Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan diselenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan editing video berbasis aplikasi KineMaster selama pandemi Covid-19 dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. PKM ini dilaksanakan di  SMA IT Baitussalam, Prambanan, Yogyakarta dengan peserta sebanyak 16 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) terdiri dari   tahapan   perencanaan   (plan),  tindakan  (action), pengamatan (observe) dan refleksi (reflection). Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah dalam teknik penggunaan/ pengeporasian aplikasi KineMaster sebanyak 62.5% guru menyatakan mudah diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dan sebanyak 81,25% guru  merasakan  kemanfaatan dan mengalami peningkatan kompetensi digital. Kata kunci: kinemaster; kompetensi digital; video ABSTRACTThe purpose of this Community Service activity is to hold training on making learning videos by editing videos based on the KineMaster application during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to improve teacher digital competence. This Community Service was held at SMA IT Baitussalam, Prambanan, Yogyakarta with 16 participants. The method of implementing this Community Service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method consists of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this Community Service activity are in the use/corporation technique of the KineMaster application as many as 62.5% of teachers stated that it was easy to apply in learning and as many as 81.25% of teachers felt the benefits and experienced an increase in digital competence. Keywords: kinemaster; digital competence; video

Abstract

The cooling system on the diesel engine is the main engine cooling system of the Hansin GLU28AG type on the KM Ship. Abadi Sejahtera is a closed cooling system using 2 media, namely freshwater media and seawater media. Maintenance according to the manual book serves to keep the cooling system working optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out the steps to optimize the maintenance of the main engine cooling system of the Hansin GLU28AG type on KM Ships. Abadi Sejahtera. This research was carried out in the engine room of the KM Ship. Abadi Sejahtera. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are documentary methods, interview methods, and observation methods. From the results of the study showed the maintenance carried out in the cooling system of the main engine type Hansin GLU28AG on km ships. Abadi Sejahtera runs optimally. The average result after optimization of treatment by 90%. The implementation of maintenance on diesel engine cooling system components includes expansion tanks, fresh water pumps, fresh water coolers, sea chests.

Abstract

An air compressor is an auxiliary machine used to compress gases that usually suck air from the atmosphere, in addition to sucking air or high-pressure gases from atmospheric pressure. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made in carrying out two-level air compressor maintenance on the KM SK 3 ship owned by PT. Trasindo diamonds in an effort to produce high-pressure air when sailing. This research method is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are obtained through field research by combining interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that the maintenance of the air compressor on the KM SK 3 ship to produce high-pressure air has been carried out properly according to the manual book. The efforts made include carrying out maintenance and checking regularly and always paying attention to the lubrication and cooling system. Another effort made in compressor maintenance is the creation of a schedule for each change of lubricating oil, in order to monitor each change of lubricating oil. Furthermore, during docking and emergency situations, check the piston rings, connecting rods and non-return valves. Kompresor udara merupakan suatu permesinan bantu yang digunakan untuk memampatkan gas yang biasanya menghisap udara dari atmosfer, selain itu untuk menghisap udara atau gas yang bertekanan tinggi dari tekanan atmosfer. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam melakukan perawatan kompresor udara dua tingkat di kapal KM SK 3 milik PT. Berlian Trasindo dalam usaha untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan tinggi saat melakukan pelayaran. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui penelitian lapangan field research dengan penggabungan metode interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perawatan kompresor udara di kapal KM SK 3 untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan tinggi sudah dilakukan secara baik sesuai manual book. Upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya melakukan perawatan dan pengecekan secara rutin dan selalu memperhatikan sistem pelumasan dan pendinginan. Selain itu juga memeriksa alat-alat sebelum digunakan seperti alat-alat pengaman, packing-packing, seal-seal dan lain sebagainya. Upaya lain yang dilakukan dalam perawatan kompresor adalah pembuatan jadwal setiap mengganti minyak pelumas, gunanya untuk memantau setiap penggantian minyak pelumas. Selanjutnya pada pada saat doking dan situasi darurat melakukan pemeriksaan pada ring piston, connecting rod dan non return valve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi D3 Manajemen Transportasi Laut dan Prodi S1 Transportasi, Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan data diuji serta dianalisis menggunakan path analisis (regresi berganda) dengan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy mampu menjelaskan  kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021 sebesar 64%, sementara untuk 36% kepuasan peserta pelatihan dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel  selain variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy

Abstract

ASTM A36 steel is a steel commonly used in shipbuilding construction. The property of steel that is highly avoided is susceptible to corrosion or  corrosive which can reduce the strength of the structure. Over time, technology has developed, and methods have been found to inhibit the rapid rate of corrosion, coating process is one of them. The success rate of coating process is also strongly influenced by the surface preparation process. The surface preparation process in this study was by differentiating the size variations of the SG18, SG25, and SG40 steel grit abrasive materials and the spraying pressure of the 5 bar, 6 bar, and 7 bar abrasive materials and the provision of scratch defects on the specimens that had been coated with epoxy primer paint. The purpose of the research conducted was to analyze variations in  size of the abrasive material, the spraying pressure of  the abrasive material, and which combination of variations is the best for specimens  considered to have been scratched. In each variation, the value of the corrosion rate will be  increased when the size of the material increased and the value of the corrosion rate increases when the spraying pressure decreases. The results obtained from this study indicate that the lowest corrosion rate value is 0.0027 mmpy with the outstanding category of the variation used, which is grit SG40 steel abrasive material and at a pressure of 7 bar.

Abstract

The Marching Line Regulation is an extracurricular activity to foster a sense of unity, responsibility and discipline in carrying out orders appropriately and quickly. The purpose of this community service is to instil the values of the discipline of student council members at Budi Utama Junior High School Yogyakarta against the rules and orders in the activities of the Marching Row Regulation. The method is used through the direct practice of Line-Marching. The process of instilling disciplinary values applied in UN activities is in the form of accuracy, obedience and compliance. The results of the assessment evaluation showed that the average assessment of the cultivation of disciplinary values obtained excellent criteria of 83% and good by 17%. The average results indicate the success of the implementation of training in the context of this community service.
