Abstract

Abstract: Walkability is an innovation concept in creating pedestrian path facilities that prioritize pedestrian comfort and minimize air pollution levels. The purpose of this study is to identify the application of the walkability concept in Tasikmalaya City, especially the H.Z. Musthofa to support the City of Tasikmalaya as a productive and sustainable city. The research uses a literature study methodology or literature review by reviewing books and journals related to walkability and other literature such as news and regulations. The results show that the application of the concept of walkability in Tasikmalaya City in realizing Tasikmalaya City as a productive and sustainable city is still very low when viewed from several global walkability index indicators. In realizing the City of Tasikmalaya as a pedestrian-friendly city, there are still some obstacles, such as the misuse of pedestrian paths as parking lots or as places or stalls for Street Vendors (PKL).Abstrak: Walkability merupakan sebuah konsep inovasi dalam menciptakan fasilitas jalur pedestrian yang mengutamakan kenyamanan pejalan kaki dan meminimalisir tingkat polusi udara.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan konsep walkablility di Kota Tasikmalaya khususnya Ruas Jalan H.Z. Musthofa untuk mendukung Kota Tasikmalaya sebagai kota yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi studi kepustakaan atau literature review dengan menelaah buku dan jurnal terkait walkability serta litelature lainnya seperti berita dan regulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan konsep walkability di Kota Tasikmalaya dalam mewujudkan Kota Tasikmalaya sebagai kota yg produktif dan berkelanjutan masih sangat rendah apabila dilihat dari beberapa indikator global walkability index. Dalam mewujudkan Kota Tasikmalaya sebagai Kota yang ramah bagi pejalan kaki masih ditemui beberapa hambatan seperti halnya penyalahgunaan jalur pedestrian sebagai lahan parkir maupun dijadikan tempat atau lapak Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL).

Abstract

Abstract:. The level of risk of public buildings, especially traditional markets, is very high, the facilities and infrastructure available to protect the market are largely unable to function optimally. The purpose of this research is to find out and measure the extent to which traditional markets in Tasikmalaya City are ready and responsive in protecting buildings and the environment from the risk of fire. The method starts with the formulation of the problem, setting the goals to be achieved, compiling a literature review, formulating hypotheses, collecting and processing data, conducting discussions, and the final stage is by drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research and observations carried out in four traditional markets in Tasikmalaya City, the readiness of market facilities and infrastructure as measured by 1) safety procedures in all four markets is still low, 2) evacuation routes and gathering points, there are still no clear evacuation routes and gathering points (there has not been found a marker / director), 3) active protection system (hydrant and APAR), three of the four markets are equipped with a hydrant system but the condition is largely unable to function properly, 4) there is a distance between each building block, from the four observation sites are only the Pancasila market which does not have a clear distance between each building block, 5) supervision and control, management and application of rules on fire risk in almost all market locations is still very low. Overall based on the results of research in four traditional market locations in the City of Tasikmalaya it is still very necessary to improve the quality of fire protection system facilities and infrastructure.Keyword: Facilities_infrastructure, fire_protection, traditional_markets Abstrak: Tingkat risiko bangunan publik khususnya pasar tradisional terhadap bahaya kebakaran sangat tinggi, sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia untuk memproteksi pasar sebagian besar tidak dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mengukur sejauh mana pasar tradisional yang ada di Kota Tasikmalaya siap dan tanggap dalam memproteksi bangunan dan lingkungan dari risiko kebakaran. Metode yang dilakukan dimulai dengan melaksanakan perumusan masalah, menetapkan tujuan yang akan dicapai, menyusun tinjauan pustaka, merumuskan hipotesa, pengumpulan serta pengolahan data, melakukan pembahasan, dan tahapan terakhir adalah dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengamatan yang dilaksanakan di empat pasar tradisional di Kota Tasikmalaya kesiapan sarana dan prasarana pasar yang diukur berdasarkan 1) prosedur keselamatan di keempat pasar masih rendah, 2) jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul, masih belum ditemukan jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang jelas (belum ditemui adanya penanda/pengarah), 3) sistem proteksi aktif (hydrant dan APAR), tiga dari empat pasar sudah dilengkapi dengan system hydrant akan tetapi kondisinya sebagian besar tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik, 4) ada jarak antara tiap blok bangunan, dari keempat lokasi pengamatan hanya pasar pancasila yang tidak memiliki jarak yang jelas antara masing-masing blok bangunan, 5) pengawasan dan pengendalian, pengelolaan dan penerapan aturan tentang risiko kebakaran di hampir seluruh lokasi pasar masih sangat rendah. Secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil penelitian di empat lokasi pasar tradisional di Kota Tasikmalaya masih sangat perlu untuk dilakukan peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana sistem proteksi kebakaran. Kata Kunci: Sarana_prasarana, Proteksi_kebakaran, Pasar_Tradisional.

Abstract

The availability of raw water is very important, both for daily needs and irrigation so that its continuity is sufficient and maintained, water needs must be planned and its use predicted. This research aims to analyze the need for Raw water in the IKK Sukarame SPAM unit for Singaparna District from 2023 to 2027 and analyze the conditions of whether the IKK Sukarame SPAM reservoir planning unit system can meet the existing water needs in Singaparna District. The method in this research is to check the availability of water from SPAM IKK Sukarame and then compare it with the water needs of Singaparna District. From the results of projection calculations based on the analysis of the maximum Raw water demand for 5 villages in Singaparna District in 2027, it is around 523,299 l/s, with an estimated need for a reservoir or storage tank of around 45,213 m³. The availability of storage tanks is around 500 m³ and cannot meet the needs of the 5 villages in Singaparna District.
