Abstract

Using Jeneponto Regency's culinary businesses as a case study, this study tries to investigate whether digital literacy and entrepreneurial behavior have an impact on business performance. Business performance is the dependent variable in this study. The independent factors in this study include digital literacy and entrepreneurial behavior. Using quantitative descriptive research and correlational methods, this study examines the relationship between the two variables. 307 culinary enterprises registered with the Jeneponto Regency Department of Cooperatives and SMEs comprised the study's population, from which a sample of 39 culinary firms was selected. Observing, documenting, and distributing questionnaires were used to collect data (questionnaires). Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics are employed in the analysis process. Digital Literacy (X1) and Entrepreneurial Behavior (X2) had a good and significant effect on the success of small enterprises (Y) in culinary businesses in Jeneponto Regency, according to the study results. Because of its greater regression coefficient value than digital literacy, entrepreneurial activity is the most influential variable in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether product quality and location in the Culinary Sector UKM in Simbang District, Maros Regency, influenced consumer purchasing decisions. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 3,939 residents of Simbang District aged 20 to 39 years who were registered at the BPS Maros Regency, and samples were taken from 97 culinary business consumers in six villages in Simbang District. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (2) business location had a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions on the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency, (3) product quality and business location together have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Simbang District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui situasi dan pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap pendidikan anaknya di Desa Kareloe, Bontoramba, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif karena didasarkan pada sampel sebanyak 93 responden dan 1.249 rumah tangga yang tercatat di Jeneponto, Kecamatan Kareloe, Bontoramba. Kuesioner pada skala Likert telah dikirim untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh baik dan signifikan terhadap pendidikan anaknya di Desa Kareloe Kecamatan Bontorambe Kabupaten Jeneponto. Variabel-variabel ini memiliki hubungan yang kuat, dan ditunjukkan nilai 0,394. Berdasarkan batasan Tabel tabel, sig 0,05, dan nilai konstanta 17.510 dan t tabel 1,661 Artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya status sosial ekonomi orang tua (X) sangat penting bagi pendidikan anaknya (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana status sosial ekonomi orang tua di Desa Kareloe, Bontoramba, Jeneponto mempengaruhi pendidikan anak-anaknya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential development of sago commodity in Belopa District, Luwu Regency and determine strategies to increase its added value. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.Research subjects were determined based on the criteria determined by the researcher, which consisted of sago farmers as key informants, home industries processing sago-based food, sago traders and local government as additional informants. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the effort to increase the added value of the sago farming commodity in Belopa District, Luwu Regency is very dependent on the internal and external conditions of the farming business from upstream to downstream as the object to be developed. The results of the calculation of the combined strategy planning obtained that the highest score is the SO strategy, which is 25.6. So the set of strategies that should be chosen is the SO strategy which includes two alternative strategies, namely improving the quality of human resources to support the diversification of sago processed products and utilizing the availability of sago plants and raw materials for sago. adding variants (varieties) of processed sago products in order to support the culture of buying souvenirs.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek transfer pengetahuan dalam perspektif pendidikan ekonomi informal melalui model SECI Nonaka dan mengkaji proses revitalisasi produk kain sutera dalam pengembangan produk yang berbasis fashion modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap objek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transfer pengetahuan yaitu (1) terciptanya pengetahuan baru dan inovasi seperti modifikasi motif dan diversifikasi produk kain sutera yang merupakan keberhasilan proses konversi transfer pengetahuan. (2) memberikan pembaharuan yang merujuk pada perubahan berbasis modern bagi perkembangan industri pensuteraan di Kabupaten Wajo dengan mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai filsofi kain sutera melalui produk-produk aplikasi kain sutera untuk merevitalisasikan dan menjaga ketahanan eksistensi kain sutera.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan usaha pedagang pakaian di pasar Baru Kabupaten Bantaeng, dengan memfokuskan kajian pada tiga variabel yakni literasi kewirausahaan, literasi digital dan keberlanjutan usaha pada 3 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi langsung pada objek penelitian. Kemudian hasil penelitian di kaji dengan teknik pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diatas diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa literasi kewirausahaan dan literasi digital pedagang pakaian di pasar Baru Kabupaten Bantaeng, dapat dikategorikan cukup baik untuk mendukung perkembangan pedagang pakaian tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan para pedagang punya pemahaman terhadap usaha yang didirikan, tidak pernah lalai dalam melaksanakan kewajiban serta hal-hal yang dapat mengganggu keberadaan usaha tersebut. Sedangkan keberlanjutan usaha menunjukkan bahwa usaha pedagang pakaian di psar Baru Kabupaten Bantaeng dapat dikategorikan cukup baik, karena bisa berkembang dengan baik. Keywords : Literasi Usaha, Literasi Digital, Keberlanjutan Usaha

Abstract

Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan kecakapan hidup pada jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar, utamanya terkait pendidikan kecapakan hidup yang berbasis kewirausahaan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, kemudian dijabarkan dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam kajian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik penentuan informan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan ketentuan kriteria informan antara lain (1) berprofesi sebagai guru atau tenaga pengajar dengan masa kerja minimal 3 tahun dan (2) bertugas di jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar. Setelah dilakukan eksplorasi secara kualitatif, didapatkan hasil bahwa guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 72 Pakalu II belum memahami secara mendalam terkait dengan pendidikan kecakapan hidup berbasis kewirausahaan, dan juga belum menanamkan pendidikan kecakapan hidup khususnya yang terkait dengan kecakapan hidup general (GLS). Abstract:  This study aims to determine the implementation of life skills education at the elementary school level, especially related to entrepreneurship-based life skills education. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach, then described by a descriptive method. The informants in this study were teachers at the 72 Pakalu II State Elementary School in Maros Regency. The technique of determining the informants in this study used the purposive sampling method, with the provisions of the informant's criteria, including (1) having a profession as a teacher or teaching staff with a minimum period of 3 years of service and (2) serving at the elementary school education level. After conducting a qualitative exploration, it was found that the teachers at SD Negeri 72 Pakalu II did not understand in depth related to entrepreneurship-based life skills education, and also had not instilled life skills education, especially those related to general life skills (GLS).

Abstract

The purpose of the training is to provide insight, knowledge, and practice to merchants in Tinggimoncong, Gowa Regency as participants in sales promotion training, so that they can develop their own methods or methods in sales promotion and can run their business according to the plans that have been drawn up which lead to achieving goals. . The benefit of the training activity is that participants can implement sales promotions in the business according to their wishes and obtain the merchant's business performance as expected.This service activity was attended by 20 traders in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency. There were several participants who previously registered themselves to take part in this activity, but the participants were unable to attend at the time of implementing the activity. The training participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as evidenced by their timely arrival. Enthusiasm was also seen in listening to the explanations from the speakers and the many questions asked about the material given. Although at the end of the activity session a special time was provided for question and answer, some participants also asked questions in the middle of the material given. The implementation of sales promotion training in order to increase sales of merchants in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency can increase their sales results in the future. For traders, using and implementing effective sales promotion methods and methods has implications for their sales results. And become part of the prospect as a necessity in the interaction. This has become a positive value for traders in doing business because they are able to make friends with many people and try to build networks in their trading business. This is a strength as well as an opportunity that can be reached and useful for introducing and offering products to prospective buyers which have implications for increasing their merchandise.
