas pada antar jemput pasien dan pemulasaran jenazah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan relawan dalam pertolongan pertama pasien Covid-19, mencakup ketrampilan medis, komunikasi efektif, dan bimbingan ibadah. Sasaran pelatihan adalah relawan MCCC Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa relawan memiliki ketrampilan dalam pertolongan pertama pasien Covid-19, yang meliputi ketrampilan menolong pasien yang mengalami sesak nafas dengan berbagai teknik proning, ketrampilan memasang alat bantu oksigen, ketrampilan menolong pasien yang mengalami anosmia, ketrampilan dalam membuat disinfektan, ketrampilan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pasien dan keluarganya, serta ketrampilan mendampingi ibadah pasien.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy is a skill that must be possessed by all levels of society in the midst of developments in this era that offer a variety of products that attract consumer interest. Islam as a comprehensive religion has built character values in terms of Islamic financial literacy. Imam Al-Ghazali, as one of the figures in Islamic education, expressed thoughts about the content of Islamic financial literacy in his works. This article aims to examine Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the concept of Islamic financial literacy education including material content and educational methods. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study. The results of the research show that the content of Imam Al-Ghazali's Islamic financial literacy education emphasizes the formation of character who obeys the commands of Allah SWT through controlling one's desires. This character includes awareness of the purpose of Allah SWT in providing wealth for humans, paying attention to the principle of halal wealth, using wealth according to needs, not just lustful desires, and spending wealth simply. Islamic financial literacy can be instilled in students through the ibroh method or learning from past experience, example, storytelling and habituation.

Abstract

Business developments in the technological era offer convenience, speed, and various attractive features through online shopping services equipped with easy payment services. This causes changes in people's patterns, lifestyles and behavior, becoming consumptive behavior that is not based on needs but on desires and satisfaction alone. This behavior is contrary to investment behavior as the implementation of Islamic values in terms of wealth management. Within the scope of halal finance, Islam does not only regulate how to obtain and spend assets by buying halal products, but also utilizes assets according to the designation taught by Islam. Several verses of the Qur'an and Hadith implicitly motivate people to invest. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sample of this research was students of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University who were randomly selected. The results showed that employment status and religiosity factors influenced student investment behavior, while age and gender had no significant effect.
