Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bahan ajar yang aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam mata kuliah Busana Daerah yang merupakan mata kuliah untuk pengenalan budaya di bidang Industri Kreatif pada Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga. Penelitian dirancang melalui tahapan berikut ini: (1) melakukan survey terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (konsentrasi busana) untuk mengetahui pembelajaran mata kuliah Busana Daerah (2) Mengembangkan bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Busana Daerah, (3) Validasi bahan ajar modul interaktif oleh ahli materi Busana Daerah dan Ahli media (4) Revisi bahan ajar modul pada mata kuliah Busana Daerah, (5) Uji coba pada mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Busana Daerah. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkan Modul interaktif Busana Daerah yang sesuai untuk pembelajaran. Kesesuaian modul ini dapat dilihat dari sisi sistematika penyusunan modul. Modul ini telah memenuhi kriteria standar penyusunan modul sebagaimana standar sistematika modul. Dari sisi karakteristik modul, modul disusun sesuai kaedah karakteristik modul sehingga dapat digunakan mahasiswa untuk belajar secara mandiri (self instructional). Modul interaktif yang dikembangkan peneliti telah dinyatakan layak oleh para validator yang terdiri dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Ahli media maupun ahli materi menyimpulkan bahwa kelayakan modul ini terletak pada kategori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul interaktif Busana Daerah yang telah dikembangkan telah layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Busana Daerah sebagai pengenalan budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

The Fashion Design Education Study Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang. In learning at the Fashion Design Education Study Program, 70% of learning is practical learning. In the Fashion Design Education Study Program, the researcher found that the laboratory management was still not optimal due to several problems, including the laboratory management which was still manual and not properly organized according to standards. This problem has inspired researchers to develop laboratory management for the Fashion Design Education Study Program in the Home Economic Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang. It is hoped that the results of this research will produce SOP (standart operational procedure) products that improve the laboratory management of the Fashion Design Education Study Program so that they can develop better and have clear measurement standards. This study used a development research design (Gall and Borg, 1983). This development research procedure consists of 6 stages, namely determining, identifying problems, reviewing various laboratory SOP, developing prototypes, expert reviews and testing SOP prototypes, and revising development products. The results of this research are (1) Several SOP products, including: SOP for the preparation of laboratory use schedules, SOP for the use of laboratory equipment, SOP for the use of laboratory equipment, SOP for borrowing laboratory equipment/ goods/ facilities and infrastructure, SOP for the use of laboratory equipment, SOP for maintenance of laboratory equipment. , SOP for maintenance and repair of Laboratory Equipment, and SOP for monitoring and evaluation of Laboratory; (2) The feasibility of laboratory SOP by laboratory management experts is considered feasible to be tested and used for Laboratory SOP with several suggestions for revisions, with a percentage rate of 78% for the first expert, and 83% for the second expert; and (3) The results of the feasibility of the SOP for the Laboratory of Fashion Design Education Study Program, Home Economic Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang, after being tested on laboratory assistants, practical lecturers and students, were assessed that the SOP was very suitable to be used in the Laboratory of the Fashion Design Education Study Program Universitas Negeri Semarang. The percentage level of testing to the laboratory assistant is 93%, practical lecturers 88% and students 95% with no revision respectively.

