Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inventory turnover and asset turnover ratio on return on investment at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that inventory turnover has a significant effect on Return on Investment by 94.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (12.055> 4,350). Asset Turnover Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Investment by 95.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (13.035> 4,350). Inventory turnover and Asset Turnover Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Investment, the regression equation Y = -9,262 + 0,267X1 + 0.073X2 is obtained and the value of determination is 97.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained by the F value> F table or (112.778> 2.770 ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah terhadap terhadap Prediksi Kebangkrutan pada PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk Periode 2012-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk yang terdaftar di BEI. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah Laporan Keuangan PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk periode 2012-2022. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Inflasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Prediksi Kebangkrutan. Nilai Tukar Rupiah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Prediksi Kebangkrutan. Secara simultan Tingkat Inflasi dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Prediksi Kebangkrutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas (Current Ratio) dan rasio solvabilitas (Debt to Equity Ratio) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk tahun 2012-2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa ikhtisar laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2012-2022. Metode data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, pengujian signifikan meliputi uji statistik T dan F, serta uji koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio tidak terdapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil olah data nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar -0.285 < 2,306 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,783 > 0,05. Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak terdapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil olah data nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 1,086 < 2,306 dengan nilai signifikan 0,309 > 0,05. Secara simultan, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak terdapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil olah data nilai Fhitung lebih kecil dari Ftabel sebesar 1,381 < 4,459 dengan nilai signifikan 0,305 > 0,05. Kemudian diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,257 yang menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio memberikan kontribusi 25,7% terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 74,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

This research explores the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Technical Education and Religious Training Center (Pusdiklat) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in South Tangerang. A total of 63 respondents were selected using saturation sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26, employing a quantitative research method and various statistical analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that discipline (X1) positively and significantly impacts employee performance (Y). The motivation variable (X2) also positively and significantly impacts employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination indicates that the discipline and motivation variables can explain 36.6% of the variation in employee performance. In comparison, the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this research model. The hypothesis test shows that the F-value (17.346) > F-table (3.150) indicates a significant overall influence of discipline and motivation variables on employee performance. This study contributes to a better understanding of the factors that can enhance employee performance in the Technical Education and Religious Training Center environment.

Abstract

Harga saham merupakan salah satu indikator pengelolaan perusahaan. Harga saham mengalami perubahan naik dan turun dari waktu ke waktu, hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Sebelum melakukan investasi, calon investor perlu melakukan analisis pada rasio keuangan perusahaan untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dalam berinvestasi demi meraih keuntungan. Secara teori, nilai Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) yang meningkat mempengaruhi kenaikan harga saham. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources  and Technology Tbk. Populasi yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan dari PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Tecnology Tbk sebanyak sepuluh laporan keuangan terhitung dari 2013-2022 dan indeks harga saham penutupan di akhir tahun 2013-2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis desriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan Uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) secara Bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to transfer knowledge on how to maximize operationalization and become a member of the media. Open stalls and Online Business Training in order to increase sales of products and services offered by utilizing open stall applications. The method used is in the form of presentation of material in the form of presentation theory and practice to become a member and market the product. The method of activity used is in collaboration with Karang Taruna and looking for problems in the place so that it can provide the right solution in motivating members who are business people in Karang Taruna. After the analysis, we provide training in the form of materials and practices that aim to develop the ability to increase marketing via bukalapak media (online) for members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan The results of the activity showed that prior to the implementation of the PKM, the members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan were not familiar with the terms related to product marketing via online media, but after the implementation of the activities the Karang Karanguna can understand the basics of operating and becoming a member of the media. Open simple stalls. PKM activities play a positive role in increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in creating an Online Business account.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Tri Darma of Higher Education. In addition, it is expected that through community service, the existence of tertiary institutions can make a major contribution to the development and application of knowledge to the community. The method used in this Community Service is in the form of counseling and coaching that is a better action, process, result, or statement. In this case shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, develops or an increase in something. The results of community service obtained are increased knowledge for students and students conducted in grade 3 of the Department of Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah Jl. H. Mawi No. 292 Desa Bojong Indah, Kec. Parung, Kab. Bogor 16330 with 25 participants, so that they have a good view of how motivated they learn, how to prepare themselves for entering college and the world of work. The knowledge gained in Community Service this time is expected to be able to provide new enthusiasm for us in delivering material and motivation to save and know the growth of money and to contribute to the young generation, both in schools, colleges, communities and families.
