There are many reasons behind teenage smoking behavior where smoking behavior is a dysfunction of the individual itself and the environment. This can be seen from the study of the development of adolescents who started smoking associated with the crisis of psycho-social aspects experienced during development, when a teenager is looking for identity. The efforts to find that identity, not all can go according to the desired expectations. Some adolescents do smoking as a compensatory method because there are some parties that have a big influence in the socialization process. Smoking behavior usually begins in adolescence even though the process of becoming a smoker has started since childhood. Adolescence is also an important period of risk for the development of long-term smoking behavior. In addition, smoking behavior is the entrance to other negative behaviors such as drug abuse and drinking alcohol. In this study researchers sought the influence of smoking behavior on the risk of drug abuse. The data in this study were obtained by distributing evaluation questionnaires to students. The results of this study obtained information about the effect of smoking behavior on the risk of drug abuse. The benefit of this research is to provide information to students about the dangers of smoking and the risk of drug abuse. The aim of this research is to produce information about the dangers of smoking and the risk of drug abuse. The results of this study indicate that smoking behavior among students at the Indonesian Community Development University (UPMI) majority has moderate smoking behavior. both of these studies see the risk of drug abuse in students at the Indonesian Community Development University (UPMI), the majority is not at risk. third, this study found a significant effect between smoking behavior and the risk of drug abuse on students at UPMI.Keywords: smoking, behavior, drug, abuse.

In the world of teacher education, one of the supporting tools that play an important role in achieving national education goals is through the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on teacher performance, commitment at SMA Negeri 13 Medan, to determine the effect of competence and work commitment of teachers together on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 13 Medan. This researchthe sample is 61 teachers. Analysis of the hypothesis using SPSS 16.Research results: 1). The magnitude of the influence of competence on teacher performance as shown by the results of the study is 47.7meaning that competence has a good influence on teacher performance. 2).The magnitude of the effect of work commitment on teacher performance as shown by the results of the study is 36.6% This means that in improving teacher performance, one of the variables that influence it is teacher work commitment. 3).The magnitude of the effect of competence and work commitment on teacher performance is shown by the results of the study of 83.3%.

In simple terms, education is a learning process for students to be able to understand, understand, and be more critical in thinking. This article aims to determine the effect of competence, innovation on professionalism. Education can occur anytime and anywhere, both on campus (school) and outside campus, which aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative. being independent and being a democratic citizen is also responsible. The sample in this study amounted to 35 people. Analysis of hypothesis testing using SPSS Research results Partially, competence has a significant effect on lecturer professionalism at the Indonesian Maritime Adiguna Polytechnic Medan. Partially, innovation has a significant effect on the professionalism of lecturers at the Adiguna Maritime Indonesia Polytechnic, Medan. Simultaneously, competence and innovation have a significant influence on the professionalism of lecturers at the Indonesian Maritime Adiguna Polytechnic Medan.

The Effect of Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Economic Development in Deli Tua District, Deliserdang Regency (By: Netarius Ndruru) (Supervisors: Dr. Mananda Situmorang, Drs., M.Si and Nurul Dalimunte, S.Sos., M. Si). This study aims to determine how much influence the empowerment of MSMEs has on economic development in Deli Tua District and to determine the extent to which MSME empowerment is carried out in supporting economic development in Deli Tua District. The research method used in this thesis is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques include primary data collection, namely the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Then with secondary data collection techniques, namely the library and field studies. To determine the effect of empowering micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development in Deli Tua District, the author uses the product moment correlation coefficient formula. Meanwhile, to test the significant level between the independent variable and the dependent variable, in this case the author uses the t test formula. The results showed that the effect of empowering micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development in Deli Tua District had a strong effect, with a value of r_xy = 0.687. Meanwhile, from the results of the significant level test, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises on economic development, with a value of t = 7.389.

