Abstract

abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the recruitment process, selection and employee placement at PT MRT Jakarta. The process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees at PT MRT Jakarta refers to the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for recruitment and SOP for employee selection and placement. The results of field observations in June 2019 during the recruitment the candidate of employees at PT MRT Jakarta that conducted at Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic showed 90 graduates of the Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic were enthusiastic joined the selection process through the psychological testing stage which was held on June 22, 2019. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The primary data collection procedure was carried out by in-depth interviews with the candidate of employees, managers of MRT, and team recruitment. The secondary data is taken from MRT management and the technique in determining informants is done by snowball sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment process at PT MRT Jakarta are in accordance with operational standards (SOP). Based on the results of the questionnaire is given to 90 respondents taken from a number of the candidate of employee who joining the test 78% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the test process conducted by MRT Jakarta, 10% of respondents satisfied with the test process, 6.25% of respondents are not satisfied, 4% respondents very not satisfied with the test. The data showed that the recruitment process that conducted by PT MRT Jakarta were effective. Keywords: recruitment, selection, replacement Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan karyawan di PT MRT Jakarta. Proses rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan karyawan di PT MRT Jakarta mengacu pada Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP) untuk rekrutmen dan SOP untuk seleksi dan penempatan karyawan. Hasil pengamatan lapangan pada Juni 2019 saat rekrutmen calon karyawan di PT MRT Jakarta yang dilakukan di Politeknik Kereta Api Indonesia menunjukkan sekitar 90 lulusan Politeknik Kereta Api Indonesia antusias mengikuti proses seleksi melalui tahap pengujian psikologis yang diadakan pada 22 Juni 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan kandidat karyawan, manajer MRT, dan perekrutan tim. Data sekunder diambil dari manajemen MRT dan teknik dalam menentukan informasi dilakukan dengan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen di PT MRT Jakarta sudah sesuai dengan standar operasional (SOP). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 90 responden yang diambil dari sejumlah calon karyawan yang mengikuti tes 78% responden menyatakan bahwa mereka sangat puas dengan proses pengujian yang dilakukan oleh MRT Jakarta, 10% responden puas dengan proses pengujian, 6,25% responden tidak puas, 4% responden sangat tidak puas dengan tes. Data menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh PT MRT Jakarta efektif. Kata kunci: rekrutment, seleksi, dan penempatan

Abstract

By using SWOT this study aims to find out the state of the company, find out the factors in improving train ticket marketing and look for efforts to improve train ticket marketing based on the factors that have been obtained in the research. Data collection was obtained using interviews and questionnaires for data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. To find out the internal factors of the company comes from the 4P marketing mix and for external factors the company comes from the environment, social and technology. After obtaining the factors, a SWOT analysis and weighting and rating were carried out using the IFAS and EFAS methods. In determining informants and research samples using the Purposive Sampling method. The informant in this study was an employee of the DAOP 3 Cirebon passenger transportation unit who was responsible for the marketing of train tickets. Based on the calculation of IFAS and EFAS, the value of Strength 2.28 and weakness of 0.67 is obtained so that the difference in value is obtained by 1.61, while for the difference between the value of opportunity and threat is 0.35 So that it forms coordinates (1.61,0.35). The results of the SWOT analysis found that the company's position is in quadrant 1 so that the strategy applied is an aggressive strategy where the best possible utilize strengths and opportunities such as maintaining service quality, providing promos and promoting customers to introduce their products

Abstract

The reactivation plan of the Madiun-Slahung railway line in the National Railway Master Plan is the main program for the development of the railway network and service stage IV in 2026-2030, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the demand for traction and generation as well as passenger interest in the future Madiun- This shelters are reactivated. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the calculation of the Madiun-Slahung area, it can be concluded that the model of the reactivation area of the Madiun-Slahung railway covers 7 districts, consisting of 45 sub-districts/villages. The method used is a household survey (Household Interview) which is intended to produce data on travel patterns and characteristics that affect the trip. The number of trip generation occurs in the range of numbers 6939-22594 motorbikes/hour for trip production and 1123-52265 motorbikes/hour for trip attraction, where zone 2, Kartoharjo sub-district has the largest number of trip production and zone 4, Ponorogo sub-district has the largest number of trip attractions. This is due to the high population, number of vehicle ownership and the strength of attraction due to the large number of shops and campuses and schools in the zone. The largest travel distribution value occurs in zone 4, because the zone is land use for shops, offices, campuses and schools.