Abstract

Abstract. This service aims to provide training on making Ecoprints for PKK women in the Kalisegoro Gunungpati village which has the potential to increase the creative industry with products that have economic value and are worth selling. The methods implemented in this community service are: (1) providing theoretical material about making Ecoprints and entrepreneurship which will be delivered using lecture and discussion methods, (2) practical materials for making Ecoprints and entrepreneurship are given using demonstration methods, exercises and project-based learning, (3) monitoring and evaluation. The instrument used to measure the success of the training is a product assessment sheet. The training activities made the Ecoprint of housewives in Gunungpati Village to be carried out properly and smoothly. The implementation of the training makes the Ecoprint can be carried out according to the plan, all the planned materials can be carried out properly. There has been an increase in understanding from 40% to 80% of materials regarding Ecoprint. The results of the evaluation of the Ecoprint making training in Kalisogoro Gunungpati Village, namely an increase in the understanding and ability of participants before and after being given training on making Ecoprints, among others, are as follows: 1) mastery of the use of tools and materials for making Ecoprints from 26% increased to 95%; 2) mastery of Ecoprint manufacturing techniques from 0% increased to 98%; 3) Ecoprint creation creativity increased from 0% to 93%; 4) Ecoprint product yield increased from 0% to 100%; 5) participant participation during Ecoprint training increased from 0% to 100%; and 6) understanding of entrepreneurship theory from 10% increased to 87%. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan membuat Ecoprint bagi ibu-ibu PKK di kelurahan Kalisegoro Gunungpati yang berpotensi untuk peningkatan industri kreatif dengan produk yang bernilai ekonomis dan layak jual. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: (1) pemberian materi teori tentang membuat Ecoprint dan kewirausahaan yang akan disampaikan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, (2) materi praktek membuat Ecoprint dan kewirausahaan diberikan dengan metode demontrasi, latihan dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, (3) monitoring dan evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelatihan adalah lembar penilaian produk. Kegiatan pelatihan membuat Ecoprint ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Gunungpati dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan membuat Ecoprint dapat terlaksana sesuai perencanaan, materi yang direncanakan dapat terlaksana semua dengan baik. Telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dari 40% menjadi 80% materi mengenai Ecoprint. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan pembuatan Ecoprint di Kelurahan Kalisogoro Gunungpati yaitu terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan pembuatan Ecoprint antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) penguasaan terhadap penggunaan alat dan bahan pembuatan Ecoprint dari 26% meningkat menjadi 95%; 2) penguasaan teknik pembuatan Ecoprint dari 0% meningkat menjadi 98%; 3) kreativitas pembuatan Ecoprint dari 0% meningkat menjadi 93%; 4) hasil produk Ecoprint dari 0% meningkat menjadi 100%; 5) partisipasi peserta selama pelatihan Ecoprint dari 0% meningkat menjadi 100%; dan 6) pemahaman teori kewirausahaan dari 10% meningkat menjadi 87%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) relevansi pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek konteks; (2) kesesuaian pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek input; (3) efektifitas pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek proses; dan (4) pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek produk. Jenis penilitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian: (1) pencapaian relevansi program termasuk dalam kategori “sangat relevan” dengan persentase pencapaian 85%; (2) kesesuaian input SMK sasaran program, peserta program dan penyelenggara program termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan persentase pencapaian 76,38%; (3) keefektifan proses sosialisasi, seleksi dan pembekalan, proses pelaksanaan program serta proses monitoring dan pelaporan termasuk dalam kategori “efektif” dengan persentase pencapaian 74,52%; (4) pencapaian produk teaching dan non teaching termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tercapai” dengan persentase pencapaian 84,35%. AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital media in the form of learning videos on the eyes of Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software so that it can be used in learning and can improve student competence. This research is development research which refers to the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which includes: (1) the analysis phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the development phase, (4) implementation stage (trial), (5) evaluation stage. Digital media in the form of learning videos on the eyes of Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software that has been developed has been tested for eligibility by validators of media experts and material experts, as well as eligibility trials based on student responses of 40 students. The results of this study are in the form of digital media learning videos on the eyes of Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software. Based on the stages of media development that have been carried out, the final results of the eligibility assessment by media expert validators are 91.6% (very eligible), and the final eligibility assessment by the material expert validator is with a percentage of 97.5% (very eligible). At the implementation stage, the average result of the assessment based on the test student responses was 9.2 from the ideal score of 10 with a percentage of 92% (very positive). Thus, it can be said that digital video learning media for Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software is an eligible and practical medium to be used in learning Digital Fashion Illustration courses.
