Abstract

Tradisi adalah segala hal yang diwariskan dari masa lalu kemasa sekarang. Beberapa catatan sejarah menuliskan bagaimana tradisi yang saat ini dilestarikan oleh masyarakat adalah hasil dari percampuran kebudayaan dimasa lalu, budaya dari agama-agama besar yang mendominasi keyakinan masyarakat Jawa, Hindu-Budha. Salah satunya adalah tradisi ruwah. Dalam tradisi ruwah mengajarkan pentingnya kerja sama, gotong royong dan berbagi dengan sesama. Tradisi ruwah desa yang menjadi kebanggaan warga dusun Ngendut adalah tradisi sebagai rasa syukur dan persembahan kepada alam, tuhan terutama kepada danyang dusun yang telah memberi limpahan hasil bumi, kesehatan dan kemakmuran. Tradisi ruwah desa diawali dengan tahlil dan yasin malam hari sebelumnya, lalu esok harinya dibuka dengan kenduri yang dilaksanakan dimakam dusun, dilanjutkan dengan pertunjukan wayang kulit sebagai inti dari tradisi ruwah desa yang dilakukan dipemakaman juga. Acara ruwah desa ditutup dengan pertunjukan wayang kulit dimalam harinya, yang dilaksankan didepan rumah kepala dusun atau dirumah warga lain sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Masyarakat dusun Ngendut sering kali disebut masyarakat abangan yang konotasinya mengarah kepada orang-orang dengan pengetahuan agama rendah dan sering kali melakukan kebiasaan bertentangan dengan agama. Diantara masyarakat yang memuja dan ngalap berkah dari danyang desa, muncul kelompok minoritas yang berusaha merubah praktik tradisi agar lebih islami. Meski dihadapkan dengan penentang dari kelompok mayoritas, orang-orang ini tetap pada pendirian dan berusaha melakukan langkah adaptif. Perjuangan kelompok minoritas ini mulai menujukkan hasil saat ini, meski dalam skala kecil.

Abstract

Teacher creativity is the ability of teachers to express and realize the potential of their thinking power, so as to produce something new and can combine something that already exists into something better or interesting. Teachers are expected to have creativity in teaching which can increase students' learning motivation. This research is a field research ( field research ) which is qualitative, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show: Student learning motivation at Primaganda High School: Student learning motivation at Primaganda High School increases much better when the teacher always provides innovation and encouragement to students.amalyinterpretation teacher in increasing student motivation at Primaganda High School is: by using methods, strategies and managing the class well, the teacher also uses humor and always gives praise and assessments to students so that student increases. While the supporting and inhibiting factors, namely the supporting factors include: students from Qur'anthe,and teachers at Primaganda High School have understood the material of Amal's interpretation. Factor  Inhibitors include:  factors that come from the students themselves such as lack of concern for students on the subject, external factors such as a less conducive learning atmosphere in the classroom, less references.

Abstract

Salah satu manfaat dari sholat dhuha yaitu perbaikan akhlak seseorang. Seorang siswa jika melakukan sholat dhuha berjamaah tiap hari di madrasahs maka akhlaknya akan baik yaitu anak akan berperilaku disiplin di sekolahnya. Melihat betapa pentingnya akhlak siswa-siswi, maka dibutuhkan seorang pendidik untuk membina dan meningkatkan akhlak siswa. Dengan penanaman akhlak siswa yang baik, siswa dapat melakukan kegiataan sholat dhuha dengan istiqomah, sehingga pelaksanaan sholat dhuha berjalan dengan lancar dan tanpa paksaan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mendiskripsikan peningkatan akhlakul karimah siswa di MI Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, Untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan sholat dhuha siswa di MI Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akhlak siswa di MI Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang ini dikatakan baik karena siswa selalu bersikap sopan, santun, menghormati, mendengarkan. Namun masih ada sebagian siswa yang masih kurang dikarenakan masih menjumpai siswa yang terlambat. Hal ini juga karena lamanya pandemi yang membawa efek samping pada sisitem tatap muka sekolah. Siswa yang datang terlambat diberi hukuman agar siswa tersebut tidak melakukan kesalahan lagi, hukumannya seperti berjemur dan menghafal surah-surah pendek. dengan memberi hukuman siswa lebih disiplin lagi. Dengan disiplin dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha maka akhlak kita akan menjadi lebih baik. Sehingga guru memberi nasehat pada siswa agar mereka selalu barakhlak yang baik dengan pelaksanaan sholat dhuha tersebut melatih siswa agar berperilaku yang baik terhadap orang tua, guru dan lain-lain. Mengingatkan siswa selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Dengan menggunakan metode keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pengetahuan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keimanan siswa.

Abstract

This study was about internalization of religious moderation values to Jombang youth and Sufism poetry (Qur'any songs), the research was aimed to analyze the process of religious moderation internalization values to the youth through Sufism poetry (Qur'any songs). This research used qualitative case study. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, the data then was analyzed using data display, condensation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of data, the researcher used sources and techniques triangulation. The result showed that the internalization of the religious moderation values was done through three stages, such as: transformation value was done through teaching poetry (Qur'anic songs) by holding regular recitations. The transaction value was done through explaining the meaning of the poetry content and the Trans internalization was conducted through practicing amaliyah of the poetry. The moderate values appeared were tawassuth, tasammuh, i'tidal, tawazzun and shidiq

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies carried out by the madrasah head in developing teacher professionalism at MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang, knowing the professionalism of teachers at MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for developing teacher professionalism at MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang. To get answers to the above problems, the author conducted research with qualitative methods. Qualitative method is research that starts from a problem where the problem can develop and change during the field. After analyzing the data obtained, the results show that the strategies carried out by the madrasah head of MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang in developing teacher professionalism are: First, finding out the shortcomings of teachers through supervision activities. Second, calling in and providing guidance. Third, include seminars such as MGMP and workshop. In implementing supervision, the principal of MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang is assisted by waka-waka and also by other employees. The madrasah head will call teachers who are still declared lacking in something and provide direction to improve the teacher's shortcomings. With the support and motivation from the madrasah head, the teachers have broader experience and insight. There are 2 factors that inhibit the development of teacher professionalism in MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang. First, the diversity of students at MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang makes it difficult for teachers to provide understanding that can be digested easily by students. Second, the lack of funds for facilities and pre-facilities which results in the teaching and learning process being less effective.

Abstract

This article discusses government policies to strengthen education quality assurance in Islamic educational institutions. This is library research, with documentary data collection methods analysis using content or content analysis. The results showed that the education quality policy refers to eight SNP: Content Standards, Process Standards, Graduate Competency Standards, Educator and Education Personnel Standards, Management Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Financing Standards, and Assessment Standards. Of the eight National Education Standards, each has its policy. To measure the implementation of quality standardization nationally, which includes 8 (eight) national standards of education, measuring the achievement of reference standards and evaluating the quality of education is carried out on educational units/programs through 1). Education Unit/Program Self Evaluation (EDS); 2). Monitoring of Education Units/Programs by Local Government (MSPD); 3). Accreditation; 4). Certification; 5). National Examination; and 6). Database and Information Data Collection. The conclusion of the quality assurance system policy is divided into SPMI and SPME. The internal campus carries out SPMI, while SPME is external if the school is BAN SM and the college is BAN-PT and LAM.
