Abstract

Studi keefektifan didalam perkembangan pendidikan masa depan yang ditentukan oleh perhatian para warga sekolah, pendidik, kepala sekolah dan orangtua. Untuk mencapai sekolah efektif diperlukan konsep manajemen berbasis sekolah, untuk menuju pendidikan sekolah masa depan yang efektif.This paper tries to develop a concept corcerning the effectiveness of the development of future education which is determined by the degree of attention given by the stakeholders comprising the teachers, the headmasters, student and parents. And to make the school effective, it is necessary that a School-Based Management be developed.

Abstract

Background: Added the age of individual is a physiological process that will occur in every human being, the aging process a person will experience a variety of sleep disorders or insomnia problems. Relaxsation progressive muscle can be done by way of ergonomic gymnastic movement conveyed by Sagiran (2013) states that the exercise is ergonomic gymnastic movement is a movement inspired by the movements as we run a prayer.Purpose: To know the ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta. Methods: The study is quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design, intervention 6 times for 3 weeks performed every 2 weeks time. Then post test 4 weeks to measure the quality of sleep by PSQI. A sample of 15 respondents who are active in Posyandu.Results: The quality of sleep of elderly in Yogyakarta Sewon Kepek Timbulharjo prior to the ergonomics gymnastics has 13 values in 5 respondents with a percentage of 33.32%. After doing gymnastics ergonomic has 15 values in 8 respondents with a percentage 53.33%. Having tested with the Wilcoxon test values obtained significancy 0.011 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta.Keywords: Gymnastics Ergonomics, Sleep Quality, Elderly

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has increasingly spread throughout the world, so the World Health Organization (WHO) has increased the status of world health which was previously endemic to pandemic. In Indonesia, this virus has spread in all provinces. Based on the last updated data (28 May 2020), Surabaya ranks second and tends to continue to rise until now. This data shows that the spread of the virus is very massive and needs to be stopped by following the WHO protocol. The government makes efforts such as physical distancing, PSBB and other efforts. Restrictions on community activities have a major impact including in the field of education. There needs to be a solution in dealing with the spread of the Covid 19 virus in this new normal period. Schools as a center of culture are able to move people in general to care more about others and themselves through "needing to use masks". Implementation methods are tailored to the needs and objectives to be achieved in this activity. PKM activities are carried out through training on making quotes masks as an educational medium for schools and the surrounding community. The results achieved in Community Service activities are partner schools, in this case SMP 6 Ekselent Hang Tuah Surabaya, have the skills to understand the concept of a healthy school by understanding the health of oneself and others referring to WHO standards with the first activity in community activities is in service learning

Abstract

Populasi lansia di Indonesia terus meningkat dengan cepat pada tahun 2021. Munculnya masalah di masa lansia sering dimaknai sebagai masa kemunduran, karena masa ini dianggap sebagai fase akhir dari kehidupan. Kecemasan masih menjadi masalah yang pasti dialami oleh lansia. Ada banyak cara mengatasi kecemasan, salah satunya dengan teknik releasing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik releasing terhadap kecemasan pada lansia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua lansia yang tergabung dalam Posyandu Lansia Melati, Dusun Karet, Kecamatan Pleret, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta yaitu sebanyak 19 orang lansia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada September 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecemasan adalah kuesioner Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS/ZSRAS). Intervensi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi kecemasan adalah teknik releasing untuk melepaskan emosi dengan mengakui emosi yang dirasa saat itu, meminta diangkat emosi saat itu, dan meminta apa yang diharapkan saat itu. Analisis data menggunakan uji analisis paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden sebelum diberikan teknik releasing menunjukkan lansia dengan kecemasan kategori ringan sebanyak 68,4%, sedangkan setelah diberikan intervensi terjadi peningkatan jumlah responden dengan kecemasan ringan sebesar 84,2%. Analisis paired t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antar variabel. Teknik releasing memberikan pengaruh yang positif pada penurunan angka kecemasan pada lansia.

Abstract

This research formulates one problem hit analisis finishing effort goat on Sulton's Father ranch Sidorejo's Village Ponggok's district Blitar's Regency. Expected by this research can become consideration for cattlemen to take a decision deep fattening's effort management goat. This research is done at Fathers own ranch Sulton lies at Pancir's Orchard Sidorejo's Village Ponggok's district Blitar's Regency. Data is taken from one fattening's period which is 3 months utilize case study and data method at fetching descriptive ala and quantitative.Capital constitutes a number goods, service, and money to start an effort stage. Production cost constitutes all cost that issued by producer to result a goods or service product. Differentiated production cost becomes two kinds which is fixed cost( fixed cost ) and offbalance cost( variable cost ). Immanent cost all cost that don't hinge on outgrows its little production. Cost is not immanent all big cost its little cost hinges on outgrows its little production. Of this research is acquired data total production cost as big as Rp 11.977.323, totaled acceptance as big as Rp 16.105.00 so gets to be gotten by Rp's gains 4.127.600 about production periods, gain a moon Rp 1.375.000. Mean while BEP is production it is 16.24 and BEP is price it is Rp 598.866. Base data that at gets from research result, can know effort gain zoom finishing goat and gets to be seen by break even point's break even point or dot finishing effort goat with aught.Keyword : Break even point, Fatenning
