Abstract

Human resource is an investment which necessary for organization to reach its goals. One way to reach goals of organization is by developing human resources. The Development of human resources represent activities which need to be done by company, so that knowledge and ability of employees as according to work demand. One of the effort in human resources development is by knowing motivation which increases employees performance. This research conducted by observation, interview and distribution of questionnaire. Instrument tested by measuring its reliability and validity. To test interrelations and contribute factors that happened between variables used by simple regression. The results concluded that Motivation has an effect 38% to performance, this effect small significant categories. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Climate, Officers’ Performance, PT Kesuma Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the management of character education based on the five souls at Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqien Bogor. The method used in this research is descriptive method which aims to describe and describe the phenomena in the field, namely scientific phenomena. The results showed that the five souls as the foundation for character education in Islamic boarding schools contain five values, including the value of sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, and the value of freedom. Where these five values must be practiced as much as possible so that the students become strong and tough Muslim personalities like buildings that have a solid foundation, and for those who can practice them well, it will be easy to meet the future as well as possible.

Abstract

Kita menyadari, betapa persoalan-persoalan organisasi makin hari cenderung makin ruwet dan terutama persoalan manusianya itu sendiri yang senantiasa berlanjut menjadi tantangan pokok yang harus dihadapi oleh setiap perangkat management. Seyogyanya individu-individu yang berperilaku dalam organisasi dengan segala motif dan keinginan-keinginan yang hendak dicapainya harus dipahami secara luas dan mendalam. Tugas manager kini harus akrab dengan sifat tabiat dari orang-orang yang dipimpinnya. Apa latar belakang kehadirannya di dalam organisasi, apa yang diinginkan dan yang dicita-citakannya. Dalam menggerakkan potensi dan kemampuan mereka senantiasa didasarkan pada aspek-aspek kemanusiannya demikian pula dalammemotivasikannya senantiasa melihat motif-motif kejiwaannya di samping kebutuhan-kebutuhan lahiriahnnya-sehingga dapat mewujudkan perilaku yang dikehendaki organisasi itu sendiri.