This study raises the issue of Public Service Supervision Policy at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Service, the Supervision Policy is a provision made in an effort to determine whether the conditions of the activities carried out have reached the specified target. To reveal the research problem used secondary data and primary data with a sample of 30 people. The analytical method used is Product Moment Correlation Analysis. Individual Competence has a strong positive relationship to employee performance at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra Province where the research results are based on a correlation test. Supervision Policy has a strong positive effect on Public Services where the research results are based on the correlation test of Public Service Supervision Policies of 0.97. compared to the critical table r product moment (n = 30) with df = 95% there are numbers r table = 0.349 where rxy = 0.97 > 0.349 this means that the Supervision Policy has a strong positive relationship to public services in North Sumatra Transportation Service Province. The results of this study suggest that the better supervision policies owned by the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Service are formed in the dimensions of systems and work methods, repair of work errors, procedures or policies, compensation and use of work tools and facilities and followed by increased efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, responsibility and accountability of public services at the North Sumatra provincial transportation office. Policy factors for implementing work systems and methods, correcting work errors, procedures or policies, compensation and use of work tools and facilities will be followed by efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, responsibility and accountability of public services in North Sumatra provincial transportation offices.

The Effect of the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Poverty Reduction in Sorkam Kanan Village, West Sorkam District, Central Tapanuli Regency Nurul Dalimunte

Poverty is one of the problems experienced by developing countries, including Indonesia. Efforts to reduce poverty in Indonesia have been carried out by the government in every era of government with various poverty alleviation programs that aim to break the chain of poverty and improve the welfare and economy of the people in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program on Poverty Reduction in Sorkam Kanan Village, West Sorkam District. The method used in this study using quantitative methods. The data sources include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the field, obtained by means of interviews, observation and questionnaires. It can be concluded that this study uses the product moment correlation test which is distributed to respondents with the results of r = 0.611. These results indicate that the effectiveness of the family of hope program in reducing poverty in the Sorkam right sub-district, West Sorkam sub-district is quite strong. Meanwhile, the results of the significant correlation coefficient test are t = 5, 319. From the test results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the hopeful family program on poverty reduction in Sorkam Kanan Village, West Sorkam District . While the advice offered by the researcher is that PKH participants are expected to attend every meeting held by the PKH supervisor so as to increase public knowledge about the goals and benefits of the assistance received

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai di Kantor Camat Medan Area Kota Medan Nurul Dalimunte

Sasaran terhadap eksperimen atau riset ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tipe Kepemimpinan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Medan Kota Medan.Dalam penelitian Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif dengan teknik penyusunan data memiliki gaya akumulasi keterangan fundamental dan gaya akumulasi keterangan sekunder.Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tipe Kepemimpinan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Medan Area Kota Medan, peneliti menggunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment dan menggunakan rumus uji t. Untuk menguji tingkat signifikan antar variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat terdapat hasil yang signifikan dimana hasil uji signifikan koefisien korelasi (t) sebesar t hitung = 5,713 apabila dibandingkan dengan angka kritik yang terdapat pada t tabel dengan (df) 5% pada (n-1) terdapat angka sebesar 1,697, dimana 5,713 > 1,697 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Variabel Bebas (X) Tipe Kepemimpinan terhadap Variabel Terikat (Y) Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Medan Area Kota Medan. Dari dimensi variabel (X) Tipe Kepemimpinan dengan dimensi variabel (Y) Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, sebagai berikut; dimensi Otokratik dengan dimensi IdentifikasiAngka koefisien rxy = 0,17 apabila dikompresasikan pada tabel kritik r produk moment (n-30) dengan (df 5%) terdapat angka tabel 0,36 dimana rxy = 0,17 < 0,36 ini berarti hubungan Variabel (X) Otokratik dengan Variabel (Y) Identifikasi sangat berpengaruh kecil ini berarti hubungan Variabel (X) dimensi Otokratik dengan Variabel (Y) dimensi Identifikasi masih berpengaruh kecil Di Kantor Camat Medan Area Kota Medan. Adapun saran dari Kantor Camat Medan Area Kota Medan di tingkatkaan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci : Tipe kepemimpinan, Komitmen organisasional

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Terhadap Budaya Organisasi di Badan Usaha Milik Negara PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Nurul Dalimunte

