Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah etika dan kedisiplinan belajar yang dianggap pada masa sekarang sudah mulai berkurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel etika dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar PPKN kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuan. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptif.Indikator dalam etika belajar diantaranya adalah : (1) etika dalam berbicara; (2) etika bertanya; (3) etika dalam menyiapkan pelajaran di kelas; dan (4) etika dalam pemberian tugas atau materi di dalam kelas. Kedisiplinan siswa ini diukur melalui teorike disiplinan yang dijabarkan dengan indikator sebagai berikut :(1) masuk sekolah: (2) mengerjakan tugas-tugas; (3) mengikuti pelajaran; dan (4) mentaati tata tertib. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian diperoleh bahwa Etika belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Etika siswa perlu terus dikembangkan berkaitan dengan nilai moralitas yang dapat mencerminkan kepribadian siswa yang diiplementasikan dalam aktivitas belajar mengajar di sekolah. Kedisiplinan belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Siswa yang memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang tinggi akan mendukung dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Terdapatpengaruhpositifdansignifikanvariabel etika dan kedisiplinanterhadaphasilbelajarsiswakelas X SMA Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuansebesar 45.319.(45.319 >0,254).

Abstract

In the current era of globalization and digital, fast, precise and accurate information services are needed. One of the technologies that must be applied in government agencies is the implementation of e-government which refers to the development of national e-government, and is adapted to the conditions that exist in each government agency. The aim of this e-government is to improve the quality of service and especially to realize the smart city which is currently being discussed. One of the districts that has recently implemented a smart city is the South Tapanuli district. So that in this study an analysis of the application of e-government in realizing smart cities will be carried out with the aim of knowing the process of implementing e-government policies, implementing smart cities that focus on the community, and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of e-government. The results of the study explain that the implementation of e-government in South Tapanuli district is indeed very effective in realizing smart cities in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological developments. This is shown by the achievement of smart city aspects, although not optimal. In the implementation of e-government there are still a number of weaknesses, obstacles and challenges because the implementation in South Tapanuli district is still relatively new. These obstacles include the inadequate availability of human resources, the level of public capacity regarding e-government is still very low. Supporting factors for e-government implementation are full government support through regulations and established financial support.

Abstract

One way to develop a region is to have quality Human Resources (HR). To realize this, several things are often done, namely through guidance, training and education. Sijungkang Village, South Tapanuli Regency, is one of the district government assisted villages. In order for the village to develop, as academics, the community service team conducted a workshop on HR management in the digital era. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of human resources, especially MSMEs in Sijungkang village so that they are able to face the challenges of information technology development and are able to improve the local economy. The service method is carried out through lectures and simple training on good human resource management and training in the use of digital-based technology through social media. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires during the implementation of the community service, it was found that the enthusiasm of the participants was very good, the participants were interested in following things that were useful. This activity provides a solution in the proper use of social media and increases participants' knowledge and understanding of the importance of digital-based science today.
