Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of professional competence and job motivation mediated by job satisfaction who took the object of Vocational High School Teachers in Margoyoso Districk, Pati Regency. This research is explanatory research that aims to explain the variables that are relevant to the observed phenomena, this study also referred to the population study, the population used in this study is 143 people. Mechanical testing data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, validity and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, before the data were analyzed research data on the test need to be tested is requiremens of the classical assumption.We use the three tests classical assumptionhere are normality test, multikolinieritas test, and heterosketastisitas test, multiple linear regression to know whether it effects or not between independent variables and dependent variables bound, the coefficient of determination is to find out how big is the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable, t test is to determine the feasibility of the model, hypothesis test is to answer whether the hypotesis is accepted or rejected. as well as regression testing mediation. The results show that professional competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job motivation variables have positive and significant impact for job satisfaction. Professional competence hasn’t a positive and not significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job satisfaction mediated the influence professional competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study is an attempt to find out or to test the principle transformational leadership in moderating the effect of internal and discipline motivation toward the teacher’s performance  of  MAN 2 Pati work group. The sample was conducted by using proportional random sampling. The sample consisted of 229 people. The sum of the sample could be obtained by using Slovin formula n = N/ N.d2+1). This study used some technics in testing the data. It involved validationtest using factor analysis, reliability test byusing Alpha Cronbach.  This study used significance test and moderated regression analysis, coefficient of determination and significance test to prove the true of hypothesis and moderation test. The result of this study showed that the influence of internal motivation variable toward teacher’s performance, the influence of discipline variable toward teacher’s performance, the influence of principal transformational leadership toward teacher’s performance was,  principal transformational leadership variable strengthened in teacher’s performance and principal transformational leadership variable strengthened the influence of discipline toward the teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers job satisfaction mediated. Location of the study in the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the District Educational Resources District Apex. In this study population of 194 with a sample of 121 respondents with a purposive sampling method. With a minimum education level criterion D2, minimum age 21 years, minimum term of 4 years, and rank / class minimum gelongan II. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) jawaban.Uji alternative instruments used are validity and reliability, while the test model used is the coefficient of determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t test (t-test). Hypothesis test used in this study is a regression analysis with the t criteria. Hypothesis testing used the t test at significance level frequency distribution (a) 5%. The results showed 85.6% of the change can be explained by the variable performance of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction was 14.4% outside of the model is described. The results of the hypothesis test result that (1) does not affect the work motivation of teachers job satisfaction, (2) the discipline of work have a significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers, (3) work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) job satisfaction significantly the effect on performance teacher Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Kepuasann Work, and Teacher           Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Mencari faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalammemilih situs web; dan (2) Menentukan urutan prioritas faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalammemilih situs web. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yang pertama dilakukan dengan studi literatur untukmenemukan kerangka kerja. Tahap berikutnya, berdasarkan kerangka kerja yang telah dibangun dilakukan tes padakonsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampelyang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Responden ditentukan dengan cara dicari di kampus yang memenuhisyarat sudah melakukan akses situs web yang menyediakan fasilitas penjualan atau pembelian. Banyaknyaresponden pada penelitian ini adalah 107 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1.Unsur situs web dikelompokan menjadi 3 dan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya dari yang paling tinggi adalah: (i)Pencarian informasi; (ii) Transaksi; (iii) Kenyamanan; 2. Tiga komponen pertama situs web yang dianggap sangatpenting berturut-turut adalah sebagai berikut : (i) Informasi yang tepat; (ii) Transaksi aman; (iii) Tersedia informasiproduk yang lengkap; 3. Tiga komponen pertama situs web yang dianggap tidak begitu penting adalah : (i) Selerahumor; (ii) Sound atau musik latar / background (iii) Animasi.Kata Kunci: desain situs web, business to consumer, persepsi pengguna

Abstract

Berkaitan dengan rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh karakteristik sistem terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan; (2) Pengaruh karakteristik sistem terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan; (3) Pengaruh kemudahan yang dirasakan terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan; (4) Pengaruh kemudahan yang dirasakan terhadap perilaku niat; dan (5) Pengaruh manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap perilaku niat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa universitas stikubank yang telah menggunakan e-library. Responden ditentukan dengan cara dicari di kampus yang memenuhi syarat yaitu telah menggunakan e-library. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Karakteristik sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan. (2) Karakteristik sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan. (3) Kemudahan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan. (4) Kemudahan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku niat. (5) Manfaat yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku niat.

Abstract

This study examines Influence Achievement Motivation and professional competence of the teacher performance Moderated by Academic Supervision (Case Study at Junior High School in the District Pemalang Comal). This research is a census means the entire population were subjected to experiments. The population in this study were teachers Comal Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 135 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. Data analysis method used was linear regression to test the moderating effects.The results showed that the achievement motivation and significant have a positive impact on teacher performance. Professional competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Academic supervision does not affect the performance of teachers. Academic supervision does not moderate the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture.Keywords: intrinsic motivation , professional competence, organizational culture, performance teacher and moderation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership andmotivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify andextend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation towork on teacher performance are moderated school climate.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: transformationalleadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performanceof teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence oftransformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, andthe effect on the performance of teachers work motivation is not moderated by schoolclimate.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, school climate, teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation toward Teacher’s performance that is moderated by work environment and academik supervision ( Studies in the District Education Office Pamotan UPT ). The population in this study is that there are teachers in the target areas 1,2.3.4 and 5 Pamotan the District Education Office UPT number of 196 teachers . Sampling was purposive sampling method , which is based on sampling a particular purpose . The criteria used were sampled by taking a sample of employees who have had a minimum term of 5 years . So the number of samples obtained by 132 people. Mechanical testing data used include test validity , reliability testing , test asumsi classic  , the coefficient of determination and significance test to validate the research hypothesis and test moderation . Research shows that Motivation doesn’t affect toward teacher’s performance, work environment dosn’t affect toward teacher’s performance, academic supervision affect positively and significantly toward teacher’s performance, variable of work environment become moderation variable, the effect of motivation toward teacher’s performance, variable of academic supervision doesn’t become moderation variable, the effect of motivation toward teacher’s performance.   Keywords: motivation , work environment , academik supervision and teacher’s performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Intrinsic Motivation for moderated teacher performance style transformational leadership principals. To test the hypothesis, this study uses empirical jurisdiction with census population data retrieval kuesioner.Komitmen Organizational, Intrinsic Motivation and Transformational Leadership is an independent variable. Teacher performance is the dependent variable. Whereas Transformational Leadership principal is moderating variable. The results showed no significant effect on the commitment of teachers performance while the Intrinsic Motivation and transformational leadership style of principals significantly influence teacher performance. Transformational Leadership Style not moderate the principal of Organizational Commitment on teacher performance but moderate Intrinsic Motivation to teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Intrinsic Motivation, Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance