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap budaya organisasi di badan usaha milik negara PT. Pos Indonesia Medan dan bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner dijalan dengan budaya organisasi di badan usaha milik negara PT. Pos Indonesia Medan. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penyusunan data meliputi teknik pengumpulan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data primer teriri dari beberapa cara yaitu dengan cara metode angket, metode obervasi dan metode wawancara sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data skunder terdiri dari metode dokumentasi yaitu dengan mengunakan catatan atau file dokumen penting di tempat penelitian tersebut, selanjutnya metode studi pustaka yaitu dengan mengunakan buku-buku atau internet. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Budaya Organisasi di badan usaha milik negara PT. Pos Indonesia Medan peneliti menggunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment. Sementara itu penuliti menggunakan rumus uji t. untuk menguji tingkat signifikan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. terdapat hasil yang signifikan dimana hasil uji signifikan koefisien korelasi (t) sebesar 3,470. Apabila nilai t hitung dibandingkan dengan angka kritik yang diperoleh pada t hitung dengan (df) 0,5% terdapat angka sebesar 1,697. Sehingga 3,470 > 1,697 maka terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara variabel besar (X) Kepemimpinan Visioner dengan variabel terikat (Y) Budaya Organisasi di Badan Usaha Milik Negara PT. Pos Indonesia Medan. Dari dimensi variabel bebas (X) Kepemimpinan Visioner dan dimensi variabel terikat (Y) Budaya Organisasi hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, sebagai berikut dimensi Inovatif terhadap dimensi Dukungan Dan Hubungan Yang Harmonis Antar Investor. Angka koefisien korelasi = -0,031 apabila dikompresasikan pada tabel kritik r product moment (n=30) dengan df – 5% terdapat angka tabel 0,361 dimana rxy = -0,031 < 0,361 ini berarti hubungan variabel X dimensi Inovatif terhadap varibel Y dimensi Dukungan Dan Hubungan Yang Harmonis Antara Investor masih berpengaruh kecil. Maka penulis membuat saran dari nilai dimensi terendah atau pernyataan terendah sehingga ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. Adapun saran peeliti di Badan .Usaha Mlik Negara kantor PT Pos Indonesia Medan sebagai berikut : Inovatif pegawai terhadap dukungan dan hubungan yang harmonis antar investor harus lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Visioner, Budaya Organisasi.

Pernikahan dibawah umur adalah salah satu masalah yang banyak terjadi pada remaja. Sekolah yang menjadi tempat kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah SMA Al Washliyah yang berada di Jalan Labuhan Desa Gang Kerawan Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Permasalahan adalah para siswa di sekolah ini belum memahami tentang faktor penyebab, akibat perkawinan dibawah umur serta pengaturannya menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 serta belum tersedia sarana dan prasarana untuk menambah pemahaman mahasiswa. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan penyediakan sarana dan prasarana berupa bahan dan materi dengan metode penyampaian yang mudah dimengerti oleh siswa berupa modul. Penyuluhan diberikan kepada 30 (tiga puluh) orang siswa dari perwakilan kelas 2 (dua) dan kelas 3 (tiga). Kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa menambah pemahanan siswa serta bisa mencegah dan mengurangi pernikahan dibawah umur khususnya di kecamatan Tanjung Morawa.Kata Kunci : sosialisasi, pencegahan, perkawinan, dibawah umur.

Tingkat kesadaran arsip di kalangan masyarakat khususnya di suatu lembaga maupun instansi-instansi Pemerintah maupun Swasta merupakan salah satu gambaran bahwa selama ini arsip dianggap kurang penting. Dimana arsip merupakan rekaman kegiatan atau peristiwa dalam berbagai bentuk dan media sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dibuat dan diterima oleh lembaga negara, pemerintah daerah, lembaga pendidikan, perusahaan, organisasi politik, organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan perseorangan dalam pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. (UU43/2009, psl 1 angka 2). Dalam proses program kegiatan yang dilakukan dari langkah awal sampai pada sosialisasi dan pengenalan mengenai kesadaran tentang arsip pada pengimplementasian dan langkah terakhir yaitu pengevaluasian. Dari langkah langkah mampu membantu pencapaian tujuan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya arsip bagi seluruh karyawan serta membantu pengelolaan arsip di setiap fakultas di Universitas Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia..Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi; Arsip; Pendampingan.
