Abstract

Hospital is one of the public health service providers. Based on the status of participation in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, there are 2 (two) categories of patients in the hospital, namely patients who are JKN participants and non-JKN participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the JKN program membership status and patient satisfaction at Sumedang Regional General Hospital. The research design used was quantitative. The samples involved were 150 people. The instrument used was a standard questionnaire from Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2017. Descriptive data analysis was performed with frequency distribution while bivariate data analysis used Chi square. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between JKN membership status and patient satisfaction with services at the Sumedang Regional General Hospital, with a p-value of 0.000. There were 5 JKN participant respondents (3.3%) who were dissatisfied, 35 respondents (23.3%) were dissatisfied. There were 43 respondents (28.7%) who stated that they were satisfied with JKN, while 4 people (2.7%) stated that they were very satisfied. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between JKN membership status and patient satisfaction with services at the Sumedang Regional General Hospital. Keywords: JKN membership status; patient satisfaction ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah salah satu penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Dilihat berdasarkan status kepesertaannya terhadap program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) ada 2 (dua) kategori pasien di rumah sakit, yaitu pasien peserta JKN dan non peserta JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status kepesertaan program JKN dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Sumedang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang dilibatkan berjumlah 150 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner baku dari Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia No. 14 Tahun 2017. Analisis data deskriptif dilakukan dengan distribusi frekuensi sedangkan analisis data bivariat menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara status kepesertaan JKN dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di RSUD Sumedang, dengan p-value 0,000. Responden peserta JKN yang menyatakan tidak puas ada sebanyak 5orang (3,3%), responden peserta yang kurang puas ada sebanyak 35orang (23,3%). Responden peserta JKN yang menyatakan puas ada sebanyak 43 orang (28,7%) sedangkan responden peserta JKN yang menyatakan sangat puas ada sebanyak 4 orang (2,7%). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status kepesertaan JKN dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di RSUD Sumedang. Kata kunci: status kepesertaan JKN; kepuasan pasien
