Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pokok permasalahan, akar konflik atas keberadaanMuhammadiyah dengan budaya lokal yang selama ini terjadi dan mengidentifikasi pemahaman ajaranIslam oleh Muhammadiyah kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang dapat dijadikansebagai media penyelesaian konflik serta upaya membangun keharmonisan masyarakat sehinggaintegrasi positif dapat terwujud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik antar organisasiMuhammadiyah dengan budaya lokal di Lombok Timur kebanyakan dipicu oleh perbedaan-perbedaandalam pemahaman dan menjalankan ritual keagamaan yang tidak sama dengan kebiasaanmasyarakat dan budaya lokal yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Luaran yang diharapkan daripenelitian ini adalah agar pembaca memahami pentingnya kajian mengenai konflik dan integrasiMuhammadiyah dengan budaya lokal di Lombok Timur sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan baikbagi para tokoh Muhammadiyah atau bukan serta bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Timur dalammengambil kebijakan publik untuk menciptakan keharmonisan sosial di masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Konflik, Integrasi, Budaya LokalThis research aims to find the principal problem, the root of the conflict over the presence ofMuhammadiyah with local culture that had occurred and to identify the understanding Islam byMuhammadiyah to society in East Lombok Regency can be used as a media conflict resolution as wellas efforts to build harmony society so that the positive integration can be realized. The results showedthat the conflicts between the Organization of Muhammadiyah with the local culture in East Lombok'smostly triggered by differences in understanding and running the religious rituals are not the same asthe custom of the local society and culture that exists in East Lombok Regency. External expectedfrom this research is that the reader understands the importance of the study on the conflict andintegration of Muhammadiyah with local culture in East Lombok, so it can serve as a good referencefor the character of Muhammadiyah or not as well as for the Government of East Lombok Regency intaking public policy to create social harmony in the community.Key Words: Conflict, Integration, Local Culture

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencoba mencari tahu dampak dari perubahan status Desa menjadi Kelurahan di kelurahan Kelayu Utara Kecamatan Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur baik dari segi dampak sosial, ekonomi, budaya dan peningkatan serta efektifitas pelayanan publik yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Memperhatikan situasi yang berkembang terhadap isu perubahan status desa menjadikelurahan serta tuntutan yang ditemukan oleh kepala desa dan perangkat desa, maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah:1. Memahami persepsi dari kepala desa dan perangkat desa dalam menafsirkan atau mengartikan ketentuan peraturan perundangan yang menetapkan perubahan status desa menjadi kelurahan.2. Mengetahui perkembangan proses perubahan status desa Dine Ayu menjadi kelurahan Kelayu Utara dengan segala perubahan yang ada.3. Merumuskan konsep-konsep solusi pemecahan masalah dibidang kelembagaan, personil, dan assetDalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah library research yaitu penelitian kepustakaan, field research yaitu penelitian lapangan dan metode dokumentasi yaitu dengan pengumpulan data berupa dokumen atau laporan yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diangkat. Dengan adanya perubahan desa menjadi kelurahan maka akan menimbulkan perubahan pada sistem pemerintahannya. Yang diantaranya mengenai perubahan kedudukan pemerintahan, kepemimpinan Pemerintahan, laporan pertanggungjawaban penyelenggraaan pemerintahan. Perubahan status desa menjadi kelurahan merupakan kebijakan pemerintah untuk lebih dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pengoptimalisasian pelayanan merupakan salah satu tujuan dari perubahan status desa menjadi kelurahan, dengan pengangkatan PNS, diharapkan aparat memiliki kualitas yang baik dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Analisis Dampak Sosial, Pelayanan Publik, Desa, Kelayu UtaraThe aim of attempting in the research to find out the impact of changes in the status of the village into a village in villages Kelayu Northern District of Selong District East Lombok both in terms of social, economic, cultural impact and improvement and effectiveness of public service better than ever. Noting the developments on the issue of status changes and demands to the village found by the village head and the village, the objectives to be achieved in this study are:1. Understand the perception of village heads and village in interpreting or interpreting the provisions of legislation which establishes the status change of the village into the village.2. Knowing the progress of the process of changing the status of Dine Ayu village into Kelayu Utara village with all the changes that exist.3. Formulate the concepts of problem solving solutions in the field of institutional, personnel, and assetsIn this research the method used is library research that is literature research, field research that is field research and documentation method that is by collecting data in the form of document or report related to problem raised. With the change of village into kelurahan it will cause changes to the system of government. Among them are the changing of government position, Government leadership, accountability report of government administration. The change of village status into village is government policy to be more able to give service to society. Optimizing service delivery is one of the goals of the change in status of the village into the village, with the appointment of civil servants, officials are expected to have good quality and can improve the quality of public services to the community.Keywords: Analysis of Social Impact, Public Service, Village, North Kelayu

