Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia menimbulkan dampak di segala bidang salah satunya pendidikan, dimana pola pembelajaran tatap muka berubah menjadi pola pembelajaran daring dan sekarang menjadi pembelajaran campuran dimana pemebelajaran dilakukan secara tatap mukan dan juga secara virtual. Penelitian ini betujuan adalah menghasilkan pengembangan LMS sebagai media pembelajaran daring mengunakan plaform moodle dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation.  Untuk instrument penelitian adlah kuisioner dengan respondenn adalah dosen dan mahasiswa.  Untuk pengujian aplikasi Ruang Belajar digunakan pengujian blackbox.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media pemebelajara ruang belajar dibangun dengan mengunkan software moodle, dengan server local adalah XAMMP.  Pada pengujian  blackbox  sistem kerja berjalan dengan baik, komponen mau fungsi juga berjalan dengan baik dapat disimpulkan bahwa LMS ruang belajar sangat setuju "digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pengujian beta testing dengan instrument penelitian didapakan hasil berupa 89%  media pembelajaran dinilai sangat setuju terhadap aplikasi ini.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic does not prevent it from continuing to improve self-knowledge and competence. But the way it is done is no longer offline or face-to-face to be present in an activity or class but is carried out online. One of the improvements in self-competence that students must have is the ability to manage citations and reference articles from various scientific journals. one of the citation software that can be cloud-based and also desktop-based is mendeley. the activities carried out are open to the public in the framework of community development programs with the aim of increasing the ability to write scientific papers. Activities are carried out by lecture and practice methods, for the delivery of material is carried out by the lecture method, yes answer, demostration or practice. while to find out the success of an activity, a surver is carried out in the form of pretests and post tests. All activities are carried out online using zoom and google forms. from the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in the ability of trainees from 43.8% to 74.54%The Covid-19 pandemic does not prevent it from continuing to improve self-knowledge and competence. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things, including the transition to conventional activities that must be done digitally. The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture has set a policy that education must continue during the pandemic but with a different system (study from home) by utilizing technology (online). Changes in the current era are forcing the world of education to change the old paradigm that puts humans not the main thing in an organization. Still, humans are now considered essential items in an organization. The new human paradigm is an important asset, so to create a competitive advantage in the world of education, the strategy used is a human resource management strategy. The method used in this research is the literature study or literature study. A reasonable and appropriate human resource management strategy that focuses on improving the capabilities and competencies of its human resources makes institutions engaged in education able to compete and survive changing conditions. For character building and performance, it can be done by applying KASAH (Knowledge, Ability, Skill, Attitude, Habit) to gain a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) adalah proses berfikir untuk memformulasikan persoalan dan solusinya. Metode pemecahan masalahnya menerapkan teknik dari ilmu komputer (informatika). Penerapan pendekatan computational thinking dalam proses pembelajaran akan memungkinkan siswa untuk membuat hubungan antara materi pelajaran dan kehidupan mereka di luar kelas. Kegiatan Pengabidan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada sekolah terkait metode computational thinking. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah metode computational thinking (CT) ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir lebih komputasi. Selain itu, diharapkan para guru mampu mempersiapkan siswa untuk berkompetisi di Bebras Challenge Indonesia sebagai kompetisi Computational Thinking. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari pemaparan computational thinking, pembahasan soal menggunakan computational thinking, dan pengenalan Bebras Challenge. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai Computational Thinking serta adanya feedback penilaian bagi fasilitator
