Abstract

Green Public Space is an open social facility where all people can use it. The green public space it self is functioned as a social facility, such as children's playground, place to relax, and a place to exercise, green public space can also be used as a water catchment area that can be used for reducing the occurrence of inundation and flooding. It is expected that the presence of green public space in the housing environment can improve the quality of the surrounding environment, as the identity of this housing, and can also be added value for BRD Residence housing. Designing a comfortable green public space for residents to visit in particular and residents of Pringrejo Village in general and to find out how much the budget plan is needed to build a green public space in the BRD Residence housing. From the results of the survey pad a measurement of the study location obtained a land area of 1148 m2 with a length of 82 m and a width of 14 m, while from the results of analysis, this green public space is a type of park RW. In calculating the budget plan for planning the green public space or park RW, the total cost needed for the construction of green public space is Rp 410.000.000,00 consisting of 5 jobs, including; paving work of Rp 91.618.355,55, playground work of Rp 67.983.960,74, jogging track Rp 45.031.556,25, gazebo work in the amount of Rp 151.351.789,08, and in the flower garden work of Rp 54,018,901.72.Keywords: Green Open Space, Planning, Costs.

Abstract

is the case of puddle that occurred in Kelurahan Poncol Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur which resulted from damage to the drainage or less optimal drainage performance. Drainage damage is often caused by the community around the settlement. The low sense of ownership and responsibility for maintaining drainage is what causes drainage to not function optimally. Therefore, structuring the settlement drainage system using participatory methods aimed at increasing community participation and involvement in handling puddle problems, so that the drainage system built can be sustainable and foster a sense of community ownership of existing drainage. Based on the results of this method, planning by involving students functions more optimally than planning that does not involve the community. This is because the community is more aware of the location of the arrangement of the drainage system that will be planned.

Abstract

Concrete added material is an ingredient other than a constituent of concrete added to the concrete mix, before, immediately, or during concrete stirring. Added ingredients that are mixed on the concrete mix are intended to change one or more of the concrete properties while still fresh or hardened, for example the nature of the workmanship is easier, the nature of binding faster, get more plastic fresh concrete, faster rate of strength or compressive strength which is generated larger. The added ingredients used are ashes baggase (baggase ash) and supperplasticizer, and in this study itself aims to find out how much influence the addition of bagasse ash and superplasticizer sikament NN to the compressive strength of concrete, so it can be known how the optimum percentage of bagasse ash cement that produces maximum compressive strength of concrete. Planning of concrete mixture in this research using trial method by taking 5 variation of ash bagasse, 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% from cement weight and 4 variations of superplasticizer addition that is 0%, 1% , 1.5% of the weight of cement. Testing of concrete compressive strength as much as 60 specimens carried out at the age of 28 days. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that maximum compressive strength value in concrete is found on ash bagasse 15% and superplasticizer 1.5% with an average compressive strength of 34,991 Mpa or an increase of 17,790%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of bagasse ash and superplasticizer can increase the compressive strength of concreteKeywords: Compressive strength, Baggase Ash, Superplasticizer.

Abstract

Semarang is one of big city in Indonesia with a lot of activities in everyday. As the capital city of Central Java Province, Semarang City gives an active contribution which be related with the movement as human, goods and services. The movements that occurs to form knot of traffic so that give rise to traffic jam as seen on Jatingaleh Street. Because of this, it needs to be done an improvement of the capacity of a flyover and transportation management that supports it. This research aims to given flyover models based on transportation management and the policies are related in the transportation system so that is expected to overcome the traffic jam and give benefits which is in lin with the development of the city. In this research, do an analysis of Jatingaleh Street Semarang before availability the flyover and after availibility the flyover than be managed which is conformed with traffic conditions of Jatingaleh Street. Based on the calculation, after the flyover and be done manage reduction in the volume of vehicles was reduced by 4,61 % for light vehicles (LV), 2,63% for heavy vehicles (HV) and 86,59 % for motorcycle (MC) .

