Abstract

This research discusses wealth and welfare through the thought of Abu Ubaid, who is known as the Amwal and Al-Kharaj books. The problem of this research is related to taxes and zakat which are managed by the state which are not in accordance with their designation, in the sense that the current tax is burdened more on Muslims than on importers or non-Muslims. The purpose of this research is that the thoughts of Abu Ubaid regarding wealth and welfare can be an inspiration for our country in managing taxes and zakat. The research method used in this research is using qualitative research, descriptive analytical, the data used in this research is secondary data from previous studies. The results of this research show that the concept of wealth and welfare of Abu Ubaid's  is good and very relevant to be applied in Indonesia.

Abstract

The researcher realizes that the story of Bumi Bidadari by Al-Azizy has moral value in that novel. The story told about Fatimah Az-Zahra has unique character. She is introvert woman. She is the main character. This research has religious elements to investigate and description of data in Bumi Bidadari novel. The instrument of collecting data was descriptive method with structural and objectivity of the story. The result has domination with religious element including sharia dimension is 42,5 %, character dimension is 35,0% dimension of faith is 22,5 %. It can be seen the topic of the story has moral value which describe religious value of each person’s likes; Labib as religion teacher, Pras, Hasyim. The story told about sharia, character, faith dimension.

Abstract

Teacher’s performance is the way a teacher acts, does and performs the lesson during teaching learning process. Performance also consists of facial expression, gesture, body movement, vocal intonation and inflection. Teacher’s performance plays an important role in teaching and learning process because the way a teacher performs a lesson influences the students’ achievement. By showing good preparation and good performance, students will be interested in paying attention to the lesson given. In other words, the better performance a teacher has, the higher achievement students get. The purpose of this study is to know the correlation between teacher’s performance and student’s achievement. This study was conducted at English Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, STKIP KUSUMA NEGARA pokjar Gading Serpong. The data were obtained from 40 students by means of giving them questionnaires of teacher’s performance and students’ English achievement test. Both scores were analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The result shows that the correlation between teacher’s performance and students’ achievement is r. 0.90. It means that there is a high correlation between teacher’s performance and students’ achievement.

Abstract

The teacher found some constraints in students of understanding English text such as limited vocabulary, the students are lack of stock of the words, the students who have little knowledge of vocabulary will face some difficulties to understand the written language. The students’ lack knowledge about the text, when student have lack knowledge about the topic that make student difficult to conclude the idea of the text, they are hard to understand what the text tells about. This research used Experimental design. The writer teaches two different classes. They are control and experimental class. The population of this research is 305 students eighth grade in Junior High School which consist of eight classes. The writer used cluster random sampling technique to measure the reading comprehension test. In collecting data, the writer will give reading comprehension tests to the students using multiple choice, and questioner in teaching learning using NHT in reading comprehension. The test is given to get the objective data of student’s achivement in reading comprehension by using cooperative learning type NHT in experimental class. The writer will apply two test: there is pre test and post test. The results data of analysis pre-test of the experimental class and the control class show there is no difference in mean, where value of the average values experiment class is 46.1 while the average control class is 43,1 after the experiment class was given treatment, turned out to give effect to the post-test score. The analysis data of post-test that have been done, it shows that there are differences in the average value of post-test between the experiment class and the control class, where the average in the experiment class is 68 while the control class average is 61.7. Based on the data analysis of post-test, it shows that values tcount more than ttable, where tcount is 2.18 while ttable is 1.99, so hypothesis statistic (H1) is accepted. This suggests that the cooperative learning type NHT more effective than conventional learning. Based on those results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type NHT technique is effective in teaching reading comprehension

Abstract

The learning process is carried out via online methods, such as IAIN Curup, to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Online learning has been used by SMP Negeri 20 Kota Tangerang since April 2020. The instructors employ a variety of online tools to facilitate effective learning while students are taking courses online. The goal of this study is to determine how well the Google Classroom application can enhance the educational experience of SMP Negeri 20 Kota Tangerang students during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study adopted a qualitative methodology, and its non-statistical methods of data analysis were qualitative in nature. Research information was gathered by observation, documentation, and interviews. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of learning with Google Classroom by using tactics including assignments and observations, problem-based learning models and field trips, evaluation in the form of questions, and product development. The ease of use, data savings for mobile devices, accuracy in task collection, and memory savings offered by Google Classroom are only a few of its benefits. Meanwhile, the drawback is that communication is not well established.

Abstract

Korupsi adalah tindak kejahatan luar biasa yang telah mengakibatkan kerugian bagi negara dan masyarakat. Di Indonesia tindak kejahatan korupsi telah sampai pada batas yang memprihatinkan. Hal ini terbukti dengan fakta dan data yang menyebutkan bahwa Indonesia berada di peringkat atas negara-negara terkorup di dunia. Melihat fenomena seperti ini maka diperlukan adanya tindakan kursif dan prefentiv dalam rangka pencegahan regenerasi tindakan ini. Tindakan kursiv dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan hukum seberat-beratnya bagi para pelaku kejahatan korupsi tersebut. Sementara tindakan preventif dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pendidikan dan pemahaman mengenai tindak kejahatan korupsi tersebut.Maka keterlibatan dunia pendidikan dalam upaya pencegahan korupsi memiliki kedudukan strategis-antisipatif. Dalam hal ini upaya pencegahan korupsi di masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan mencegah berkembangnya mental korupsi pada anak bangsa Indonesia melalui pendidikan. Semangat antikorupsi yang patut menjadi kajian adalah penanaman pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku antikorupsi melalui sekolah, karena sekolah adalah proses pembudayaan. Sektor pendidikan dapat berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pencegahan korupsi.Langkah preventif (pencegahan) tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa pendekatan (approach), pertama: menjadikan peserta didik sebagai target, dan kedua: menggunakan pemberdayaan peserta didik untuk menekan lingkungan agar tidak permissive to corruption dan muatan materi antikorupsi dalam kurikullum pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kurikullum PAI yang berbasis kepada Fiqh Antikorupsi. Diawali dengan menampilkan model Pendidikan Antikorupsi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dan muatan-muatan Fiqh Antikorupsi dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pengembangan kurikullum yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya mengintegrasikan antara Fiqh Antikorupsi dengan mata pelajaran PAI. Adapaun bentuknya berupa perluasan tema yang sudah ada dalam kurikulum dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual pada pembelajaran fiqh antikorupsi, yaitu dengan model Pendidikan Antikorupsi integratif-inklusif dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Untuk berpartisipasi dalam gerakan pemberantasan dan pencegahan korupsi ada dua model yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam mengembangkan kurikulum berbasis fiqh antikorupsi yang integratif-inklusif pada Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pertama, proses pendidikan harus menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial-normatif, membangun penalaran obyektif, dan mengembangkan perspektif universal pada individu. Kedua, pendidikan harus mengarah pada penyemaian strategis, yaitu kualitas pribadi individu yang konsekuen dan kokoh dalam keterlibatan peran sosialnya. Model Pendidikan Antikorupsi yang integrative-inklusif dalam pendidikan agama Islam secara aplikatif lebih berkedudukan sebagai pendekatan dalam pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual.
