Abstract

Produk UMKM yang dihasilkan masyarakat di Kelurahan Tembalang mayoritas merupakan produk makanan yang merupakan buatan sendiri (homemade) yang berskala rumahan dan dikerjakan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Pertumbuhan dan pengembangan UMKM yang ada pada kelurahan Tembalang khususnya yang diproduksi oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga banyak mengalami berbagai macam kendala sehingga kurang optimal. Strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi dapat menjadi kekuatan utama mendongkrak penjualan produk-produk tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar sehingga meningkatkan omset dan laba penjualan produk melalui media social sebagai alat pemasaran produk UMKM di Keluruahan Tembalang. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 23 orang, terdiri dari berbagai jenis UMKM di Kelurahan Tembalang yang sebagian besar adalah ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta. Pelatihan dibagi menjadi 4 sesi dan di akhir pelatihan dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai alat pemasaran terbukti dengan perubahan angka rerata pretest 71,03 dan posttest 120,30. Pemahaman akhir peserta terhadap media sosial facebook sebesar 70% lebih besar daripada pemahaman akhir peserta terhadap Instagram sebesar 55%.

Abstract

Concern for the environment is a must for everyone because the issue of environmental damage is what we have often heard from various media, even from the community or mouth to mouth, how important it is for everyone to pay attention to environmental sustainability. very important information to educate consumers about being environmentally friendly. Through eco-friendly labels listed on a product indirectly it will increase public knowledge about products that are environmentally friendly. This study is a descriptive study that aims to provide an overview or explanation of the conditions or situations of the variables studied in the community. Respondents in this study were 50 students. Primary data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and secondary data through literature studies in the form of books, magazines and reports of research results that have been done before. Data was tested using simple linear regression method statistics with the help of SPSS version 20 software.It can be concluded that eco-friendly labels are very important as a valid sign from the government of environmentally friendly products. About 98% of eco-friendly labels can influence purchasing decisions on environmentally friendly products, only 2% outside the variables studied affect purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

Mobile technology has emerged as a new potential tool for marketing activities. The emphasis of mobile phone marketing in this study is fashion mobile phone marketing via SMS or Blackberry Message. Message mobile phone marketing type is one of the importance to increase trust, response and purchase intention consumer. Consumer’s trust is importance factor which had significant influence on consumers’ purchase intention the fashion product. The aim of the study are to analyze the significant difference between message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) with trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung by using Anova and to understand the effect of message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) on trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung by using Conjoint analysis. The result of the study are there is significant difference between message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) toward trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung and the consumers prefer message fashion mobile phone marketing that send to community, include website address, and famous fashion brand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of work family conflict, work stress, work load and turnover intention. The study was conducted at women workers in the PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by the application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: work family conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 2.347); work load has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 4.472); work family conflict has a effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.084); work load has a positive effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.208) and work stress has a not effect on turnover intention (CR = 1.616) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik keluarga kerja, stres kerja, beban kerja dan intensi turnover. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja wanita di PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dibantu oleh program aplikasi Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 18.0. Menurut analisis, disimpulkan sebagai berikut: work family conflict memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 2,347); beban kerja memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 4.472); work family conflict berpengaruh pada intensi turnover (CR = 2.084); beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 2.208) dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 1.616)

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan vokasi merupakan pendidikan yang bertujuan mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki keahlian dan keterampilan, sehingga lebih siap kerja. Masyarakat awam belum memahami dengan baik perbedaan pendidikan vokasi dengan pendidikan akademik. Berdasarkan hal ini, maka kegiatan ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait pendidukan vokasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di Tirtasari, RT 3/ RW 2, Keluarahan Tembalang, Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat mampu memahami pendidikan vokasi secara komperhensif. Kata Kunci: vokasi, pendidikan, pengabdian kepada masyarakat Abstract Vocational education is the one aiming to prepare skilled, trained and more-ready-to work workers. Common people have not understood yet the difference between vocational education and academic education. For that reason, this activity was conducted to give understanding on vocational education. This study was a part of Community Service activity held by Vocational School of Diponegoro University.  This activity was conducted in Tirtasari, RT 3/ RW 2, Kelurahan Tembalang, Tembalang Sub District, Semarang City, Central Java. Abstract

Abstrak Orang tua sangat memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong anaknya untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Namun demikian, banyaknya orang tua yang belum terinformasi secara baik terkait seleksi masuk ke perguruan tinggi membuat kebanyakan orang tua mengurungkan niatnya untuk mendorong anaknya studi lanjut. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan ekonomi dan pengetahuan yang rendah membuat mereka enggan memilih keputusan ini. Berdasarkan hal ini, maka kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan perlunya edukasi pentingnya pendidikan tinggi bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di Kelurahan Tembalang, Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro. Diharapkan masyarakat mampu memahami dengan baik pentingnya studi lanjut ke perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci: pendidikan, pendidikan tinggi, pengabdian kepada masyarakat Abstract Parents play a very important role in encouraging their children to continue their study in high education. Nevertheless, many parents have not been well-informed related to the selection process to enroll in high education, discouraging them from enrolling their children in advanced study. On the other hand, limited economy and inadequate knowledge discouraged them from choosing this decision. For that reason, this activity was conducted because education about high education is important to be given to the community. This activity was conducted in Kelurahan Tembalang, Tembalang Sub District, Semarang City, Central Java. This activity was a part of Community Service activity held by Vocational School of Diponegoro University. Through this activity, the community was expected to understand well the importance of attending advanced study in high education.   Keywords: education, high education, community service
