Abstract

The condition of health services in Jambi province still needs to be addressed. Many reports from the public, stated that most of the hospitals did not have good service quality. This study focuses on customers, especially outpatients at Baiturrahim Hospital to examine the effect of Customer Relationship Management & Brand Image on Outpatient Satisfaction during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study at Baiturrahim Hospital Jambi). The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature by distributing questionnaires to 233 outpatients at the Baiturrahim Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The distribution of questionnaires uses a Likert scale and is processed using SmartPLS 2.0 software. This research has met the evaluation test of the measurement model and the evaluation of the structural model with valid and reliable results. The biggest influence is the influence of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variable on the Customer Satisfaction variable. Then followed by the influence of the Brand Image variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable. The conclusions of this study are (1) there is a significant positive effect of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable and (2) there is a significant positive effect of the Brand Image variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable

Abstract

This article is to analyze the concept of kafālah and its implementation in Indonesian Islamic banking. Kafālah is a contract that is closely related to the guarantee in Islamic banking. The purpose of kafālah is to provide assistance and convenience in working on a business or project for customers. With a bank guarantee, customers can run a project or business. In order for a bank to issue a bank guarantee, the customer must have a certain amount of savings in the bank. Savings can be in the form of time deposits or demand deposits. This article is to deeply examine the concept of kafālah according to fiqh mu’amalah and its implementation in Indonesian Islamic banking with a bank guarantee product. This study is a library study with descriptive approaches, which describes and explains the analysis of kafālah contracts according to fiqh muamalah and Its application in Indonesian Islamic banks. The method of collecting data in this study is based on documentation, journals and books. Further it analyses the data using content analysis, through analyzing the library data with a scientific analysis approach. Data analysis methods are deductive, inductive and comparative. The result of the study is that Kafālah is a contract of guaranteeing (makfūl alayh) given by one party to another in which the guarantor (kāfil) is responsible for the repayment of a debt which is the right of the guarantor (makfūl). In this principle, the bank acts as a kāfil (guarantor), while the customer is the makfūl (the guaranteed party). Meanwhile in practice, the application of kafālah in Indonesian Islamic banking is employed by a certificate of bank guarantee to guarantee its customers. Bank guarantee certificate is a payment guarantee that is given by the bank to the recipient of the guarantee, either individuals or companies.

Abstract

Human resource planning is a very important activity to meet the needs of organizational staff as a result of organizational changes in the face of a dynamic and complex business environment. This paper aims to explain the management of human resources in improving company performance. This paper is a literature review that analyzes reference sources from journals, books and websites that discuss project management conceptually and comprehensively. This paper uses the method of collecting data in documentation, as well as various articles and books. Then analyzed using content analysis, namely by analyzing descriptive literature data or scientific analysis of the message of a premise. While the data analysis method is deductive, inductive and comparative. The findings of the paper are that human resource planning is the process of planning manpower to suit the company's needs effectively and efficiently in helping the realization of company goals. Of all the resources available in the company, human resources are very important and decisive resources. All the potentials possessed by human resources greatly affect the company's efforts to achieve its goals. The similarity of this paper with others is to discuss human resource management conceptually, but the difference is that it is accompanied by the application of human resource management in improving company performance

Abstract

Al-Quran is a way of life for Muslims. Therefore, the Koran is essential to learn because it is a source of Islamic law (maṣādir al-aḥkām) in solving a problem. The method of issuing a rule from the Quran is called ijtihad. The mujtahid tasks must be to understand the text (nash), understand the meaning of a pronunciation, region, object, designate the word for the word, and the type and degree of its action. Ushul Fiqh Expert divides into two parts, namely the appointment (dilālah) of the text for meaning and the appointment (dilālah) of the text of the syaraʻ law directly. The position (dilālah) of the purpose text includes the discussion of ʻam and khas. Therefore, this article will explain how to use the legal norms and language rules in the science of ushul fiqh, one of the definitions of ʻam and khas and implementation in determining Islamic law. The explanation includes the rules of language lughāwiyah, ʻam and khaṣ and ​​the law uses theorem ʻam. This article will analyze and explore how the actual science of Ushul fiqh is used and the arguments about the istihbat law itself. the rules of language and other things to know how the idea is used based on the correct rules.

