Abstract

Jump numbers are included in the classification of skill types that are acycliccombined. This means that there is a cyclic movement which is then continued with the acyclical movement so that it can take advantage of the part method (partmethod) and the whole (whole method). It provides an understanding of audio as something related to reception through sound and hearing. Visual is something related to the eye or vision, props, can be seen and witnessed. It can be said that audio visuals are "something related to reception through hearing and sight, sound and props, audible and witnessable". In this case, audio visual media is used to record the initial ability of students by analyzing movements using kinovea applications so that specific movement hasis are obtained. The use of audio visual media to evaluate the series of long jump movements can be one alternative in determining learning variations that are in accordance with the ability of students. The methods used in this study use development research. Research in this learning model uses quantitative approaches as well as using the Research & Development (R&D) development model of Borg and Gall. The product development procedure can be described as follows: a) Determination of ideas, b) Model making, c) Evaluation.The subject used in the athletics course of the Long Jump branch in FIK UNIMED students is qualitative data, because it is expressed by sentences and not numbers, while the quantitative data is obtained by converting qualitative data by giving a score to the data that has been collected.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah Kecamatan Binjai Selatan berjarak 21 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Dinas pendidikan Kecamatan Binjai Selatan juga menghadapi permasalahan yang sama dengan  daerah lainnya terutama dalam Perangkat Pembelajaran oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) di KKG Olahraga. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan mitra diantaranya di masa pandemi covid-19 pembelajaran penjas sangat tidak efektif, hal ini dikarenakan (1) Kurangnya pemanfaat teknologi sebagai sumber belajar. (2) Guru kurang mampu memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dalam merancang sebuah bahan ajar berbasis online. (3) Guru PJOK cenderung kurang menggunakan teknologi dalam merancang sebuah pembelajaran dikarenakan tidak mampu menggunakan teknologi. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah model pemberdayaan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut : 1) penjajakan dilakukan untuk memperoleh kesepakatan tentang mekanisme pelaksanaan pendampingan dengan cara Focus Group Discusion; 2) pelaksanaan workshop untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam perancangan Pendampingan Manajerial Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi; 3) lesson study atau  bimbingan teknis I untuk mendampingi Manajerial Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi bagi peserta; 4) evaluasi dan refleksi untuk melihat tingkat ketercapaian pelaksanaan kegiatan; 5) lesson study atau bimbingan teknis 2 dilakukan untuk finalisasi Perangkat Pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan : (1) Pendampingan Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi Pada KKG Olahraga Kecamatan Binjai Selatan, (2) Ketercapaian Pelatihan Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi 87,5%, (3) Ketercapaian Penilaian Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi 90%, dan (4) Ketercapaian Rancangan Perangkat Pembelajaran 93%. Program kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) seluruh target capaian terpenuhi sebesar 87,5%, (2) tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam melakukan perancangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi sebesar 90%, (3) dan tingkat kepuasan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 93%. Keywords: Sports, Multimedia, Learning

Abstract

This research aims to produce a 30 meter running speed equipment product athlete North Sumatra which is microcontroller based. It is hoped that this research will be able to overcome the difficulties faced by testers which have so far been carried out manually so that they are effective and effective objectivity The results of this test still cannot be categorized as accurate. This research uses an approach of research and development with the Borg and Gall model which is divided into three stages. The research stages are; (1) Pre-development stage, which one At this stage, a needs analysis is carried out through survey level of tool requirements for users, preparation instrument and consultation to experts. (2) Development stage develop products running speed 30 meters starting from developing initial product manuscripts (manual books), designing digital tools, trials small group, stage I improvement, trials large group, phase II improvement, mass production. (3) Evaluation stage implementation of product results and dissemination product. The results of the analysis from the trial I obtained an average value implementation of Microcontroller-Based 30 Meter Running Speed ​​Test Equipment based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 81.38% and "No" with a percentage of 18.62%. The results of the analysis of trial II obtained an average value implementation plan prototype digital step frequency measuring test tool based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 86.08% and "No" with a percentage of 13.92%. The conclusion in this research is that the test tool developed is valid because the calculation uses a digital system.
