Abstract

This research is supposed the effect Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), (BOPO) Operating Expenses to Operating Income to Return on Asset (ROA) as a proxy of the Financial Performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia period 2014- 2016. The population in this study was 11 Islamic Bank in Indonesia in asset listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia for the period years 2014-2016, and the sample is got as 33 forms 11 banking and 3 periods financial report of 2014-2016 by purposive sampling method. The data analyses employed the use of multiple linear regression with Software SPSS version 16.0. The result from this study indicates that variable Financing to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio has not significant influences on ROA, while BOPO variable has significant influences on ROA. Predictive ability of the three variables on the ROA of 72,3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional gross domestic product, non-performing loans, and loan interest rates on credit absorption by SMEs in Aceh province in the long term. The data used is secondary data in the form of a quarter 1st quarter 1995 to third quarter 2015. The model used in this study is a model of Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to find out the results of short-term estimates, and using Johansen cointegration test to determine the relationship long-term between variables. The data used in this study has been tested with Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) to determine the stationary data. Based on this study it was found that in the long term there is a cointegration relationship between the variables studied. In the short term, the variables affecting the gross regional domestic product and has a one-way relationship with SME loans while variable interest rates have a causal relationship with SME loans in Aceh province, while the NPL variable does not have a causal relationship with SME loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of provincial government sectoral spending on poverty in the era of fiscal decentralization in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the sectoral expenditure variables that are considered closely related to poverty are economic spending, housing and public facilities spending, health spending, education spending, and social protection spending according to provinces in Indonesia. The data in this study is panel data, namely cross-section of 33 provinces, and time series of 4 years, namely the period 2012 - 2015. After the Chow test and Hausman test, as well as the lagrange multiplier test, the analysis model in this study was determined to be the random effect model, which is a common analysis model in panel data analysis. This study concludes that partially negative economic spending on poverty, meaning that sector spending can reduce poverty in the era of fiscal decentralization in Indonesia. In this analysis, it was found that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable was 0.190165 units or 19.02%, and the remaining 80.98% was explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between investment credit variables and the financial performance of MSMEs in the absorption of investment credit in Aceh. This study uses the 2019-2020 time series data by determining as many as 24 selected observers. The analytical method used in this study is a causality test with the help of Eviews 7 software. The study was conducted in Aceh Province in the period April-July 2020. The results showed that there was a one-way causality relationship between the Investment Credit (LKI) variable and the Financial Performance (LKK) variable. SMEs with a probability of 0.065 and a significance level of 10 percent. This means that investment loans that are channeled by banks to MSMEs can affect the financial performance of MSMEs and have a positive and significant relationship at the level of 10 percent. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of investment credit by banks to MSMEs in Aceh can have a positive impact on the financial growth of MSME businesses.

Abstract

Community service focuses on MSMEs affected by Covid-19 for businesses run by 32 business actors in Banda Aceh City. The form of activity is in the form of specific business assistance in financing facilitation to bank financial institutions to obtain working capital and investment. The facilitation method carried out is in the form of training on credit and banking, business mentoring, and business coaching which lasts for 3 months involving cross-related agencies. The results of the service activities are the increasing number of MSMEs that are bankable and fulfill aspects of good business management in accordance with bank requirements to obtain business capital loans. Of the 32 program participants, 62.5 percent are already bankable, while 37.5 percent need further assistance.

Abstract

Based on reports from the Aceh Central Statistics Agency (BPS), open unemployment is dominated by college graduates. The results showed that the application of an effective entrepreneurship curriculum can foster student interest in entrepreneurial activities. This is indicated by the evidence that 57 percent of students taking entrepreneurship courses in this study have opened a business since college and 21.8 percent will start a business less than 1 year after graduating from college. This research was conducted in May-June 2020 with the method of statistical descriptive and analysis crosstabs. The population is the Kutaraja Banda Aceh Polytechnic students and a sample of all study program students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. This study confirms previous research that found entrepreneurship curriculum to be effective in reducing college graduate unemployment.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil perikanan di Aceh Besar memiliki peranan strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dan menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Namun selama 10 tahun terakhir keberadaan UMKM tersebut termarginalkan oleh kebijakan perbankan dalam membuka akses permodalan usaha melalui Kredit Usaha Rakyat. Data Bank Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat Non Performing Loan (NPL) pada usaha sub sektor kelautan dan perikanan mencapai 20 persen.Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini penting dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan pendampingan dan advokasi kepada kelompok UMKM untuk menjembatani kesenjangan dengan perbankan. Metode PkM yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan UMKM terintegrasi dan advokasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan PkM ini yaitu peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengelola usaha, kemampuan membuat proposal kredit, memahami prosedur kredit dan usaha menjadi bankable.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) which are oriented towards achieving output to increase the capacity of UD Bitata Food Banda Aceh's MSMEs in the financial aspect have shown satisfactory results. The problem of financial statements has long been a classic problem for MSMEs and has even placed it as the main problem for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is that universities are scientific institutions and educational services to provide the widest possible benefits to the community by increasing the capacity of the subjects of service. The method applied to this service is training. This method was chosen based on the needs, abilities, and academic considerations of dedication to create the solutions expected by UD Bitata Food. As a result of the training, participants have gained basic knowledge about business finance which has never been prepared according to standards. The knowledge of the trainees was measured by the results of post-training interviews. In addition, the subject has also been able to register his business to get a SiApik account which is used for recording business finances on an ongoing basis. Meanwhile, participants who were trained to become SiApik account operators have been able to input data according to the menu provided, just like compiling a business financial report. Although this service has achieved satisfactory results for both parties, the sustainability of this program is still continued with a pattern of mentoring and mentoring.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) aim to help ease the burden on people affected by Covid-19 in Banda Aceh. This activity has resulted in a caring attitude towards people who need masks at affordable prices. Meanwhile, the price of masks has been influenced by market mechanisms. By empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to produce masks made of cloth, the availability of masks in the market has reduced scarcity so that prices are stable. The method of implementing this activity is direct application in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh nilai investasi, nilai produksi dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Menggunakan data sekunder dengan kurun waktu 10 tahun, mulai tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2017. Metode analisis data menggunakan (Ordinary Least Square/OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai investasi industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sedangkan nilai produksi industri kecil berpengaruh positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sebaliknya upah minimum industri kecil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu secara simultan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang nyata antara variabel bebas nilai investasi, nilai produksi industri kecil dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Utara