Abstract

Seringnya terjadi banjir pada Kota Pekalongan memerlukan runtutan pekerjaan mulai dari survey, pemetaan, dan penanganan langsung terkait dengan perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk kondisi banjir pada masing masing daerah tersebut. Kelurahan Tirto Kecamatan Pekalongan Barat merupakan daerah yang menjadi langganan dari banjir baik yang berasal dari hujan maupun rob yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada masyarakat sekitar. Salah satu penyebab rob yaitu kondisi saluran-saluran drainase yang tidak mampu mengalirkan air dari saluran ke sungai, sehingga air yang terhambat tersebut akan semakin meninggi dan melimpah ke jalanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir tersebut, diperlukan evaluasi yang mendalam pada masing masing saluran agar nantinya dapat ditentukan tindakannya bagaimana. Tim pengabdian dari Program Studi Teknik Konstruksi bekerja sama dengan dinas terkait serta masyarakat untuk melakukan pemetaan saluran saluran pada Kelurahan Tirto yang kemudian diurutkan berdasarkan tingkatan-tingkatan yang perlu ditangani terlebih dahulu. Metode-metode yang dilakukan dalam pemetaan ini antara lain sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, pembekalan teknis pelaksanaan, survey pemetaan, diskusi hasil survey, dan pemaparan hasil diskusi kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Tirto. Hasil dari proses pengabdian ini berupa peta asesmen saluran Kelurahan Tirto yang kemudian akan dilakukan penanganan lanjut oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.Kata kunci: banjir, drainase, rob.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in Indonesia experiences rapid development every year, including in Pekalongan City. Infrastructure development in Pekalongan City starts from the construction of roads, buildings, public facilities, and so on. The Pekalongan City Government has made an alternative that is in accordance with the above conditions, namely by constructing offices to improve or meet the needs of public facilities and realize sustainable infrastructure progress. The construction of existing high-rise buildings must be properly planned in accordance with applicable regulations. Based on SNI 2847-2013, regarding calculation procedures for buildings, it is explained that the loads that must be calculated for planning a structure are dead loads, live loads, wind loads, earthquake loads, and combinations of these loads. The building under review is a two-storey office building with reinforced concrete construction. The analysis is carried out with the help of the SAP computer program. Before analyzing, first make a working drawing design with the help of the Autocad program. The final results in this study are in the form of dimensions of structural elements that are planned to be strong and resistant to loads and economical in terms of cost. While the analysis of the main structure in the form of plates, beams, and columns.

Abstract

Beton merupakan bahan bangunan yang terbentuk dari campuran semen, agregat kasar, agregat halus dan air. Agregat halus dapat berupa pasir alam sebagai hasil disintregasi alami batuan ataupun pasir yang dihasilkan oleh industri pemecah batu dan mempunyai ukuran butir lebih kecil dari 5 mm atau lolos saringan no.4. Penggantian agregat halus dengan padas giling merupakan salah satu alternatif sebagai pengganti agregat halus tanpa mengubah mutu beton yang direncanakan. Pada penelitian ini, mutu beton yang direncanakan yaitu K.250 dengan metode eksperimen dengan mengambil 5 variasi penggantian agregat halus. Variasi tersebut antara lain, 100 % padas giling, 25 % padas giling 75% muntilan, 50% padas giling dan muntilan, 75 % padas giling 25 % muntilan, dan 100% muntilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan penggantian 100% pasir padas giling kuat tekan masih sesuai dengan mutu beton rencana, yaitu dengan hasil 18,22 MPa diumur beton 14 hari dan 20,42 Mpa diumur beton 28 hari. Semakin banyak pasir padas giling yang digunakan semakin rendah kuat tekan yang diperoleh, meskipun masih sesuai dengan kuat tekan beton yang sudah direncanakan. Kuat tekan maksimum yang diperoleh pada variasi beton 100% pasir muntilan umur 28 hari yaitu 26,24 MPa.

Abstract

Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif adalah sistem proteksi kebakaran yang memiliki pendeteksi kebakaran secara manual maupun otomatis. Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif di Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memberikan manfaat besar dalam manajemen kebakaran. Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memiliki beberapa utilitas sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif yaitu sistem alarm kebakaran, sistem detektor kebakaran, sistem sprinkler, sistem hidran gedung, sistem pencahaayan darurat, sistem listrik darurat dan APAR (alat pemadam api ringan). Dari sinilah tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengevaluasi sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif pada Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan. Untuk kondisi dari sistem tersebut sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 26/PRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan dengan tingkat keandalan dari baik, cukup atau sedang hingga kurang. Dari tingkat keandalan kondisi tersebut maka diperlukannya pemeliharaan yang tepat untuk menjaga sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif agar selalu berfungsi dengan semestinya. Pemeliharaan tersebut bersifat pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala hingga perbaikan atau pergantian sistem yang sudah mendekati kadaluarsa dan sudah tidak berfungsi dan kondisi alat pada sistem proteksi kebakaran Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memiliki tingkat keandalan sebesar 80% yang berarti berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

The Ministry of PUPR is committed to building infrastructure in Indonesia by implementing sustainable development by prioritizing the concept of green buildings that are efficient, save energy, water and materials. Therefore, in supporting this, the planning process for the construction of the kajen main market of the Pekalongan Regency Government expects the application of building planning, one of which meets the standards of Green Building (BGH) or commonly known as green building. This BGH Performance Analysis is carried out so that the Development can meet BGH criteria that can reduce environmental impacts. This research discusses how BGH performance at the technical planning stage and the achievement of the green building category based on Permen PUPR No. 21 of 2022. The research was carried out on the planning of the construction of the Kajen main market in Pekalongan Regency. The scope of the achievement level of the green building category is based on the Kajen main market development planning data. And the scope of the discussion is based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 01/SE/M/2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Green Building Performance Assessment. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in analyzing data on Green Building Criteria. In this research explore, search, and find facts in the field then processed or presented in accordance with existing facts. The parameters used in the assessment of green buildings or green buildings are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 21 of 2022. The results of the green building assessment of the Kajen Main Market obtained points of 117 with a percentage of 64.4% and entered the BGH Pratama level.
