Abstract

Based on the result of research in the Cooperative Office, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Bandung and the Department of Trade and Industry Bandung, there is work performance that has not been maximized, it can be seen from the indicators: the quantity of work, job knowledge and personal quality. This is due to: the complexity and formalization that have not been optimize. This research used combination research method by using Sequential Model that is with data and quantitative data analysis in first stage and with qualitative data in second stage. Technique collective data consist of literature study, field study (participant and non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with two heads of service, questionnaires distributed to 28 persons, Division Head and Section Head of both Focus Group Discussion), research design, data and data sources, key informant and informant, and documentation studies. The result of this research is quantitative result of 68.9% result of organizational design on work performance in Cooperation Department, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Office of Bandung City that have a high enough influence. The result of qualitative research is micro business that became a municipality affair then small enterprises are provincial affairs, and medium enterprises are the affairs of central government. This showed that there are still overlapping in work specialization and the authority that has not optimize yet from central to region, thus it needs a new concept or research findings that will certainly enrich organizational theory and study related to organizational structure and public institutional related to work performance. Keywords: Organizational Structure, Work Performance, New SOTK.

Abstract

The main problem faced by the Tourism Activists Group (KOMPEPAR) in Sukageuri View Kuningan Regency is that a policy network has not yet been formed to form partnerships in developing tourist destinations in the region, due to lack of communication skills, resources and capital. The purpose of this community service is to guide the KOMPEPAR to communication knowledge in exploring existing tourism potential with the resources needed to build a policy network through community, government, and industrial / business partnerships needed to develop the existing tourism potential. The methodology for community service is divided into 3 (three), namely observation, training and simulation. The results of the dedication show that KOMPEPAR empowerment in developing tourist destinations in Sukageuri View Kuningan District requires a policy network that is by building partnerships / cooperation with various parties (public private partnership) both the government (Cisantana village officials and the Office of Youth, Sports, and Tourism (DISPORAPAR) Kuningan Regency, community tourism activist group (KOMPEPAR) Sukageuri View, as well as business / private sector including PLN Cikijing and West Java International Airport (BIJB) to strengthen synergy in promoting tourism and Kuningan's creative economy Impact on the community arising from the development of destinations This tour is quite good, which can increase daily income to meet their needs by conducting a creative economy in the area around the tourist attractions so that the community's economy becomes better, the level of people's welfare increases

Abstract

The existence of partners who will be selected by the implementing team are teachers who teach at STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SDN) 206 Putraco Indah Bandung. Partners were chosen because they have not fully implemented the Bandung city government program, namely "Bandung Masagi Pillar of Love for the Environment" as an effort to reforest and organize the environment in every school in the city. The problem faced by partners is that there are no funds to carry out the program and the environmental arrangement is not yet complete, especially the back of the school, then teachers have difficulty finding methods to educate students because almost 75% of the students are Children with Special Needs to thoroughly instill knowledge about Environmental Education ( PLH). The students not only memorize theories, but also implement their knowledge in daily behavior and self character. So that the solution that will be carried out is by providing guidance on making preparation plans for environmental thematic learning then school greening practices which include improving hygiene facilities such as toilets, sinks, and empowering teacher-students in maintaining gardens, composters and waste banks as well as environmental stewardship that is representative. The training providers are a combination of experts from BPLH and PGSD UNPAS. The activities that will be carried out are providing training in making environmental thematic lesson plans, then carrying out school greening and cleaning school facilities. The results of monitoring can be scientific publications in ISSN journals/Proceedings and publications in print/online/repocitory mass media. From this assistance, it is hoped that the teacher's ability to develop PLH RPP for elementary school students will increase so that it is more attractive and becomes good behavior for aspects of environmental protection. In addition, teachers are expected to be able to make modules for learning PLH that are interesting and increase the attractiveness of the environment to students' daily lives. In addition to these two elementary schools, they also have problems with environmental hygiene and sanitation facilities that do not meet health standards. This PKM will provide solutions by improving cleaning facilities such as toilets, sinks, improving the environment, and empowering teachers and students in maintaining gardens, composters and waste banks. The activity of making lesson plans (RPP) for Elementary School (SD) teachers must be thematic. So that the arrangement of the school environment can create a beautiful, cool, clean, healthy atmosphere and can support the process of implementing KBM. A conducive school environment is needed in producing a comfortable learning process. A conducive school environment will contribute to the realization of a quality lifestyle which is currently very much needed in increasing educational productivity.

Abstract

Abstarct Based on the results of research and observations conducted by researchers at the Cianjur Community Health Center, Cianjur Regency, the main problem in this study is low work performance. It is suspected that it is due to the low performance evaluation and leadership style given by the Puskesmas. Allegedly due to the still low performance evaluation given by the Puskesmas. This research was conducted using a quantitative quasi method. Research methods to examine certain theories that already exist by examining the relationships between variables. The variables in this quantitative study were measured using a research instrument which then the research data were in accordance with statistical procedures. This study uses theories about leadership styles, performance evaluation, work performance and theories related to research. Constraints faced in performance evaluation with work performance in Cianjur Health Center in Cianjur Regency are the timeliness in providing services at the Cianjur Health Center in Cianjur, lack of readiness of employees in helping people who are confused and do not understand the flow of the existing system. Efforts to overcome it, namely the Cianjur Public Health Center, Cianjur Regency needs to have a performance evaluation every week, month, and year, especially in the field of health services so that employees help people who are confused and do not understand the flow of the existing system. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kota Bandung diperoleh masalah disiplin kerja yang belum maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari indikator : tujuan dan kemampuan yang jelas, teladan pimpinan, balas jasa, keadilan, pengawasan melekat, sanksi hukuman, ketegasan dan hubungan kemanusiaan. .Hal ini disebabkan oleh sistem informasi administrasi presensi yang belum optimal, hal ini terlihat dari indikator: blok input, blok model, blok keluaran, blok teknologi dan basis data.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diterapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan (observasi partisipan dan non partisipan, wawancara mendalam kepada Kepala Dinas, angket yang disebarkan kepada 14 responden yaitu Kepala Bidang dan Kepala Seksi Dinas), desain penelitian, data dan sumber data, key informan dan informan, dan studi dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah secara kuantitatif diperoleh hasil sebesar 52,8% pengaruh sistem informasi administrasi presensi terhadap disiplin kerja di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kota Bandung mempunyai pengaruh yang moderat/sedang.

