Abstract

This research was conducted based on local wisdom in Keluru. The society has awarness to keep Temedak Customary Forest of Keluru. They understand the positive effects of that Customary Forest. This Forest was decided as the Customary Forest in written form since 1927. That Customary Forest has many diversities of flora. Then, there are many rules which have made to keep the conservation of that forest in both customary law and the policy of local and village government. The rule is related to the prohibition of Customary Forest exploitation. The purpose of this research is to know how the management of flora diversities in Temedak Customary Forest of Keluru. The data and information were obtained from field observation of the customary forest condition and interview with some informants. The informants consisted of the customary functionary, village government, and society. The data were analyzed by qualitative method. The result of this research showed that the management of flora diversity in Temedak Customary Forest of Keluru have been done well. Local wisedom such as the customary rules have been implemented well. This research describes about the local wisdom of society in keeping and managing conservation of customary forest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran gallery walk terhadap hasil belajar IPA terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 3 Kerinci. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan tipe rancangan two group post-test only design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik random sampling. Yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 3 Kerinci dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIIIA dan Kelas VIIIC sebanyak 44 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran Gallery Walk  terhadap hasil belajar IPA Terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 3 Kerinci. Selanjutnya merekomendasi atau saran untuk penelitian berikutnya adalah supaya menggunakan metode pembelajaran Gallery Walk yang disertai dengan media pembelajaran yang menarik seperti media gambar dll, sehingga bisa membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan hasil Belajarnya meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar skor signifikansi pengaruh penggunaan metode Index Card Match terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis komparasional yaitu uji beda rata-rata dengan “t” Test. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII­­­B. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan metode Index Card Match terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada mata pelajaran cahaya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. Dimana diperoleh t­o sebesar 4,076 sedangkan tt 2,06 dan 2,78 sehingga to lebih besar dari tt maka Hipotesis Alternatif diterima. Kata Kunci: Metode, Index Card Match, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui 1) Hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh 2) Hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru di SMP 4 Sungai Penuh 3) Hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan stres kerja dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh. Metode   penelitian   yang   digunakan   adalah   penelitian   kuantitatif  dengan Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan korelasional, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah Semua Guru di SMP 4 Sungai Penuh sebanyak 58 orang, Metode pengumpulan data  pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh. (2) terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan stres kerja secara bersama dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh.Kata kunci:  Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The aims of this study was to find out how to implemented an education management information system in managing students' achievement score at the State Islamic senior High School Number 1 Sungai Penuh.The design of this research was qualitative research. The informants of this research were: the head master, teachers and academic staff at the state Islmic senior High School Number 1 Sungai penuh. Based on the results and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that: the application of the Education Management Information System in Management of students' achievement score at state Islamic senior high school number 1 sungai penuh has been maximized because most of teachers has been understand the applications that are applied in managing students' achievement score. Besides, the socialization also held by schools has been done. But, there are still obstacles are faced in the process of managing students' achievement score at state Islamic senior High School Number 1 sungai penuh. The implementation process of the homeroom teacher plays an important role in collecting students' achivement data in the form of students personal information, attendance and organization or extracurriculars, by asking students to fill in the form given. Meanwhile, in collecting data student scores are took from the teachers, namely daily scores and final semester scores. After all student data has been collected, the homeroom teacher inputs or enters the data into the digital students' achivement application. And for the subject teachers to collect students' achievement in the form of scores, both daily scores, midterm scores and final semester scores in the class where they are teaches. After the required data and student score are collected, then the data is processed or accumulated in order to obtain quality data. When inputting student data and student score, teachers are required to use ARD (Digital Report Card Application), but there are still teachers who do not understand how to use the application, but most already understand how to use it.

Abstract

Learning, especially in physics, could be done in a combination of face-to-face and online. However, the scheme of this combination is unclear. Both type of learning need to be synchronized so that learning becomes effective. The solution is to involve technology in the learning process. Technology can be used as a learning medium and assessment. Blended learning scheme using worksheet based on PhET (Physics Education Technology) simulation was applied in Basic Physics course. This solution is expected to create link between face-to-face and online learning. Mixed methods with embedded design was applied. The population is quite small, namely 32 students so that all population is applied as a sample. Data on students' conceptual understanding were collected using a test. Class discussions became the basis for qualitative data which was further explored through interviews. Conceptual understanding was found in the high category for vector and projectile motion when taught through a blended learning scheme using student worksheets. The averages scores for vector in 1 dimension and 2 dimensions are 85.94 and 77.93, respectively. Then the average scores for the projectile motion is 80.93. Furthermore, through discussions and interviews, various misconceptions and their causes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the creative thinking ability of students who are high achievers, medium achievers, low achievers at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh and to determine a comparative analysis of the creative thinking abilities of all students in biology learning at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. informants in the study were biology teachers and students at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the research are the creative thinking abilities of high achieving students are students who have the maximum creative thinking stage, Students who have high creative thinking abilities have better achievement and their thinking abilities follow the stages in creative thinking skills. are students who have the ability at several stages of creative thinking, but there are also some stages of creative thinking that still cannot be implemented properly and optimally. Such as the illumination stage and the verification stage. Students with low creative thinking abilities have low learning achievement. The stages carried out are still very poor at the preparation, incubation, illumination and verification stages. Keywords: Creative Thinking, Achievement
