Abstract

The Village Government (geuchik), has a very important role in regulating and managing the interests of the community both in the village government and in the form of village head elections. Therefore, to create a clean and transparent village government in the election of the village head, in this study I will create an E-Voting program in the election of the village head. However, as time goes on and based on facts on the ground, what has been done so far, there are still many shortcomings and problems in data validation and the lack of knowledge and a high level of public emotionality in winning one candidate for village head, thus triggering conflict between residents, on the other hand the electoral system Conventionally, village heads can also be indicated as cheating. In an effort to avoid fraud in the village head election (Geuchik), an idea or idea is needed in the form of using technology based on the E-voting website and can be run using a computer or laptop device that has the E-Voting application installed so that it can be done transparently, effectively, efficient and professional that is expected in the election of the Village Head, in supporting E-Government in this study will be carried out in the Batoh Village (Gampong), Luengbata sub- district, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 virus has been widespread all over the world since its discovery in 2019. However, the spread of this virus can be prevented by means of health protocols conforming to World Health Organization standards. The Indonesian government continues to educate the public, especially school-aged children, to understand how to implement the health protocol. On the basis of the foregoing, it is necessary to carry out research on the creation of an interactive media based on multimedia content that can be used to educate on COVID-19 prevention, specifically for elementary school children. The research begins with problem analysis, storyboard writing, creating 3D animation characters, and merging all content into a complete 3D animation video. The results of this study are 3D animated multimedia content which presents 3D animated scenes on the application of health protocols such as hand washing with soap, wear masks and keep distance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat seperti sekarang ini, baik di instansi pemerintah maupun swasta dituntut untuk dapat mengikuti serta mengetahui berkembangnya arus informasi dalam segala bidang khususnya dalam bidang komputer.Perubahan ini juga telah merubah cara pandang setiaporang dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya adalah pada kegiatan instansi pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi gampong yang merupakan sub sistem dari sistem administrasi negara.Era modern sekarang ini, pesatnya perkembangan teknologi menuntut intansi-intansi pemerintahan di tingkat gampong harus menerapkan sebuah pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi.Sistem informasi administrasi gampong dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan masyarakat khususnya dibidang administrasi, sebagai contoh pembuatan surat pernyataan, surat kelahiran, surat kematian, surat belum menikah, surat keterangan tidak mampu, surat berkelakuan baik, surat keterangan usaha, dan surat domisili.Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka sistem manajemen administrasi gampongsudah dapat diterapkan menggunakan komputerisasi sehingga prosesnya sangat cepat dan untuk pengarsipan juga mudah.

Abstract

Abstrak. Masalah keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan hal yang penting dalam suatu organisasi. Data yang bersifat rahasia tersebut perlu dibuatkan sistem penyimpanan dan pengirimannya agar tidak terbaca atau diubah oleh orang- orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab, baik saat data tersebut tersimpan sebagai file di dalam komputer maupun saat data tersebut dikirim melalui email.Sering kali masalah keamanan kurang mendapat perhatian dari pemilik berkas, perancang dan pengelola sistem informasi tersebut. Salahsatu cara mengantisipasinya adalah dengan metode kriptografi yang merupakan ilmu dan seni untuk menjaga keamanan pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasi sistem keamanan database dengan membangun prototipe sistem keamanan menggunakan metode Triangel Chain. Algoritma KriptografiTriangel Chain merupakan algoritma yang difungsikan untuk melakukan pengenkripsi database, sebuah data input data ASCII dapat dijaga kerahasian dari sebuah database. Adapun pengujian yang dilakukan dalampenelitian ini menggunakan databaseadalah jenis file yang berisi data teks normal tanpa tanpa format lain didalamnya. Dengan masing-masing file pengenkripsian untuk melakukan pemilihan algoritma yang digunakan dan teks sebagai kinerja dari metode algoritma enkripsi database. Hasil yang didapat aplikasi sistem keamanan berbasis visual basic dapat digunakan untuk mengamankan sistem informasi database.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Nusa is the only village on the list of the top 50 Indonesian Tourism Village Awards (ADWI) 2021 from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, which carries the theme of disaster education. The residents of Nusa Village maintain the values of local traditions and culture so that tourists can directly experience the culture in this village. Tourists can stay in traditional wooden stilt houses. The inn was built by the local community independently. With so many opportunities from tourists, it is necessary to have an application that can help this tourist destination so that it can be published to the media, and can also be ordered through the application by tourists. This research aims to develop an application in the form of an android mobile to support integrated tourist destinations by utilizing the potential of the Nusa village and also using the marketplace. This research is development research, where this application was developed using mobile android, the development method in this research is the waterfall form. After doing research, the results are obtained, namely to facilitate the transaction process from tourists so that they can develop the village into a tourist village, because apart from the process of introducing tourist villages, promotions and also seeing potential, the ordering transaction process is also in one application.
