Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of employee development variables, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance variables in the implementation of the online system at SMAN 23 Tangerang Regency. The vision of SMA Negeri 23 Tangerang Regency is the realization of graduates who are characterized, intelligent and competitive, while the mission of SMAN 23 Tangerang Regency is: To form a generation of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, creative, skilled and dedicated and have high social sensitivity, motivate students to become individuals independent so that academic and non-academic achievements can be realized, forming students who are able to compete in the global era, developing faith and piety so that they become a source of wisdom in acting, increasing the ability and professionalism of teachers and employees as well as developing systems, organizations, administrative and participatory management through science and technology. technology to create quality schools. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with 44 employees as respondents at SMAN 23 Tangerang Regency. Data analysis with multiple linear regression model, so as to obtain the results of employee development and job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance at SMAN 23 Tangerang Regency. Abstract

Dedication to the Society with the theme Increasing Creativepreneurship in Students at SMKN 4 Tangerang Regency "is a real effort to increase students' ability to create entrepreneurship with a creative approach and following technological developments". Anyone can become a creativepreneur as long as they can create and promote products in a way that is creative, unique, interesting and follows current trends in society. Of course, becoming a creativepreneur is not easy because it requires hard work, commitment and continuous effort as well as following technological developments and trends in society in order to build a successful business. The stages of this community service activity are carried out with the Preliminary Study preparation stage, Preparation of Goals and Targets, Socialization and Registration, Development of Educational Materials including the importance of creativity in entrepreneurship, types of creativepreneur activities, and the use of social media to promote business, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine differences in stock prices, stock trading volume, and stock returns before and after stock splits in companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The research data is daily data for the 2018-2022 period. The population in the study were all companies listed on the IDX that carried out stock splits in the 2018-2022 period. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Of the 41 companies that did stock splits, 33 companies that met the criteria were sampled. This study used SPSS version 25. The method of analysis in this study used a paired difference test with observations 5 days before and 5 days after the stock split. The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed that there were significant differences between stock trading volume and stock returns before and after the stock split. Still, there were no significant differences in stock prices before and after the stock split.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service in Benda sub-district is to support business actors in promoting SME products in Benda sub-district, Tangerang-Banten City. This activity began with a preparation and field survey stage, which involved direct discussions with the village administrators and village officials of Benda Subdistrict to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by SME business actors. Next, the service team carries out the socialization and training stage, which includes five important aspects: (1) how to create attractive products, (2) choosing a strategic location, (3) practice of creating easy promotional content on social media, (4) distribution strategy products to reach customers, and (5) online marketing. This activity aims to produce SMEs in Benda sub-district, especially home-based businesses, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they are able to create good marketing strategies. This research aims to optimize the application of digitalization to MSMEs in Benda Subdistrict, Tangerang City, in order to strengthen their position in increasingly dynamic business competition. Through Community Service with seminars and workshops held to provide motivation and marketing strategies as well as introduce digital technology in MSME business operations. The results show a significant increase in MSMEs' abilities and understanding of marketing strategies and the use of digital technology to face healthy competition.
