Abstract

This study aims to examine "the extent to which price, and place a variable effect on the Cadets satisfaction. The subject of this study are 71 cadets level III of 3 (three) majors available at AMY namely KPN, Nautical and Teknika. The tools used in this study to test the instrument by using SPSS 17.0, F-test, t test and Stepwise test. This research resulted in the discovery of the F test in accordance with the F-count > F-table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 (p <0.05), means variables affect the price and place simultaneously against complacency cadets. T-count the price variable is smaller than t-table 1.986 < 2.651 with a probability of (0.051) is greater than the significance level of 0.05, its mean that the price variable has no significant effect on the satisfaction of cadets. For t- test at variable places, t-count is greater than t table (5.361> 2.651) with probability (0.000) is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, its mean that the variable sites had a significant impact on satisfaction cadets. The results of the method stepwise showed that the dominant variable influencing satisfaction of cadets (Y) is a (X2). It is seen from the test stepwise most dominant influence satisfaction cadets (Y) is a (X2). It is also seen from the value of t 5.361 with a probability level of 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the satisfaction of cadets from the perspective of service as an intervening based on marketing mix in Yogyakarta Maritime Academy. In this case the researcher wants to know how far the Promotion, Price and Place, Service individually or collectively affect the cadet’s satisfaction. The subjects of this study are 71 cadets level III of the 3 (three) majors available at AMY namely KPN, Nautical and Teknika. In this study to test the instrument by using SPSS 17.0, and the indicator test using SmartPLS 3.0. Results of this study showed that Promotion, Price and Place simultaneously are proved together significantly influence the variable performance as 59.6 %, the remaining 40.4 % is influenced by other factors not included in the model. That is simultaneously variable promotion, price and place are proved to have an influence on the service AMY cadets. Promotion, Price, Place and Service simultaneously together influence the cadets satisfaction variables is known from the analysis hypotheses suggesting a P Value of 0.00 smaller (<) than 0.05. besides of that, if the promotion is done well, the price affordable tuition, a built in support for teaching and learning activities, the cadets will get academic services in line with expectations.  Keywords: Promotion, Price, Place, Service, Cadets Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi D3 Manajemen Transportasi Laut dan Prodi S1 Transportasi, Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan data diuji serta dianalisis menggunakan path analisis (regresi berganda) dengan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy mampu menjelaskan  kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021 sebesar 64%, sementara untuk 36% kepuasan peserta pelatihan dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel  selain variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy
