This article aims to explore the poetical value "Ilir-Ilir", has a Javanese culture style, to be articulated in the development of accounting education. The phenomenon of accounting practices in Indonesia that deviates from propriety and goodness, should make academics and accounting practitioners aware of the solution. Data is collected through reading the literature to explore the value of poetry "ilir-ilir". Data analysis uses Self as the main analysis tool with the help of Barthes Semiotics research method. The analysis is carried out through two levels of significance, namely denotation analysis and connotation, myth and symbol analysis. This research succeeded in uncovering the value of the poetry "Ilir-Ilir", so that concepts and principles can be identified that should smear accounting education in Indonesia.

Pekerja/buruh outsourcing mulai dikenal di indonesia sejak berlakunya UU Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan, Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan tidak menyebutkan secara tegas mengenai istilah dari outsourcing, namun dalam Pasal 64 secara tidak langsung disinggung mengenai outsourcing yaitu “Perusahaan dapat menyerahkan sebagian pelaksanaan pekerjaan kepada perusahaan lainnya melalui perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan atau penyediaan jasa pekerja/ buruh yang dibuat secara tertulis”.kehadiran perjanjian kerja melalui outsourcing menimbulkan prokontra dikalangan para pelaku proses produksi barang dan jasa. Dikalangan pekerja modal perjanjian tersebut dipandang sangat melemahkan posisi mereka, sedangkan disisi lain pengusaha merasa diuntungkan dengan hadirnya sistem tersebut. Dari kacamata pemerintah sistem outsourcing ada dalam UU yang bari adalah dalam rangka merespon tuntutan kalangan investor khususnya asing.

Resiliensi merupakan ranah bimbingan pribadi secara sosial kepada individu agar dapat mendaptasi lingkungan sosialya, sehingga mampu mengatasi permasalahan sulit dalam hidupnya dan tetap terbebas dari simtom psikopatologi. Dalam tahap perkembangan usia lanjut sangat diperlukan adanya resiliensi dalam rangka menyesuaikan diri dan bertahan dalam keadaan yang malang dan/atau tidak menyenangkan dalam hidupnya, terlebih untuk para usia lanjut yang ditinggalkan oleh pasangan hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Lansia dengan resiliensi pada lansia yang ditinggalkan karena kemeninggalan oleh pasangan hidupnya di Puskesmas Rowosari Kota Semarang . Metodelogi Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia yang sudah ditinggalkan karena kemeninggalan oleh pasangan hidupya di wilayah kerja puskesmas Rowosari Kota Semarang sebanyak 30 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lansia yang ditinggalkan karena kemeninggalan oleh pasangan hidupnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rowosari Kota Semarang yanag mempunyai pengetahuan baik, sebanyak 6 responden (20,0%), pengetahuan cukup, sebanyak 13 responden (43,3%) dan mempunyai resiliensi baik, sebanyak 16 responden (53,3%) dan sebagian kecil mempunyai kejadian resiliensi kurang baik, sebanyak 14 responden (46,7%). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan resiliensi pada lansia yang ditinggalkan karena kemeninggalan oleh pasangan hidupnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rowosari Kota Semarang dengan p value fisher exact 0,000 < 0,05 Kata kunci: pengetahuan, lansia, resiliensi. KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF ELDERLY RELATED TO THE RESELIENCE AMONG ELDERLY AFTER THE DEATH OF A SPOUSE ABSTRACTResilience is the realm of personal social guidance to every individual who has difficultyor problems in his/her life and as well asto support he/she for free from psychopathology symptoms. In the stage of development of the elderly it is necessary to have resilience in order to adapt and survive in a situation that is unfortunate and / or unpleasant in life, especially for the elderly who have been left alone by their partner who had dead. The purpose of the study: To determine the relationship between the level or degree of knowledge of the elderly with the resilience of the elderly who have been left by their partner of spouses who dead in Rowosari Public Health Center, Semarang city, 2017. Type of research, I used quantitative research method by the Cross Sectional design. The population in this study is the elderly who have been left alone by his/her partner who dead in the work area of Rowosari Public Health Center, in Semarang City as many as 30 respondents. The result of the study, Elderly who have been left by his/her partner of spouses who dead in Rowosari Rowosari Public Health Center, Semarang city, has a good knowledge as much as 6 respondents (20.0%), knowledge enough 13 respondents (43.3%) and have good resilience as many as 16 respondents (53 , 3%) and a small number had an incidence of poor resilience as many as 14 respondents (46.7%). Background: increasing age will cause physical and structural changes and a decline in function. The problem of the elderly that often is the lack of ability to adapt to psychological changes so that the elderly will experience psychological disorders, one of which is depression.Purpose: to determine the effect of reminiscence therapy on depression levels in the elderly in Rw 03 Pojok Village, Pulokulon 2 Health Center Working Area, Grobogan Regency.Methods: pre-experimental research with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The sample is 16 respondents. Data analysis in this study was analyzed using paired t-test (Paired t-Test).Results: the level of depression before being given Reminiscence therapy in the elderly showed an average value of 6.25 while the level of depression after being given Reminiscence therapy showed an average value of 2.94 which means it decreased with p_value = 0.000 0.05.Conclusion: there is an effect of reminiscence therapy on decreasing depression levels in the elderly with p_value = 0.000.Suggestion: Provide guidance and direction to the elderly and their families to carry out reminiscance therapy activities to reduce the level of depression in the elderly independently.

