Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of e-commerce on consumer decisions in buying baby food products. This research is quantitative. The object of this research is the consumer of Nindita – Happy baby porridge through the Grabfood application. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. This research was conducted by using the Non-Probability Sampling technique through Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the research on product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially with statistical results using SPPS version 23. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (4,130 > 1,984) and Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted with a beta value of 0.242, which means that product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (6.338 > 1.984) and Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted with a beta value of 0.496, meaning that the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing obtained F-count > F-table or (96.135 > 3.09) and Sig.0.000 > 0.05 with a beta value of 1.162 meaning that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the research that has been explained, it is concluded that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of nindita baby porridge - happy through the Grabfood Application, the price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for nindita baby porridge – happy through the Grabfood Application, and simultaneously product quality and price have a positive and significant impact on the purchase decision of nindita baby porridge - happy through the Grabfood Application.

Abstract

Abstract: Marketing communication articles: concepts, creative strategies and implementation within the scope of marketing management science. This article aims to create hypotheses regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of marketing management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this literature research include: 1) Concepts play a role in marketing communications; 2) Creative strategies play a role in marketing communications; and 3) Implementation plays a role in marketing communications.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation on performance mediated by motivation in online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a quantitative design with 100 respondents from online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. The accidental sampling technique with a minimum number of samples using the Lemeshow (1997) approach is an important part of this research. Statistical tools used to test data and draw conclusions from hypotheses using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study found that the work environment and compensation had no effect on performance. However, motivation has a direct influence on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Other findings found that the mediating role of motivation on the influence of the work environment and compensation proved to be influential and strengthened previous findings. This research also focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City as a buffer city and a metropolitan city. The theoretical framework and thinking as well as the research instruments in this research are improvements from previous research so that they have their own novelty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 54 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar serta secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu Kepemimpinan terhadap variabel terkait yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Restoran Nabeya Iemon. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier sederhana, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 29. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah karyawan restoran nabeya iemon dengan responden berjumlah 40 orang. Secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Grand Center Point Apartment Tower C dan D. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik jenuh sampling. Adapun Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden yaitu karyawan atau karyawati di Grand Center Point Apartment Tower C dan D. Software yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equipment model (SEM) - Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu Beban Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial atau simultan pada Kelurahan Pekayon Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Pengujian dan pembuktian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan pekayon jaya dengan responden berjumlah 50 orang. Secara parsial variabel Beban Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini pada variabel Beban Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y)
