Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of potatoes farming in Kutabawa Village, Karangeja District, Purbalingga Regency, and farming risks such as production, price, and income. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method with 30 respondents who were taken through the survey method. The results showed that the feasibility study was obtained by an R / C ratio of 2.33 or> 1 which indicated that potatoes farming in Kutabawa Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency were feasible with an average income of IDR 50,633,333 and a total cost of IDR 21,744,673. In terms of production and income, it has a high risk because it has a variation coefficient of more than 0.5 (0.7945 for production and 1.00895177 for income) and also a lower limit of production of -4123 kg and a lower limit of income of - Rp.29,405. 870 where it is less than 0. Whereas seen from the price aspect it has a coefficient of variation less than 0.5 (0.206965 <0.5) and also a lower limit of production of IDR 4253.71 where the farm will always profit or break even with an increase in the price of Rp. IDR 4253.71.

Abstract

Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre is responsible not only for storing rice but also having responsibility for price stability. This study aims to determine the flow distribution of Bulog rice, rice criteria and the role of Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre on price stability. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and using primary and secondary data.The results showed that the Plot of Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre did not differ from the central regulation, which used 3 channels (SATGAS AD DN, UPGB and Partners). The types of rice managed by Bulog are Raskin (medium) and commercial (premium) rice with applicable criteria. Meanwhile, to maintain the stability of rice prices, the Pekalongan Public Logistics Agency (Perum Bulog) conducts market operations at 10 distribution points and provides Raskin to Poor Households (RTM).

Abstract

Palm sugar is one commodity that has the potential to be developed. UD. Kali Mengaji is one of the B2B business units that produce palm sugar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Business Model Canvas design from UD. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach that focuses on 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results of this study indicate that the customer segment of UD. Kali Mengaji is a segmented market. Its value propositions include performance, brand, price, cost reduction, risk reduction, accessibility, and convenience/usability. The channels used are direct and indirect. Customer relationship by applying for personal assistance. The revenue stream are product sales, oven services, and warehouse rental services. Key resources include human resources, facilities, finance, and technology. Key activities are with suppliers of raw materials and production activities. Key partnerships are carried out with fostered farmers, craftsmen, collectors, and partner companies. The cost structure includes general and labor costs.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the design of the canvas business model of the Tjap Tiga Anak Noodle Factory. The method used was the descriptive-analytical method because, in this study, a qualitative research type was chosen to analyze the Business Model Canvas to map the business state at the Mie Tjap Tiga Anak Factory. The results of research, at the Mie Tjap Tiga Anak Factory using a business model canvas, showed business activities in 9 elements, namely customer segments with B2C and B2B, value propositions that were certified halal (LPPOM MUI), channels used were direct and indirect, customer relationships with apply personal assistance, revenue streams were product sales, key resources were human resources, key activities were production activities, key partnerships were carried out with the government, distributors, and the community or customers, and the cost structure includes fixed and variable costs.

Abstract

The community empowerment program was carried out in Datar Village, Sumbang Banyumas Regency. This empowerment focuses on marketing and post-harvest processing problems where the solution offered is to provide information related to marketing concepts for hydroponic vegetables, post-harvest assistance, and also vegetable processing training. The target of this empowerment is a group of women farmers and villagers who are active in hydroponic cultivation and who are willing to take part in training related to marketing and post-harvest processing. The method used is in the form of lectures/counseling, mentoring, and direct practice in making processed vegetable products from the residents' vegetable cultivation. These stages have been successfully carried out which have had a positive impact on improving the economic welfare of the community and achieving community food self-sufficiency.

Abstract

Rumah Ikan Dewa CV. Inyong Bing di Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas bergerak dalam bisnis perikanan yang sudah dirintis dan dimulai pada tahun 2010, hingga dilegalkan secara hukum pada tanggal 24, Desember 2018 sebagai CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui bagaimana segmentasi, targeting dan Mengetahui marketing mix yang diterapkan Rumah Ikan Dewa CV. Inyong Bing. Jenis data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) strategi segmentasi, Sebagian besar pembeli Ikan Dewa di Rumah Ikan Dewa ditujukan kepada komunitas - komunitas, organisasi pecinta lingkungan, dan pengusaha maupun penikmat Ikan Dewa. Target pemasaran pemasaran yang dilakukan meliputi pemasaran domestik dan pemasaran luar negeri, (2) Targeting, Rumah Ikan Dewa memiliki dua strategi targeting yaitu single segmen targeting dan defferentiated targeting strategy dengan memfokuskan pemasaran sebesar minimal 10 Ton Per tahun ke luar negeri dan memenuhi pasar domestik, (3) Bauran Pemasaran, Product (Produk) yang dikembangkan di Rumah Ikan Dewa CV. Inyong Bing merupakan Ikan Dewa domestik Indonesia. Price (Harga) yang ditawarkan terjangkau bagi pembeli domestik maupun konsumen luar negeri. Place (Tempat) memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis yaitu berada di Karang Tengah dengan perairan yang sangat melimpah. Promotion (Promosi) yang diterapkan Rumah Ikan Dewa CV. Inyong Bing adalah melalui website resmi berbayar, yaitu www.IkanDewa.id yang terdapat salinan media media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook, dan youtube.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penyuluh pertanian dalam pengembangan kelompok tani di Kelurahan Depokharjo Kecamatan Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah studi lapang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif serta deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert dan skor interval. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai komunikator sangat berperan dengan nilai 321, sebagai fasilitator berperan dengan nilai 283, sebagai edukator sangat berperan dengan nilai 328, sebagai motivator sangat berperan dengan nilai 313, sebagai konsultan berperan dengan nilai 281, sebagai organisator sangat berperan dengan nilai 297, dan sebagai evaluator sangat berperan dengan nili 299. Sehingga ditemukan rata-rata peran penyuluh pertanian dalam pengembangan kelompok tani di Kelurahan Depokharjo Kecamatan Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung sangat berperan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai komunikator, fasilitator, edukator, motivator, konsultan, organisator, dan evaluator sangat berperan dengan nilai rata-rata 303,14.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To identify the socio-economic factors that contribute to participation in the partnership model and 2) To assess the effectiveness of the ongoing partnership model. The research method used was qualitative descriptive using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling based on specific criteria, resulting in the selecting of 24 core members of the Farmers Group. The social factors involved included a good relationship between the Farmers Group and P4S Artha Tani, while the economic factor was the participation of the Farmers Group in the training and mentoring provided. The overall effectiveness of the partnership model, as measured by indicators of program clarity, facilitator quality, and business development, was rated as Highly Effective. Thus, the partnership between P4S Artha Tani and the Farmers Group of GAPOKTAN Taruna Tani in Susukan District, Banjarnegara Regency, has been running well in achieving the desired goals of both partnering parties.