Bankruptcy shall mean general confiscation of all assets of a debtor who could no longer afford to pay the debts that are due and could be billed. In Indonesia, bankruptcy is already known before 1945. Bankruptcy is Commercial Court ruling which put all assets of a debtor in a public attachment status thereafter the appointed curator could manage and liquidate the assets of the bankrupt debtor (bankruptcy properties) which would be sold and distributed to all creditors based on their respective levels of entitlement including the wages owed and other rights (Severance pay, gratuity and other compensation benefits). Problems would rise if the company hiring the laborers is declared bankrupt by the Commercial Court. In such circumstances, wage repayments or remunerations to the laborers became an interesting topic to be studied. The company and the government are responsible upon the fulfillment of the laborers' wage rights. In case that responsibility is not fulfilled, then there had been a violation of the rights of the laborers' welfare and violations and blasphemy of human rights. In reality, the laborers' wages sometimes are not paid by the company where they worked because it had bankrupt and is unable to pay, because the company did not want to pay even though there is a decision from the Industrial Relations Court which required the employer (company) to pay the wages or the severance pays.

This article aims to show that educators' transfer power to students can be increased through educators' computer literacy. The development of science and technology has gained momentum by discovering and developing the internet and its supporting facilities. The development commonly known as information and communication technology provides effectiveness for life activities, especially in education. Due to an increase in the use of ICT in education and educational institutions, computer literacy is a must for educators and education personnel to carry out their duties. This article seeks to reveal the increase in the transfer of educators' knowledge and the effectiveness of the teaching staff's duties from community service activities in Islamic boarding schools. The community service activities that have been carried out to the educators and education personnel show an increase in the capacity of teaching materials provided to students and the capacity for student’s acceptance. Besides, the increase in computer literacy promotes effectiveness and easiness for the educators in fulfilling the tasks as part of their responsibility.

Adolescence is known as a critical and dynamic period. At this period, adolescents also have abundant energy. This energy certainly needs to be channeled to the right way or otherwise it potentially turned into the wrong way. The community devotion in the form of fiction writing training is one of the ways to channel the adolescent energy. It carried out with lectures, discussions, accompaniments and practices methods. The target of community devotion joined the training with great enthusiasm. The result achieved from this community devotion is that the target of community devotion became able to write uptheir ideas and creativities in the form of fiction.

The purpose of this study is to know that the Certain Working Agreement on Oral Time is not allowed in the legislation, the Supreme Court judges consideration in deciding the case Number 501 K / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2016 and the conformity of the decision with the law applicable in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical method, which is analytical descriptive, with data collection method in the form of library study and supported by interview with judges. The results of the research show that First, the judge's decision is unfair to both parties litigation because the defendant is not punished to pay the wage of suspension (wage process) with emphasis on the consideration of unwritten PKWT so that by law become PKWTT. Second The process wage demands which are not accepted by the judge are contrary to the laws and regulations on employment and on the settlement of industrial relations disputes because the law requires that workers and employers continue to perform their obligations until the establishment of an Industrial Dispute Settlement Institution, including the obligation of employers to pay the wage of a suspension (wages process). So the Supreme Court Decision Number 501 K / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2016 is less in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. AbstractIssuance of Port Clearance is about process controlled by Harbor Master for ships that will sail to leaving harbor to confirm that ships, ship crews, and the cargo are technically administrative have fulfilled the safety requirements and shipping security as well as the protection of the maritime environment. As for the approach method used in this undergraduate thesis is empirical juridical and the research specifications used are descriptive analytical. Data aggregation techniques conducted in this study are through interview guidelines and documentation. The result of this research is Harbor Master’s responsibility is very difficult to guarantee safety requirements and shipping security because Harbor Master is a government official at the port that has the highest authority to carry out and supervise toward the fulfillment regulations to guarantee the safety requirements and shipping security is about the condition fulfilled safety and security requirement relating to water transportations, ports, and maritime environment.Keywords: Port Clearance, Sailing Safety, Law Number 17 of 2008 about Shipping AbstrakPenerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar merupakan suatu proses pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Syahbandar terhadap kapal yang akan berlayar meninggalkan pelabuhan untuk memastikan bahwa kapal, awak kapal, dan muatannya secara teknis administratif telah memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan dan keamanan pelayaran serta perlindungan lingkungan maritim. Adapun metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris dan spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tanggung jawab Syahbandar memang sangat berat dalam menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan pelayaran karena Syahbandar merupakan pejabat pemerintah di pelabuhan yang memiliki kewenangan tertinggi untuk menjalankan dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap dipenuhinya ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan pelayaran. Pemahaman dari persyaratan keselamatan dan keamanan pelayaran adalah suatu keadaan terpenuhinya persyaratan keselamatan dan keamanan yang menyangkut angkutan diperairan, kepelabuhan, dan lingkungan maritime.Kata kunci : Surat Persetujuan Berlayar, Keselamatan Berlayar, Anak Buah Kapal.