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out in Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok in the form of marketing communication socialization activities in increasing tourism awareness in Tanjung Luar Village. The goal is to understand public relations, personal selling, sales promotion and advertising, and improve through the application of information systems and technology and create relevant policy models. This PKM uses qualitative and field survey methods to reveal and find out the real social reality of the community. Informants who are used as partners and the main source of information are from the Tanjung Luar village government. The focus of socialization of marketing communications is to advance and promote this tourist area through individual expertise and online and in-person promotions. The results achieved in this activity are the results of effective communication for the surrounding community through online communication, implementing the potential of the Tourism Village through public relations activities, personal selling, sales promotion and advertising and packaged through system advancements and information manually and directly.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan edukasi dalam berwirausaha melalui pembelajaran Basic Enterpreneur Personality: Star to be Enterpreneur adapun sub pokok bahasan didalam pembelajaran ini adalah Pengertian entrepreneurship, Alasan/motivasi wirausaha, Membangun jiwa entrepreneurship sukses, Unsur-unsur kewirausahaan, Karakteristik wirausaha yang sukses, Aspek-aspek yang harus dimiliki dalam berwirausaha. Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara tatap muka atau ofline dan yang menjadi mitra dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UKM, Target yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah agar para UKM memiliki motivasi kewirausahaan dan sikap yang baik didalam berwirausaha serta dapat memahami apa saja aspek-aspek yang harus dimiliki dalam berwirausaha. Dengan terciptanya target yang ingin dicapai diharapkan para pelaku UKM sukses didalam mengembangkan usahanya terbukti dengan miliki 10 karakteristik sukses didalam berwirausaha yaitu 1). Disiplin, 2). Mempunyai komitmen tinggi, 3). Kejujuran, 4). Mengasah kreatifitas dan inovatif, 5). Sikap mandiri dan realistis, 6). Berani menghadapi resiko, 7). Mampu melihat peluang, 8). Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas pokok dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan menjadi prioritas utama serta dilaksanakan secara profesional untuk meningkatkan dan memberdayakan keterampilan masyarakat sebagai bentuk pembinaan dan pengarahan serta perwujudan yang realistis, dalam hal pemberian keterampilan dan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah dengan cara ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik langsung. Pelatihan Microsoft Excel 2010 untuk staf administrasi sangat penting untuk mendukung kinerja staf dalam mengolah data sekolah untuk meningkatkan manajemen administrasi sekolah. Dan tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk membantu dan menyelenggarakan pelatihan Microsoft Excel 2010 agar staf tata usaha mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang komputer khususnya program Microsoft Excel 2010. Materi yang diberikan dalam pelatihan ini adalah penggunaan Microsoft Excel 2010 dengan fungsi-fungsi yang ada pada aplikasinya. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan pada Microsoft Excel 2010 adalah pengenalan tentang spreadsheet, dimulai dari lembar kerja serta menggunakan fungsi dan rumus untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan masing-masing peserta pelatihan, seperti mampu menjelaskan lembar kerja, fungsi menu, dan cara membuat border, pengenalan cell alignment, pengenalan formula dan fungsi Microsoft Excel 2010 dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil dan evaluasi program pelatihan Microsoft Excel 2010 bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil dan memberikan manfaat sesuai harapan dan hasil pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga tata usaha di SMK Lombok Wisata.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is the most important asset in an organization/company, especially in an educational institution, so it is very important that existing human resources can be planned as well as possible, in order to realize the goals of the organization/institution. There are many models of effective and efficient human resource planning, but effective and efficient human resource planning is not realized optimally, only imagination. