Abstract

This article aims to reveal and reinforce the importance of cultural literacy at school turn. This article uses literature study to assess the literacy issues in depth. The study showed that reviving the school literacy culture can be capital in improving the competence of students and teachers, assist in the formation of student character, and improve the professionalism of teachers and can deliver effective schools into schools.

Abstract

The development of teacher professionalism is in the spotlight of today's world. This is due to the changing paradigm of education as a consequence of the development of the times and challenges of education. This paper aims to provide an overview and understanding of the importance of changing old patterns in developing a teacher's professional. Monotonous and centralistic coaching and training is no longer relevant to use for the present. One of the new methods that deserve to be practiced as a form of teacher professional development is through in-house training. A method that puts forward collaborative, contextual and constructivist approaches so that the value of its benefits is more clearly felt by teachers.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a fundamental educational process. Children at an early age will be very easy to imitate or imitate whatever they see so that with the ability of the principal to show leadership that accentuated the moral aspect of spirituality will be able to help young children in shaping his character. This study aims to find out how the leadership of a moral-based spiritual principal able to improve character learning. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that through the approach of spiritual moral leadership three stages in the formation of the moral karingek knowing; moral feeling; and moral action more easily implemented through the learning process.

Abstract

Kepemipinan moral spiritual merupakan kepemimpinan komprehensif yang menggabungkan beberapa pendekatan secara bersamaan sebagai kekuatan penggerak kepemimpinan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah adalah menguraikan dimensi moral spiritual kedalam kepemimpinan untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif. Kesimpulan kajian ini adalah bahwa dimensi moral spiritual dapat diinternalisasikan dalam kompetensi kepala sekolah yang mencakup lima aspek yaitu kepribadian, manajerial, supervisi, kewirausahaan, dan sosial.

Abstract

Corruption has become an acute problem for the Indonesian people since independence. Various efforts have been made to hack the corruption problem but have not succeeded. The cultural approach would be a solution to the problem. The cultural approach in question is education. Through education, prevention of corruption can be done by creating a healthy environment, strengthening character, and internalizing the noble values ​​in daily behavior for students. Strengthening of character is reflected by cultivating shame, socialization about the importance of honest culture and the bad of cheating both directly and indirectly. Termsuk by making the "Honesty Canteen" to build the honest value habituation of the students. Another effort that can be done is to integrate anti-corruption education in the subjects taught at school. In anti-corruption education must integrate three main domains, namely the domain of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes and behavior (affection), and skills (psychomotor). Implementation of anti-corruption education at the school level can use an integrative-inclusive strategy (inserted in existing subjects) and exclusive (special/individual subjects).

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif adalah jenis pendidikan yang menganut falsafah pemerataan, keadilan dan non diskriminatif untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif hadir untuk membuka akses pendidikan yang seluas-luasnya kepada seluruh warga negara Indonesia khususnya Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang masih status usia sekolah. Diantara sekolah yang menjadi sekolah penyelenggaran pendidikan inklusif adalah SDN No. 39 Cakke yang menjadi sekolah percontohan implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Kabupaten Enrekang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses implementasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di SDN No. 39 Cakke, mulai dari reformulasi, sosialisasi hingga implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian adalah reformulasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada peraturan yang berlaku secara nasional dan juga Peraturan Daerah. Selanjutnya dalam proses sosialisasi, dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua stakeholders. Sedangkan proses implementasi pendidikan inklusif dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek (1) kesiapan sekolah, (2) manajemen sesiswaan, (3) manajemen kurikulum, (4) manajemen tenaga pendidik, (5) manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan (6) manajemen hubungan masyarakat.
