Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses belajar matematika siswa, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa pada setiap siklus, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa setelah mengikuti seluruh siklus, dan sikap siswa kelas X.1 MAN Tanggeung mengikuti seluruh siklus melalui pendekatan pembelajaran Time Token pada pokok bahasan bentuk akar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk siklus yaitu: Perencanaan (Planning); Tindakan (Acting); Pengamatan (Observing); Refleksi (Reflecting). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang yang terdiri dari 13 orang laki-laki dan 25 orang perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi aktivitas untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, tes formatif dan post test yang berisi soal-soal matematika tentang bentuk akar, dan untuk melihat sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan pembelajaran Time Token, skala sikap siswa yang dipakai adalah model skala likert dengan teknik penskoran secara aposteriori. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa oenerapan pembelajaran Time Token efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa. Disarankan Untuk guru dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melatih dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa agar siswa tidak mendominasi pembicaraan atau diam sama sekali

Abstract

Abstract: Marketing communication articles: concepts, creative strategies and implementation within the scope of marketing management science. This article aims to create hypotheses regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of marketing management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this literature research include: 1) Concepts play a role in marketing communications; 2) Creative strategies play a role in marketing communications; and 3) Implementation plays a role in marketing communications.

Abstract

A logistics company is a distribution channel company that provides goods delivery transportation through product packages. The problem raised in this thesis is the analysis of logistics distribution channels in the supply of goods to increase sales volume. This research aims to determine and analyze the distribution channels and sales levels of a logistics company and to determine the influence of distribution channels on the sales volume levels of a logistics company To solve the problem the author used two research methods, namely the data collection method and the data analysis method. The data collection method was carried out using questionnaires and the data analysis method used simple correlation and regression. From the results of the analysis, the author concludes that 78.7% of customers rate the distribution channels provided by logistics companies highly, and 78.3% of customers rate the level of sales volume provided by logistics companies correlation coefficient of 0.737 means that the influence of the distribution channel level on the level of sales volume is very high. The determining coefficient of 54.3% is determined by the distribution channel and the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors, the results of the t-test calculation, where ????count = 5.763 while ????????????????????e=1.701. So, ????count > ????????????????le or 5,763 > 1.701. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between distribution channels on the sales volume level of the logistics company. Abstract

Abstract: The article on the effectiveness of using cargo warehouses at Soekarno Hatta Airport is a scientific literature review article within the scope of operational management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of operational management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) Loading and unloading equipment influences the effectiveness of warehouse use; 2) The frequency of imported commodities influences the effectiveness of warehouse use; 3) International trade influences the effectiveness of warehouse use; and 4) The regulatory system influences the effectiveness of warehouse use.

Abstract

This article is expected to provide added value for readers who are interested in human resource management, organizational leadership, or overall organizational development. This article uses qualitative by collecting article literature related to the variables in this article. Articles come from existing international journals such as Elsevier, Emerald, Springer, Willey and other international indices. Dozens of these articles will be described from the results of the research and taken from the perspective of the researcher. The results show that the integration of these findings in managerial strategies can help organizations achieve better operational efficiency and achieve their long-term business goals more consistently.
