The Warnasari Village Tourism Area is a place that offers the attraction of natural scenery and stretches of plantations. The Warnasari Village Tourism Area is projected by the Bandung Regency Culture and Tourism Office as one of the leading tourist destinations in South Bandung. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of the Tour Guide of Warnasari Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency.Activities carried out for 3 months. Methods of using training. The target of the activity is Karang Taruna, the manager of the attractions of Warnasari Village, amounting to 30 people.The results of this activity have a positive impact with the implementation of tourist training activities so that there is an increase in the management of tourist objects and increased ability of the Tour Guide of Warnasari Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency.

Based on the result of research in the Cooperative Office, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Bandung and the Department of Trade and Industry Bandung, there is work performance that has not been maximized, it can be seen from the indicators: the quantity of work, job knowledge and personal quality. This is due to: the complexity and formalization that have not been optimize. This research used combination research method by using Sequential Model that is with data and quantitative data analysis in first stage and with qualitative data in second stage. Technique collective data consist of literature study, field study (participant and non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with two heads of service, questionnaires distributed to 28 persons, Division Head and Section Head of both Focus Group Discussion), research design, data and data sources, key informant and informant, and documentation studies. The result of this research is quantitative result of 68.9% result of organizational design on work performance in Cooperation Department, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Office of Bandung City that have a high enough influence. The result of qualitative research is micro business that became a municipality affair then small enterprises are provincial affairs, and medium enterprises are the affairs of central government. This showed that there are still overlapping in work specialization and the authority that has not optimize yet from central to region, thus it needs a new concept or research findings that will certainly enrich organizational theory and study related to organizational structure and public institutional related to work performance. Recently, economic diplomacy has been a vital aspect in the relation between countries. State mostly carry through the economic diplomacy to increase the trade and also attempt to entering new market as the international dynamics filled by protectionsim measures. African countries then developed to what called as emerging economy market and being most intended destination to economic diplomacy practice. Meanwhile, Indonesia and India who have historical relations within the Conference of Asia and Africa also oriented their interest to the region. This paper then examines how is the economic diplomacy practice in both countries to Africa.

This article was written with the aim of knowing the dynamics of deforestation in Brazil, especially the Amazon forest, and to find out the driving factors for deforestation in the Amazon rainforest in 2019 from a critical perspective. The Amazon rain forest is reported to have led to massive deforestation using massive forest burning instruments in 2019, sparking reactions from various international elements. To simplify the analysis in this article, the author uses the concept of captal expansion from David Harvey and to further clarify the problem in this article the author adds the concept of deforestation from William Laurance, the writer uses descriptive analytical research methods and uses secondary data sources. In this article, the authors find various correlations between the interests of the Brazilian government and the interests of multinational companies that lead to encouragement of land clearing in various forests, especially the Amazon, on the pretext of meeting world food demand and efforts to restore Brazilian economic instability as justification.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrsai presensi, melengkapi kebijakan yang sudah ada menjadi lebih optimal,dalam meningkatan budaya kerja ASN yang lebih kondusif dan menghargai waktu serta menyadarkan semua pekerjaan adalak kewajiban dan betuk dari ibadah. menemukan solusi dari masalah yang ditemui dilokasi penelitian terkait sistem informasi administrasi presensi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian kombinasi dengan menggunakan Model Sequantial Explanatory, dimana peneliti mengembangkan hasil penelitian dari satu metode dengan metode lainnya. Metode ini dikatakan Sequantial Explanatory karena penggunaan metode kombinasi secara berurutan, dicirikan dengan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama dan diikuti dengan analisis data kualitatif pada tahap kedua. Berikut ini tahapan sequantial explanatory design sebagai berikut : 1. Proses Analisis Data Kuantitatif, 2. Proses Analisis Data Kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Analisis sistem adminsitrasi persensi merupakan sistem informasi yang dapat memepengaruhi pegawai dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dalam peningkatan kinerja dan beban kerjanya, dalam masalah ini dari setiap unit analisis telah sesuai dilakukan dan dijalankan terutama masalah kinerjanya, sistem informasi administrasi presensi berpengaruh terhadap perubahan kinerja ASN kota bandung yang mewakili kewilayahan kecamatan buah batu, yang mewakili instansi otonom dinas koperasi usaha kecil menengah dan untuk lembaga teknis Kesbangpol dan BKPP, terlihat berpengaruh tetapi hanya sebatas pengaruh dari ASN tanggungjawab terkait takut dipotong tunjangannya belum pada perubahan karakter dalam bekerja merupakan suatu kewajiban.

Aartikel ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis terkait revisi strategi dan proses transformasi transisi energi post - COP 26 di Indonesia yang dibasiskan kepada metode diplomasi lingkungan. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersumber kepada data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan studi literatur dan teknik analisis studi kasus serta konsep transisi energi yang diikuti oleh dua teori yaitu teori Diplomasi dan teori Diplomasi Lingkungan untuk menjadi landasan penelitian. Penelitian berargumen bahwa dengan permasalahan tingkat konsumsi energi, Indonesia mulai melakukan strategi revisi transisi energi post - COP26 berbentuk diplomasi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia, khususnya pada masa pemerintahan Jokowi mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan kerja sama nasional dan luar negeri seperti Rencana Aksi Nasional Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Berkelanjutan, Generator Antasena Biohidrogen Indonesia - Tiongkok, serta upaya Indonesia dalam G20 untuk mendukung proses keberhasilan strategi revisi transisi energi.

The river is a source of clean water for the survival of living things. Unfortunately, this source of life is not well guarded. Indonesia has rivers that irrigate the mainland and are divided into main rivers and tributaries. The Citarum River is one of the longest main rivers in the Java region, originating in Cisanti, the slopes of Mount Wayang, one of the children of Mount Malabar, in the South Bandung area and empties into the Java Sea. Therefore the Citarum river has a lot of potential for harmony in the lives of many people. In fact, the condition of the Citarum river is very worrying with the many environmental pollution violations committed by irresponsible people. This research was conducted using the qualitative analysis content method based on secondary data to describe and analyze the concept of environment and development. Data collection was carried out by means of literature studies and interviews. The paper aims to analyze the role played by Greenpeace in reducing violations of environmental pollution and rehabilitating the Citarum river basin (DAS). In general, Greenpeace carries out its role as a world organization that cares about environmental issues by carrying out the rule application and socialization functions which are expected to reduce toxic waste in the Citarum river basin. The expected outputs of this research are scientific journals and intellectual property rights as a form of the results of this research so that they are more useful for science, especially in the field of NGOs and the environment.

The 1000 Gardens Community was established in 2015, where they used idle land for farming. There are three main problems faced by the community, namely: difficulties in inviting the community to participate in the program, difficulties in providing facilities and infrastructure for building communal shelters, and a lack of expertise in running business and marketing. The results of program assistance have succeeded in increasing interest in community participation as indicated by an increase in the number of program participants. Assistance in procuring raw materials and training on business and marketing strategies has succeeded in providing a new perspective for community administrators to run Community-owned business units.
