Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bentuk variasi latihan teknik tendangan lingkar dalam pada cabang olahraga beladiri tarung derajat tahun 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 atlet tarung derajat Satlat Unimed, Man 1, Man 2, Immi, dan SMK Binaan tahun 2017. Bentuk yang telah dibuat terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh 3 ahli, 1 pelatih tarung derajat, 1 ahli dibidang olahraga dan 1 ahli dibidang bahasa, dimana persentase validitasnya adalah 80%-97%. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D). Hasil uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 10 orang atlet tarung derajat Satlat Unimed menunjukkan bahwa 12 bentuk variasi latihan tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria layak. Persentase validitas dari angket yang telah dibagikan kepada sampel menunjukkan bahwa 75%-100%. Hasil uji kelompok besar terhadap 40 orang atlet Man 1, Man 2, Immi, dan SMK Binaan menunjukkan bahwa 12 bentuk variasi latihan tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria layak digunakan. Persentase validitas dari angket yang telah dibagikan kepada sampel menunjukkan bahwa 90-100%. Dapat disimpulkan 12 model variasi latihan tersebut baik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan latihan teknik tendangan lingkar dalam tarung derajat dan latihan menarik, karena hal tersebut sangat penting dalam latihan agar latihan tersebut tidak membosankan serta jadi bahan masukan buat para pelatih di Satlat tarung derajat di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

The research aims to produce a teaching style application product in health sports Physical Education (PE) teachers based on interactive multimedia. This research is expected to overcome difficulties for Physical Education teachers who have been on the use of teaching styles carried out by Physical Education teachers only centered on teachers continuously and have not fully applied variations in teaching styles so that it causes learners to become bored and can inhibit the potential that exists in learners. In other respects, the lack of knowledge that Physical Education teachers have on teaching style, and the low interest of teachers to read books and find sources for teaching styles. The research stages are; (1) The pre-development stage, at this stage, needs analysis is carried out through a survey of the level of tool needs for users, instrument preparation and consultation with experts. (2) The development phase of developing the product "Teaching Style Application" starting from the initial product development of manuscripts (manuals), designing work and application design, small group trials, stage I improvements, large group trials, phase II improvements, mass production. (3) The evaluation stage of product results implementation and product desimination.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a 30 meter running speed equipment product athlete North Sumatra which is microcontroller based. It is hoped that this research will be able to overcome the difficulties faced by testers which have so far been carried out manually so that they are effective and effective objectivity The results of this test still cannot be categorized as accurate. This research uses an approach of research and development with the Borg and Gall model which is divided into three stages. The research stages are; (1) Pre-development stage, which one At this stage, a needs analysis is carried out through survey level of tool requirements for users, preparation instrument and consultation to experts. (2) Development stage develop products running speed 30 meters starting from developing initial product manuscripts (manual books), designing digital tools, trials small group, stage I improvement, trials large group, phase II improvement, mass production. (3) Evaluation stage implementation of product results and dissemination product. The results of the analysis from the trial I obtained an average value implementation of Microcontroller-Based 30 Meter Running Speed ​​Test Equipment based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 81.38% and "No" with a percentage of 18.62%. The results of the analysis of trial II obtained an average value implementation plan prototype digital step frequency measuring test tool based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 86.08% and "No" with a percentage of 13.92%. The conclusion in this research is that the test tool developed is valid because the calculation uses a digital system.
