<![CDATA[Kota Harapan Indah (KHI) is one of the residential areas located on the eastern border of Jakarta that being developed with the concept of a new town. KHI has a total land area of 2.200 Ha and 700 Ha has been developed into a residence equipped with various facilities. Currently, there are 32 residential clusters and 1 non-cluster that are already in operation and will continue to grow given the presence of vertical residential projects in 2019 and an increase in the number of residential clusters in 2020. As a new town, the addition of occupancy that occurred in KHI is important to be balanced with the appropriate number of facilities in order to support ongoing residential activities. However based on the current observations, it is suspected that the number of resident that continues to grow in KHI has not been matched by the number of appropriate facilities. This study aims to see the development of KHI and find out whether the development and provision of facilities carried out at KHI has met the needs of the residents of the area. The methods used in this study are the timeline, comparative, and correlation method. There are four analyzes carried out in this study, namely analysis of the development of KHI, analysis of residential development, analysis of development and provision of facilities and lastly is correlation analysis between residential development and the addition of facilities in KHI. The results of this study show the development of KHI during two development periods, where in the first period it developed towards the south of the KHI area and in the second period it leads to the north, also shows that the provision of facilities at KHI had mostly met the standards of providing city facilities. KHI memiliki total luas lahan sebesar 2,200 Ha dan sebesar 700 Ha sudah dikembangkan menjadi hunian yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas. Saat ini terdapat 32 cluster dan 1 non-cluster hunian yang sudah beroperasi dan akan terus bertambah melihat adanya proyek hunian vertikal pada tahun 2019 dan ada penambahan jumlah cluster hunian pada tahun 2020. Sebagai sebuah kota baru, penambahan hunian yang terjadi di KHI penting untuk diimbangi dengan jumlah fasilitas yang sesuai agar dapat mendukung kegiatan hunian yang berlangsung. Namun berdasarkan hasil pengamatan saat ini, diduga jumlah hunian yang terus berkembang di KHI belum diimbangi dengan jumlah fasilitas yang sesuai. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat perkembangan KHI dan mengetahui apakah perkembangan juga penyediaan fasilitas yang di lakukan di KHI sudah memenuhi kebutuhan penghuni kawasan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode timeline, metode komparatif, dan metode korelasi. Terdapat empat analisis yang dilakukan dalam studi ini yaitu analisis perkembangan KHI, analisis perkembangan hunian, analisis perkembangan dan penyediaan fasilitas dan analisis hubungan perkembangan hunian dengan penambahan fasilitas di KHI. Hasil dari studi ini memperlihatkan perkembangan KHI selama dua periode pengembangan, dimana pada periode pertama berkembang mengarah ke selatan wilayah KHI dan pada periode kedua mengarah ke utara, juga menunjukan bahwa penyediaan fasilitas di KHI sebagian besar sudah memenuhi standar penyediaan fasilitas kota. ]]>
