Abstract

The office is the neighborhood where work and must be fulfilled the provisions in the workplace ( health, safety and welfare ). Although the office in general is considered safe, but in it still contain health danger that can lead to serious injury. One form of a nuisance that can arise due to a work environment especially in a work environment office is pain the lower back. Population in this research are employees stikes hang tuah pekanbaru who works as a staff of academic.While a sample in this research is the whole population of which satisfies the criteria as a sample in research. The aim of this research to analyze the relationship of Ergonomic Desk Chair and Posture With Low Back Pain on Office Employees. The research method is Analytic Cross Sectional Study with sampling method and 63 employes as sample. Independent variable of this research is body mass index, age, posture, ergonomic desk chair, working time and working olg. Analysis is doing by univariat, bivariate and multivariate. The result obtained is 3 variables that relationship With Low Back Pain on Office Employees that is, body mass index, age, posture. From multivariate analysis acquired that bad posture the most dominant variable that relationship with Low Back Pain, 40 time having low back pain more than worker that good posture (CI 95% : OR = 40).

Abstract

Many massage therapists experience work-related skeletal muscle disorders (WMSDs). This study aimed to determine the proportion of the incidence of WMSDs and the relationship with the incident of posture WMSDs in massage therapists. The type of research was quantitative analytic observational with cross sectional design. The type of massage under study was traditional massage. Population and sample were massage therapist in Pekanbaru City 2017 with sample size 77 people taken by consecutive sampling technique. Data collection and processing used interviews with quesonnaires, documentation and Rapid Upper Limb Assesment (RULA). Level of risk of WMSDs incident used semi-qualitave analysis and nordic body map. WMSDs incidence rate in massage therapist was high enough that was 61%. The results showed that the variables significantly correlated with incidence of WMSDs were odd posture (POR: 8,30, 95% CI: 2,401-8,753), length of work (POR: 10,109; 95% CI:2,567-39,811) and age (POR: 7,649 95% CI: 2,567-39,811). The most WMSDs complaints on both hands were 57 people (74%), left shoulder and right shoulder were 27 people (35.1%) and lower back were 19 (24,7%). It is advisable in massage therapists to avoid awkward posture while massaging clients by improving work posture, posion while massaging and placing the equipment used within the reach of the hand.

Abstract

Home Industry Tofu X Established in 2002 and this business has existed from generation to generation until now. Tofu is a food made from fermented soybeans and extracted the juice. In general, the process of making tofu includes soaking soybeans for several hours, milling soybeans, boiling the results of milled soybeans, filtering, clumping soybean slurry using vinegar, molding and cutting. In the tofu industrial wastewater, there are organic materials in the form of 40-60% protein, 25-50% carbohydrates and 10% fat. If it is increasing, the volume will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the Environmental and Health Impact Analysis of the Affected Areas of Tofu Liquid Waste in the Home Industry Tofu X Pangkalan Kerinci Barat Urban Village in 2020. This type of research is qualitative analytic by conducting in-depth interviews and direct observation. as well as laboratory tests for parameters BOD, COD and DO. The result of this research is that the waste treatment process has not been implemented in accordance with KepMenLH No. 51 of 1995 concerning the quality standard of liquid waste for tofu home industry. So that the resulting tofu wastewater is discharged directly into the pipelines leading to the river with BOD, COD and DO content which have not met the water quality standards set by the government PP No. 82 of 2001 and causing the river to be polluted, emitting a pungent odor and disturbing the comfort of the surrounding community. So a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) is needed to treat water before it is discharged into the waters.

Abstract

Work safety issues are closely related to work accidents. Indonesia's work accident rate is still high and tends to increase yearly. The implementation of a practical occupational safety and health (K3) inspection is a preventive measure that can be taken to ensure that the work environment is always safe, healthy, and safe. Inspection is the best way to find problems and assess risks before accidents occur. This study aims to determine the implementation of Occupational Safety And Health (K3) Inspection as an Effort to Prevent Work Accidents in Palm Oil Mills in Kampar-Riau Regency in 2021. The study was from August-September, with the subjects being two workers, two factory supervisors, and 1 HES/Safety. Officer of Palm Oil Mill in Kampar-Riau Regency. This research is descriptive with a qualitative case study method by conducting field observations with the help of checklist sheets and in-depth interviews with document searches. The study results found that the company had carried out occupational safety and health (K3) inspections, which were the manager's responsibility. The company has provided facilities and infrastructure such as providing a budget for carrying out occupational safety and health (K3) program activities such as providing complete protective equipment, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. The company already has a policy regarding Occupational Safety And Health (K3) and company policy towards workers. The OHS management system at the oil palm factory in Kampar Regency has been implemented and refers to government regulation no 50 of 2012. For companies, it is necessary to form a unique organization that oversees the implementation of the OHS program and divides tasks according to the plan with the expertise they have and is listed in the organizational structure with their respective portion.

Abstract

(BLUD) of the public health center in Pekanbaru City is Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 18 of 2017 concerning Systems and Procedures for Financial Management of BLUD public health centers in Pekanbaru City which was updated by Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 187 of 2020 concerning Governance Patterns for Technical Implementation Units of Pekanbaru City Public Health Centers as Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). There are 21 public health centers FKTP) under the supervision of the Pekanbaru City Health Office (. The purpose of implementing the Financial Management Pattern (PPK) of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Pekanbaru City Public Health Center is to improve health services for the community based on the principles of efficiency and productivity without prioritizing profit-seeking. The role of the Health Office is very important in supervising puskesmas in the BLUD Financial Management Pattern (PPK). To evaluate the implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is qualitative with 5 main informants namely the head of the puskesmas and 2 supporting informants from the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources, methods and data. Results of the regulation on the management of BLUD at the puskesmas referring to Permendagri No. 79 of 2018 and Perwako No. 187 of 2020. Dissemination of Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) policies has been carried out but not routinely. There are constraints in terms of quantity and quality of human resources involved in the Financial Management Pattern (PPK) of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Adequate facilities and infrastructure, only management funds are not optimal. The majority of puskesmas do not have problems in the planning process, as evidenced by the fact that there are already documents for planning activities from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) in each community health center. The implementation of the activities of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) has not run optimally according to regulations. The function and role of supervision has not been well coordinated between the health office, the inspectorate, the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). Suggestion: optimizing the roles, functions and duties of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) and the Inspectorate in the supervisory function and evaluating improvements for the activities of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Pekanbaru City public health center.