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing human resource planning and finding solutions to problems that affect human resource planning at SMA Muhammadiyah Selong. This research is a qualitative descriptive research in the field. Technically data collection is done by interview, observation, and document study. After the data is collected, then classify, design and present the data according to their respective data types. Before the data is collected first and checked for validity. The results of this study indicate that human resource planning is carried out through programs, planning stages, including indicators or quality targets to be achieved as a process of improving education. The form of planning includes the arrangement of resources which includes the development of human resources, the development of the learning process, as well as increasing the capacity of human resources to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to see how the Asset Data Collection Management of the Regional Secretariat of East Lombok Regency is in accordance with the rules from start to finish and get a clear picture of the research topic. Research methodology: This study was qualitative research. The data technique was done by using documentation, field observation, document review, and interview. The collected data were then analyzed using data analysis theory by Miles and Huberman. Results: The results showed that the Regional Asset Data Collection Management in East Lombok Regency was in accordance with the Domestic Government Regulation No. 19/2016. However, the management of official vehicles was not yet effective and efficient. This can be seen from the management practices that still follow the scope contained in the regulation. Limitations: The weakness of this study is that most of the data cannot be obtained from primary sources but relies on secondary data or other people's information. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference used in further research. Furthermore, the research results are expected to provide an overview of how the regional secretariat asset data management can be used as material for evaluation and improvement in local government policymaking.

Abstract

At this time the strategy in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is through online learning. Google Forms is one solution, especially in making school exam questions. The use of Google Forms is increasing from time to time. This service from Google can be used for various purposes, such as creating forms, questionnaires, to creating questions. Creating questions is one of the Google Form features that are often used by academics, be it teachers, lecturers, students, researchers, and so on. The implementation of this community service aims to improve the insight and skills of teachers in choosing the right learning media during Distance Education. Partners involved in this community service activity are teachers at SMK Lowis Sakti, where the activities carried out are exam questions using the Google Form application, and the results of the two-day training were seen by teachers at SMK Lowis Sakti enthusiastic about the material presented. and have been found and able to answer questions and practice directly using the Google Form application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of information system management in improving the quality of public services at the Sakra Timur sub-district office. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes and aims to provide an overview and explanation of the variables carried out according to the research focus including the role of information systems in managing information, generating information and presenting information as well as inhibiting factors and supporters in improving the quality of public services at the Sakra Timur sub-district office. This study used purposive sampling and accidental sampling, then data collection techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews and document research. The results of the study can be said that the management information system plays a very important role in managing information, generating information, and presenting information. By using computer systems and other technological devices, information can be managed and conveyed to what is needed quickly and accurately, as well as making it easier for employees at the Sakra Timur District Office to complete their respective tasks and work, especially those related to public services. . This is inseparable from the inhibiting and supporting factors, while those that support the improvement of service quality at the Sakra Timur District Office are information and communication technology. And the obstacles are the slow network, power outages, lack of ability of the employees of the East Sakra District to use or operate technology such as computers and devices, however, the East Sakra District Office has made every effort to improve services to the community.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur (studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan). Metode teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menguji reliabilitas dan validitas, menguji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji T. Menguji reliabilitas dan validitas dilakukan terhadap hasil jawaban dari responden dan menggunakan metode penghitungan statistik. menguji asumsi klasik yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu menguji multikolinearitas, menguji normalitas dan menguji heteroskedastisitas. Regresi linier berganda untuk menggambarkan model hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Menguji F sering disebut uji simultan, yang digunakan untuk menguji apakah variabel independen yang digunakan dalam model dapat menjelaskan perubahan nilai variabel dependen atau tidak. Menguji T digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independen yang terdiri dari promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur (studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur, studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan kain tenun di kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan Lombok Timur.