Abstract

Culture  in a broad sense is a dinamic  value system in a variaties of life that go on for a long enough periode of time as the result and or the attitude of human’s guidance. Culture is belonges to the people. The difference culture of a society fr om the other lays on the it’s development in fulfilling  all of the society’s need. Naturally culture is very hard to understand ,invisible, implicitly, and usually to be considered as a usual thing. But all of the organizations develope a set of understanding and an implicited order that regulates the everydays atitude in the work’s place. Organization culture is a part of the existing culture. This culture is very important for the development of an organization both in the state  and private fields as well. In the state field, often happened that the state program which has adificulty, and it is usually culter considerated to be responsible to. The values that become  the loading program has not yet socialized or culture is considered to be  very difficult to change. If there is a new value  that its implementation  needs and the changes considered to be a subjection base by the state to that new culture is culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of kyai policies in improving teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a descriptive method as a problem-solving procedure which is investigated by describing or describing the condition of the subject or object of research (a person, institution, society, etc.) at the present time based on visible facts, or as it should be. The results of the study illustrate that the kyai's policy in improving teacher performance at the Darul Muttaqien Parung Islamic Boarding School, Bogor is based on Panca Jiwa, which means Panca means five, soul means spirit, Pondok means boarding school institution, which substantively contains positive values that do not conflict with the teachings. Islamic teachings. The five spirits of the pesantren, namely; Sincerity, Simplicity, Independence, Ukhuwwah Islamiyyah and Freedom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah proses bagaimana menerapkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian dari strategi kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi pada SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data induktif. Hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilaksanakan, guru merasa sedikit kurang setuju dengan diterapkannya Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, alasan yang utama adalah peserta didik kurang fokus pada pembelajaran, serta mengharuskan orang tua peserta didik mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk membeli paket kuota internet. Jadi, pengimplementasian kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan hanya pada tataran dokumen kurikulum, silabus, RPP, dan program-programnya saja. Kesimpulan Impelementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu menyisakan banyak hal yang harus dibenahi. Hal ini dikeluhkan oleh hampir semua guru yang mengajar di SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu. Dalam pembelajaran, untuk mensiasati kendala-kendala yang terjadi yang membuat penyampaian materi tidak sesuai target, guru mensiasatinya dengan memberikan tugas tambahan yang sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Untuk mensiasati penilaian yang tidak objektif, guru memberikan banyak kuis agar guru bisa mengukur kemampuan peserta didik setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. National Education Standards in PP 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards are the minimum criteria regarding the Education system in all jurisdictions of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. National education standards are the minimum criteria that must be met in the implementation of education. National Education Standards include Content Standards, Process Standards, Graduate Competency Standards, Educators and Education Personnel Standards, Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards, Assessment Standards. In order to maintain the quality of education, the consistency of the functions and objectives of education, the curriculum, learning process, and managerial as a whole must refer to and be guided by the National Education Standards. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the 8 National Standards of the Disruptive Era at SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta and SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta (2) to provide input based on findings regarding the application of the 8 National Education Standards to improve the quality of education and prepare highly competitive graduates. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. This type of research is a descriptive analysis study. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan sekolah diimplementasikan dalam bentuk rencana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan, visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan mewajibkan sekolah untuk menyusun RAPBS, yakni rencana kerja tahunan yang memuat rencana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja satuan pendidikan untuk masa kerja satu tahun. RAPBS sebagai bentuk implementasi perencanaan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah harus dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kondisi tiap sekolah. Selanjutnya, setelah teori perencanaan dikemukakan, juga dijelaskan teori mengenai realisasi anggaran. Setiap dana yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat,daerah dan masyarakat harus ada bentuk pertanggungjawabannya dari pihak sekolah,sebagai salah satu contohnya dengan membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban. Dan laporan tersebut dianalisis oleh pengawas dari pihak internal sekolah maupun pihak eksternal sekolah untuk meminimalkan peristiwa yang tidak diinginkan. Kendala dari dana pemerintah (BOS) yaitu apabila kita membutuhkan barang yang mendesak seperti sarana dan prasarana untuk ujian berbasis online kita harus membayarkan terlebih dahulu menggunakan dari sumber lain,baru uang dari pemerintah keluar. Harapan dari sekolah untuk dana BOS semoga tidak dipukul rata biaya ,karena setiap daerah harga untuk membeli peralatan iyu berbeda-beda. Seharusnya pemerintah melihat kebutuhan bukan keinginan setiap sekolah

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem penilaian pendidikan standar sebagai kriteria maksismal untuk menjadi parameter penilai pendidikan nasional ini. Untuk menilai keberhasilan system pendidikan, standar itu dilakukan evaluasi dengan melakukan Ujian Nasional. Peraturan nasional berdasarkan arahan dari menteri kebudayaan pendidikan terkait penghapusan Ujian Nasional banyak menimbulkan pra kontra khususnya di kalangan pendidik. Penelitian ini memandang Ujian Nasional sebagai standar penilaian sangat penting dalam mendeteksi sampai mana keberhasilan pembelajaran siswa saat ini agar pemerintah mengetahui dan dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang sesuai kemampuan siswa tersebut sehingga siswa, guru, dan intansi terkait dapat melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui konsep penilaian pada pendidikan menengah atas, standar penilaian oleh pendidik dan satuan pendidikan pada pendidikan menengah atas, dan mengetahui standar penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan pada pendidikan menengah atas. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan menggali informasi dari sumber tertulis berupa buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu standar penilaian harus tetap diberlakukan karena dapat memberikan jawaban terkait pendekatan ilmiah dalam pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dengan menetapkannya standar proses, memperbaiki penilaian dalam kurikulum terdahulu yang lebih memfokuskan di penilaian aspek pengetahuan dan mengarahkan pada penilaian yang komprehensif antara aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan, berubahnya strategi pembelajaran dari yang berpusat kepada pendidik menjadi berpusat pada peserta didik menuntut perlu pengembangan teknik penilaian hasil belajar yaitu dengan penilaian otentik, dan perbaikan orientasi penilaian pada hasil belajar kepada proses belajar dan hasil belajar.