Abstract

Telescoped Indonesian democracy with the election of regional heads lenses are not adequate. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrsai presensi, melengkapi kebijakan yang sudah ada menjadi lebih optimal,dalam meningkatan budaya kerja ASN yang lebih kondusif dan menghargai waktu serta menyadarkan semua pekerjaan adalak kewajiban dan betuk dari ibadah. menemukan solusi dari masalah yang ditemui dilokasi penelitian terkait sistem informasi administrasi presensi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian kombinasi dengan menggunakan Model Sequantial Explanatory, dimana peneliti mengembangkan hasil penelitian dari satu metode dengan metode lainnya. Metode ini dikatakan Sequantial Explanatory karena penggunaan metode kombinasi secara berurutan, dicirikan dengan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama dan diikuti dengan analisis data kualitatif pada tahap kedua. Berikut ini tahapan sequantial explanatory design sebagai berikut : 1. Proses Analisis Data Kuantitatif, 2. Proses Analisis Data Kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Analisis sistem adminsitrasi persensi merupakan sistem informasi yang dapat memepengaruhi pegawai dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dalam peningkatan kinerja dan beban kerjanya, dalam masalah ini dari setiap unit analisis telah sesuai dilakukan dan dijalankan terutama masalah kinerjanya, sistem informasi administrasi presensi berpengaruh terhadap perubahan kinerja ASN kota bandung yang mewakili kewilayahan kecamatan buah batu, yang mewakili instansi otonom dinas koperasi usaha kecil menengah dan untuk lembaga teknis Kesbangpol dan BKPP, terlihat berpengaruh tetapi hanya sebatas pengaruh dari ASN tanggungjawab terkait takut dipotong tunjangannya belum pada perubahan karakter dalam bekerja merupakan suatu kewajiban.

Abstract

Water is one of the most vital needs and absolutely needed by all living things,especially humans. In daily life, humans cannot be separated from their need forwater. For this reason, the provision of clean water is indispensable for drinkingwater needs. Data analysis techniques use formulas that are calculated using SPSSassistance. This study uses the theory of supervision, service quality and marketingtheory. Using secondary data, namely through documents such as organizationalstructure, vision and mission, realization data, etc. The research methods used byresearchers are quantitative methods and qualitative methods (mix-method) to be precise an explanatory mix-method design. The data collection techniques used wereprimary data by conducting interviews with the Service and Supervision Manager,non-participant observation, and distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. Theresults showed that the Supervision Stages provided the same and unidirectionalassessment of service quality and clean water marketing. This means that if thesupervision has been carried out correctly and appropriately, the quality of serviceand marketing will also be good and vice versa if the supervision is not good thenthe quality of service and marketing will be not good. The obstacles faced inmonitoring the quality of service and marketing at the PDAM East Area RancaekekBandung Regency are poor facilities and infrastructure and areas that are stilldifficult to reach to market or distribute clean water due to small and few pipes.Efforts to overcome this are that the office needs to repair and improve facilities andinfrastructure to support services and carry out reservoirs for marketing clean waterso that service quality can be carried out quickly and precisely to the community

Abstract

Presence administration is a series of attempts to conceptualize what is meant by administration, how to improve the things that administration does, how to determine the urgency of what public administrators should do. Presence System is a system application to measure employee performance by collecting a database that functions to support monitoring and performance appraisal as well as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services in decision making or decision support systems. The Regional Apparatus Work Unit is the executor of executive functions that must coordinate so that government administration runs well. The legal basis that has been in effect since 2004 for the formation of SKPD is Article 120 of Law no. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government. TKT in this study is the level of development level 6. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with a case study approach. In qualitative analysis, case studies use variable analysis tools that have been linked and then analyzed based on observations and interviews. Data collection techniques consisted of literature studies, field studies of the Bandung City Industry and Trade Office, Buah Batu District, Bandung City Research and Development Agency, Bandung City Education and Training Agency, and Regional Secretariat Empowerment Organizations in Bandung City. from Bandung. About Information System for Institutional Presence Administration through observation, interviews, focus group discussions and documentation studies. Abstract

In the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is uncertain when it will end. This certainly affects the realization of tax revenues in 2020. This unstable economic condition affects many aspects. The company's turnover has decreased, people's income has decreased, job opportunities have decreased, the education level of the community is difficult to reach due to the absence of education costs. This pandemic that has hit Indonesia has an impact on the policy ecosystem that has been running previously, one of which is the policy in paying taxes. This is related to the economic situation that is also affected by the pandemic. The Bandung City Regional Revenue Management Agency sees this phenomenon. BAPENDA Bandung City innovates how to make people pay taxes from waste. In the end, BAPENDA collaborated with Bank Waste, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BJB to initiate the innovation. Through this collaboration, Bank Mandiri will act as a waste manager, and Bank BJB will play a role in financial management.