Abstract

Misi digambarkan sebagai penunjuk jalan ke arah organisasi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi operasional untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya dalam suatu perusahaan. Artikel ini merupakan kajian pustaka yang menganalisis sumber referensi jurnal, buku, dan website yang membahas manajemen proyek secara konseptual dan komprehensif. Artikel ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dari dokumentasi dan berbagai artikel dan buku. Isi tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara analitik dengan menganalisis data literatur deskriptif atau melakukan analisis ilmiah terhadap informasi premis. Metode analisis data meliputi metode deduktif, induktif, dan komparatif. Makalah ini menemukan bahwa strategi operasional direduksi menjadi sepuluh keputusan operasional: desain produk dan layanan, kualitas, desain proses dan kapasitas, pemilihan lokasi, desain tata letak, sumber daya manusia, manajemen rantai pasokan, inventaris, perencanaan, serta perawatan dan pemeliharaan.

Abstract

BUMDes serves as a tool to drive rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the primary obstacles in the development of BUMDes is the lack of qualified human resources. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide training and workshops to the management of BUMDES in Desa Waru, focusing on developing BUMDES flagship products. The method employed in this PKM involves training and workshops, which include both theoretical instruction and practical application of the materials provided. The participants in this activity consist of 15 individuals who are part of the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru. As a result of this PKM, BUMDES in Desa Waru now possesses several flagship products that can be further developed, including "Snack Si Engkong" made from cassava, a Savings and Loans Cooperative, and a trendy concept Café business. The training and workshop on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an Economic Driver for the Community in Desa Waru, Parung District, Bogor Regency, have been conducted smoothly, without significant issues. The materials provided in this activity were well-suited to the needs of the participants, who also serve as the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) serves as a tool to stimulate rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the main obstacles in BUMDes development is the lack of qualified human resources. The objective of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide training and workshops to the BUMDes management in Desa Waru, focusing on managerial aspects, developing flagship products, and digital marketing. The method employed in this PKM consists of training and workshops that involve both theoretical instruction and practical application of the provided materials. The participants of this activity are 15 members of the BUMDes management in Desa Waru. The outcome of the PKM is the successful execution of the training and workshop activities for Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) as an Economic Driver for the Community in Desa Waru, Parung Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. The materials delivered during this event have met the needs of the participants, who are also BUMDes managers in Desa Waru.

Abstract

Siswa sekolah menengah atas baik yang bersekolah di SMU maupun SMK harus memiliki kemampuan dalam mencari peluang usaha dan membangun bisnis agar mampu menopang perekonomian Indonesia ke depannya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah membekali siswa dan siswi SMK Tunas Markatin di Jakarta Timur dalam memberikan wawasan terkait kewirausahaan. Workshop dengan tema menemukan dan merencanakan ide bisnis pada siswa SMK Tunas Markatin Jakarta Timur bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dan siswi SMK agar memiliki kemampuan dalam mencari peluang usaha yang dapat menjanjikan hingga 10 tahun ke depan dan mencoba menyusun perencanaan bisnis. Observasi awal permasalahan yang dihadapi salah satunya peningkatan kompetensi hardskill dan soft skill sehingga tim mencoba membantu dalam memberikan materi-materi yang dapat guna kebutuhan tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sekitar 3 bulan mulai dari observasi, proposal, pembuatan materi, pelaksanaan hingga pembuatan laporan akhir. Manfaat kegiatan dapat menambah pengetahuan siswa terkait ide dan membuat perencanaan bisnis yang diharapkan bermanfaat ketika lulus dapat diaplikasikan dalam membuat usaha bisnis.
