Abstract

Terlalu banyak untuk menyebut jenis bencana alam yang datang silih berganti menghampiri Indonesia. Volume berita elektronik berbahasa Indonesia tentang bencana alam yang semakin besar merupakan sumber informasi yang berharga. Clustering dokumen teks adalah salah satu operasi pada text mining untuk mengelompokkan dokumen yang memiliki kesamaan isi. Pengelompokan dokumen berita dibutuhkan untuk mempermudah pencarian informasi mengenai suatu bencana tertentu. Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada berita on-line, sehingga system harus dapat mengindikasikan apakah dokumen saat ini memuat atau tidak memuat topic bencana sebelum melihat pada dokumen berikutnya. Pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan keterkaitan antar berita ini diukur berdasarkan kemiripan antar dokumen (similarity). Algoritma ini diuji coba dengan menggunakan sampel berita dari media online. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ini dapat diaplikasikan untuk pengelompokan berita-berita berbahasa Indonesia.   Kata Kunci : Information Retrieval, Stemming, Single Pass Clustering, Cosine Similarity.Disampaikan di Seminar Nasional MIPA UNNES Tahun 2012

Abstract

The process of information retrieval with the internet is often get information very much, but most of information are unneeded. From the viewpoint of information retrieval, a number of information available on the internet more than difficult to get the relevant information, the information that feasible with we needs.This research to cluster documents using Single Pass Clustering Algorithm. This research is emphasized to clustering the Indonesian documents. Links between documents is measured by the simmilarity between the documents. The algorithm was tested with the use of online news archives news documents in HTML format http://www.kompas.com/archive Compass.Test results show that this algorithm can be applied to the grouping of Indonesian documents . Abstract

Instant  messaging  is  a  communication  facility  to the users of internet chat. By using this facility, the   user can communicate  by  sending  a  text  message  to  another  user.  In addition, Instant Messaging also serves to exchange files in a peer to peer. Availability of vast resources and varied, as well as  the  rapid  development  of  techniques  Natural  Language Processing  (NLP),  Information  Extraction  (IE)  and Information Retrieval (IR) greatly influenced the development of  QA  (Question  Answering)  system,  which  used  to  only  be able to answering the questions are limited to a field (domain) specific  to  based  on  structured  information  sources  such  as databases, up to now can answer different types of questions, referring to a collection of information from unstructured text.This  research  is  utilizing  receipts  Instant  Messenger  Google Talk  service  to  provide  information  to  your  questions on the online  disaster.  The  system  works  by  utilizing  a  database  of various sites on the Internet. Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang diperuntukan dalam administrasi dan penelusuran terhadap data perkara pengadilan tingkat pertama. layanan informasi berbasis teknologi ini di dalamnya terdapat pencatatan informasi yang sangat lengkap diantaranya . Aplikasi SIPP merupakan bagian dari Sistem Manajemen Informasi di Pengadilan. Hal ini juga bagian dari transparansi terhadap proses peradilan bagi masyarakat umum. Pada metode Support Vector Machine terdapat fungsi kernel yang memetakan data ke ruang vektor yang berdimensi lebih tinggi sehingga kelas dapat dipisahkan secara linear oleh sebuah bidang pemisah. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada amar putusan Mahkamah Agung tenang merek dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine ini maka mendapat hasil akurasi sebesar 50%. Dengan hasil akurasi yang cukup tinggi yaitu 50% maka metode Support Vector Machine dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi amar putusan kasasi Mahkamah Agung ditolak atau dikabulkan. Abstract

Abstract- Sales is an activity that aims to find, influence and give instructions to buyers in order to adjust their needs with the products offered and enter into agreements regarding prices that are beneficial to both parties. A common problem faced by Bouquet of Flowers is how to predict or forecast the sale of interest in the future based on previous sales data. The method used to predict sales in this case is the single exponential smoothing method. The single exponential smoothing method will try to get sales forecasts and can be seen in the picture of sales fluctuations. In this method forecasting is done by repeating calculations continuously using the latest data, each of the latest data is given a greater weight.The final result of this study is the prediction of Bouquet Flower sales with exponential smoothing method with a value of α = 0.5 obtained MSE value of 220.408.848.886.482, the value of α = 0.7 obtained MSE values ​​of 245.896.287.781.153, the value of α = 0.8 obtained MSE value of 262,328,991,357,180 and the value of α = 0.9 obtained an MSE value of 281,555,575,487,970. Of the three values ​​α = 0.5, α = 0.7, α = 0.8 and α = 0.9, the smallest MSE value is α = 0.5 so the prediction of Buket Bunga sales with exponential smoothing method uses the value α = 0 , 5

Abstract

Abstrak - SMK Petra Timika merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di Kabupaten Mimika Papua. SMK Petra Timika memilik 504 siswa dan 3 jurusan yang terdiri dari TKJ, perkantoran dan akutansi. Siswa merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam evaluasi keberhasilan penyelenggaraan program studi pada suatu SMK Petra Timika. Pemantauan siswa yang masuk, peningkatan kemampuan siswa, prestasi yang dicapai siswa, rasio kelulusan terhadap jumlah total siswa dan kompetensi lulusan harus mendapatkan perhatian yang serius untuk memperoleh kepercayaan masyarakat Timika khususya dalam menilai dan menetapkan penggunaan lulusannya. Penerapan data mining menilai keberhasilan siswa SMK Petra Timika menggunakan metode Naive Bayes Classifier menggunakan data siswa TKJ sebanyak 30 data siswa. Siswa yang dinyatakan berhasil adalah siswa dengan nilai Naive Bayes Classifier > 0,1 sebanyak 20 siswa dengan prosentase 20/30 * 100 % = 67 %sedangkan siswa yang dinyatakan gagal adalah siswa dengan nilai Naive Bayes Classifier <= 0,1sebanyak 10 siswa dengan prosentase 10/30 * 100 % = 33 %.

Data collection method used is observation method, interview and literature study. Methodology of system development in this research use Prototype methodology. The result of this research is creating smart campus application based on android, and in its management research using Codeigniter Framework with Representational Transfer method so that applicator is easy to take student data and safe from hacker.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stikubank University is one of the universities in the city of Semarang. With the rapid technological advances, the campus information system, which was originally developed by the author, became an Android-based Smart Campus application. Data collection methods used are methods of observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development methodology in this study uses the Waterfall methodology. The results in this study are the creation of a smart campus application that is based on android, and in its research management using the AngularJS Framework and the Cordova Framework by using web service technology, the android application can easily obtain student data and can be utilized for the convenience of accessing information.

Abstract

Abstract - The problems that occur in the Prembun Store are related to the arrangement of the goods, so far, the arrangement of the items in the Prembun Shop uses the rules of arrangement based on the type of goods, size, and characteristics of the goods. Item position regulation The Prembun store only uses management subjectivity in arranging goods in the store and has not seen in terms of consumer behavior. Another problem is that there are two types of items based on chemical properties that cannot be brought close to the raw food and insect drugs. Then the arrangement of goods is still not neat. Whereas shop layout that is neatly structured and oriented to consumer desires can be a plus for the store to attract consumer shopping. The association rule method is one of the main techniques in data mining and is the most commonly used form of finding patterns or patterns of a data set. The design of the application to determine the location in the Prembun Store with the data mining rule association method is a search system that contains processing data from transactions, then look for relationships between the items they lead. This information can provide additional information for Prembun Stores in retrieval of results to determine the location items on the Prembun Store shelf.
