Abstract

A business strategy is a very important aspect of running a business so that the business is able to develop and compete competitively with its competitors, thus impacting on sales and operating revenues. This study aims to assess the use of appropriate technology based on a concentric diversification strategy to improve the quality of clove oil production in Batu Putih Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. This type of study is descriptive qualitative with 3 informants. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of validating the data used source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the quality of business in clove oil production uses a quality control system through the PDCA cycle, namely planning, working or processing, checking or evaluation and corrective action. In planning, the business owner makes careful considerations in accordance with the applicable operational standards so that the quality of the clove oil to be made meets the criteria and is suitable for sale. In the aspect of doing, clove oil business owners learn by taking part in trainings conducted by related agencies to get maximum results. In addition, reading articles about clove oil manufacturing innovations is also important because it is necessary to upgrade the latest knowledge about clove oil processing. In the checking aspect, entrepreneurs set limits in determining criteria when making clove oil so that the quality of the product made is feasible to be marketed because clove oil is a product that is sought after by consumers. In the aspect of action, the business owner has rearranged the procedure for making clove oil which has undergone improvements due to improvements mainly in working time efficiency of the clove oil business unit. The results of the product quality analysis improved the quality of the clove oil business in Batu Putih Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency.Key words: Appropriate Technology, Business Quality, Clove Oil, Concentric Diversification Strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya pengetahuan berwirausaha, efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill terhadap jati diri berwirausaha siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah metode kuantitatif, dan metode dalam mengumpulkan data-data ialah dengan observasi, kuesioner ataupun angket serta dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMKN 6 Kabupaten Wajo dan jumlah sampel adalah 67 responden yang diambil secara proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan skala likert dan telah diuji keabsahannya melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan berwirausaha efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap jati diri berwirausaha, sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikansi terhadap jati diri berwirausaha siswa, sedangkan pengetahuan berwirausaha dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business development strategy of Anjoroku Handicraft Center in Selayar Islands Regency. This research is categorized as qualitative research. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results show that the development strategy that can be applied in the Anjoroku Handicraft Center business in Selayar Islands Regency is in quadrant I, which is a strategy to support aggressive growth policies. This aggressive strategy is more focused on the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities. The SO strategy is: maximizing the production of souvenirs with various variants, developing businesses using capital assistance from the government, maintaining product uniqueness in order to dominate the market, maximizing promotions to be better known to consumers, and improving service quality in order to always create a good impression in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and concurrently assess and analyze the effect of lifestyle, halal brand image, celebrity endorser, and price level on purchase decisions of Wardah cosmetics by economic education students at Makassar State University. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with a sampling method using the slovin method. After being formulated, it is known that the number of samples in this study were 80 active female students from the 2017-2021 class of Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Then it will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. In this study, it was found that the tests carried out at the Economic Education Study Program, Makassar State University partially, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and the price level of each variable affect the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics at Makassar State University Economic Education students. Meanwhile, simultaneously, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and price level together have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics on Economic Education Students, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online consumer reviews and prices on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The research method used is the quantitative method with the method of collecting data, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this survey, the majority of respondents are students who have made online purchases, and overall there are 97 respondents. The data collection methodology used a questionnaire instrument that was compiled based on a Liker scale and had gone through validation and reliability procedures. The analysis was then performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Partially the online consumer review variable had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. 2) Partially, the price variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. 3) Simultaneously online consumer reviews and prices have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha warkop sipadecengie ma’rang kabupaten pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket (kuisioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14330  dan ditarik sampel sebanyak 99 Pelanggan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan harga dan lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha warkop Sipadecengie Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, Harga, Lokasi dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether dragon fruit farming in Tottong Village, Donri-Donri Distrct, Soppeng Regency is feasible to be cultivated. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using income analysis, R/C ratio analysis and Break even Point analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 60 people. The result showed that the income of dragon fruit farmers in Tottong Village Donri-Donri Distrct, Soppeng Regency experienced profits and was feasible to cultivate. With an average income of IDR 985,993.000 per 88 are land area. And the R/C value is 1,1 Keywords: Income Analysis, Tottong Village, R / C Ratio, Break Even Point
