Abstract

One of the most central issues to date is the facility and effectiveness of online learning. The results of the survey stated that several obstacles were experienced by students during BDR, namely, during BDR, parents on average had difficulty accompanying their children to study at home. The difficulties experienced by the parents were caused, among others, by the lessons that were too difficult and not easy to understand, the difficulty in managing the time to guide children's learning because parents had activities or jobs, the children were difficult to manage, and they were also difficult to learn because they were bored. The research method used in this research is descriptive, namely qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that learning during the Covid 19 era in the (online) network carried out by the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Bina Mandiri Cimahi has been in accordance with what was announced by the Government, parents in learning at home are tasked with forming the knowledge and personal skills of children and citizens studying at PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi and the communication function in distance learning or online learning for learning residents, namely teachers, tutors, parents and the community, is very important and fundamental in supporting the child's learning process at home. ABSTRAK Salah satu yang menjadi isu paling sentral hingga saat ini adalah tentang fasilitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Hasil survey menyebutkan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh siswa selama BDR, yaitu antara lain pada saat berlaku BDR orang tua rata-rata mengalami kesulitan untuk mendampingi anaknya belajar di rumah. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh para orang tua tersebut antara lain disebabkan oleh pelajaran yang terlalu sulit dan tidak mudah untuk dipahami, kesulitan mengatur waktu membimbing belajar anak karena orang tua memiliki aktivitas atau pekerjaan, anak susah diatur, dan mereka juga susah diajak belajar karena mengalami kebosanan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pengamatan , dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis sdeskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran dimasa Covid 19 dalam jaringan (daring) yang dilaksanakan oleh Pusat Kegiatan belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Mandiri Cimahi telah sesuai yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah, orang tua dalam pembelajaran di rumah bertugas membentuk pengetahuan dan pribadi anak dan warga belajar di PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi, dan fungsi komunikasi dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring warga belajar yaitu guru, tutor, orang tua dan masyarakat sangat penting dan mendasar dalam mendukung proses anak belajar di rumah.
