Dalam kebanyakan pengangkatan karyawan, resiko antara pegawaitelah meningkat.Karena orang-orang pada hakkatnya bukan mesin yangefisien.Tampaknya tepat untuk menggantikan pekerjaan rutin dengan sistemotomatis yang dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang lebih cepat dan lebih baik,yang karena kemungkinan orang-orang untuk melakukan pekerjaan yanglebih maju, yang biasanya adalah pekerjaan kantoran.Teknologi dan pendidikan dimana kebutuhan modern akanketerampilan yang lebih tinggi berarti diperlukan adanya tenaga kerja yanglebih berpendidikan. Adanya pendidikan dan pelatihan lebih tinggi merupakankeharusan untuk menghindarkan kelebihan orang-orang yang kurangberkembang dan kekurangan orang-orang yang sangat berkembang.Teknologi dan tenaga kerja teknologi baru dapat memaksa perusahaanmerumahkan pegawai yang berprestasi memuaskan tetapi ketrampilannyatidak lagi memenuhi tuntutan.Kompetensi pelaut yang diamanatkan pada STCW amandemen 2010membuat perubahan perkembangan kinerja pelaut menuju pada keselamatankerja yang tinggi.Delegasi pimpinan yang terdapat pada rank jabatan distruktur organisasi kapal mencerminkan koordinasi yang dijalankan sesuaidengan beban dan tanggung jawab crew kapal masing-masing.Kata kunci: Teknologi, Ketrampilan, Kompetensi Pelaut

Learning is done in achieving the competency of prospective shipper or expedition in the stuffing process in container media owned by the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy in the Department of Commercial Shipping Management. The purpose of this paper is to achieve competence or with the term completeness in the process of forming prospective operational parts in the warehouse of exporters who are capable of stuffing. The method used was in the form of a role play stuffing process by the three-semester level cadets in learning Load and Stacking Management in container media owned by the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy. The strategies in learning that are applied are learning planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling scenarios. The results achieved to realize a professional workforce in the field of shipping, especially in the field of commercial shipping management for prospective loading and unloading operations that will work in the warehouse exporter. After learning in the form of role play, the ability of the shipper's operational and expedition is produced which handles the cargo in the stuffing process.

Competence in the form of the ability of prospective seamen, especially the crew face to face in the berthing process given to the Stimaryo cadets majoring in Nautical Studies in learning Maritime Skills so that they can easily adapt and can play a role in the bow during the ship leaning process. The main research objective in this study is that prospective seamen from Stimaryo especially the Nautika study majors in assisting learning in the form of role play can easily understand the material and know the attitudes that must be possessed and good skills in leading orders from platforms and cooperation with advance deck ABK groups. The research method used is descriptive research with the aim of making systematic, factual and accurate descriptions of the facts. The ability of prospective sailors leadership with role play learning models reaches values above 75, so that their competencies are declared to be in accordance with the needs in the field. The roleplay learning model is able to form competencies through coordination as a communicator and communicant as well as a predetermined time.

The implementation of role-playing learning in the installation of peranca is a contextual learning model in the process of knowledge transfer to achieve the competence of cadets at the Yogyakarta Maritime High School or Stimaryo as prospective workers on board. Leadership and teamwork are carried out in the mooring and windlass anchor machine model belonging to Stimaryo in the Nautical Studies Study Program. The purpose of this paper is classroom action research in the process of attainment in the form of completeness in achieving minimum competency or completeness criteria of at least 75. The second marine skills learning method uses the role play method or role play prepared by the lecturer or instructor in the form of learning scenarios. This learning scenario has indicators in the form of competency achievement and teamwork ability for cadets level II in the third semester of the Nautical Studies Study Program at the Yogyakarta Maritime College in learning Marine Skills II in the Mooring and Windlass media belonging to the Yogyakarta Maritime College. The results achieved are the formation of a professional workforce, especially the ability of team collaboration, especially the deck department in the shipping sector, especially the Nautical Studies Study Program.

Pembelajaran konteks dengan melakukan peran operator crane dalam memperagakan command berupa aba aba symbol dapat membentuk kemampuan secara kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dalam hal Stevedoring. Praktik kemampuan dalam memimpin yang dilakukan di Crane and Holds Model milik STIMARYO dilakukan oleh taruna Studi Nautika dalam pembelajaran single swinging derrick. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran dalam mencapai kompetensi operasional crane dengan capaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal 75. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pencapaian indikator kompetensi operator crane yaitu dengan praktik atau atau role play dengan studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan metode role play atau bermain peran yang dipersiapkan oleh dosen atau instruktur berupa skenario pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara berkelompok. Dalam pelaksanaan skenario pembelajaran ini memiliki indikator berupa ketercapaian kompetensi serta kemampuan command bagi taruna tingkat II semester tiga pada prodi Studi Nautika Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta di media Crane and Holds milik Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Hasil yang dicapai terbentuknya kompetensi Taruna dalam kemampuan command dibidang pelayaran khususnya Prodi Studi Nautika.

The purpose of this service is as an effort to improve the performance of the Bina Qurani Al-Qurani Education Center in the management of academic administration related to the management of TPA learning in terms of learning administration management in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan, in addition to providing insight into making administration in TPA learning. The method used in this Service is by training with lectures, questions and answers and mentoring. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation, interviews and documentation at the Bina Qurani landfill organization which is located in the hamlet of Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of this service resulted in an increase in the performance of the Bina Qurani Landfill by producing a Learning Implementation Plan which was used as a guide in providing Iqra and Quran learning by ustazah or Bina Qurani landfill teachers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi alat keselamatan di Kapal MT. Patra Tanker 2 agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sementara itu teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui penelitian lapangan field research dengan penggabungan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan interview mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fungsi alat keselamatan sangat penting dalam mendukung suatu kapal dalam berlayar terutama jika kapal tersebut dalam keadaan bahaya baik itu kebakaran, orang jatuh kelaut, kepal tenggelam dan lain-lainnya. Alat keselamatan agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan cara, selalu diadakan perawatan rutin. Agar pada saat terjadi keadaan darurat, alat-alat keselamat dapat berfungsi dan dapat digunakan dengan baik. Pada Kapal MT. Patra Tanker2 alat-alat keselamatan sudah baik dan lengkap serta sudah mematuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh IMO.

In determining the seaworthiness of the ship, ship inspection is very important to do. KSOP has a very important role in determining the seaworthiness of ships. This study aims to determine the role of marine inspectors in ship inspection at KSOP Class IV Probolinggo. The research used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by surveys and interviews. The results of this study show that the marine inspector has the role and task of preparing to discuss the formulation and implementation of policies, standards, norms, guidelines, criteria, and procedures as well as technical guidance, evaluation, certification, and reporting in the fields of ship design, measurement, construction and stability of ships, nautical, technical, and radio as well as equipment and equipment for ship safety and equipment as well as prevention of pollution from ships and management of ship safety and operation for ships indonesian flags that sail in Indonesian and international waters for all types of ships and all sizes. In the duties of inspection and measurement of ships carried out in the Legal Status and Certification of Ships section, carry out inspection tasks at the Port of Probolinggo. The results of the survey of the marine administration examination and physical examination were obtained that it took an average of 32.57 minutes.
