Abstract

Temperature monitoring apparatus is required for the distribution of certain products that are distributed using cold chain method. Temperature gauges that use analog and digital thermometers can not store temperature data in transit. The digital temperature register apparatus (logger) in the market temperature is relatively expensive and does not provide early warning if the temperature in the storage box products out of permitted temperature limits. The research developed a prototype of a temperature monitoring device for the distribution of cold chain products. Case studies on blood distribution are used as a basis for determining the need for temperature monitoring devices. The product prototype is made by stages in accordance with generic product development method. The resulting prototype can provide temperature information in the cold box during the course of blood distribution. The prototype can also provide warnings in the form of sounds and lights when the temperature inside the cold box is outside the ideal temperature limit / permitted for the blood distribution process. Temperature history data during the trip can be stored in NFC Tags. The data can then be read using smart-phone devices that feature NFC.

Abstract

Taxi services involve the number of taxi and demand. A balance is needed for operated taxi and demand, so that the number of canceled order decreases. This system involves taxi and consumers as agents with various behaviors from their agents, then solved using modeling methods. Agent-based modeling is a feasible method used in this study because it can accommodate the properties and attributes of each agent. From the scenario that has been done, the average number of good fleets to operate is 103 fleets, with the canceled order rate is 1.2% and this model proves that the number of operated taxi is sensitive to the number of requests that exist.

Abstract

Pengembangan  komponen telapak tangan prosthetic terdiri dari metacarpal, metacarpal pollicis, dan jari tangan. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu nylon, jumlah komponen sebanyak 87 dan berat 175 gram. Kemampuan ibu jari dan jari telunjuk memegang peranan penting dalam melakukan 6 model gerakan. Posisi ujung phalanx media-distalis ibu jari dan jari telunjuk bertemu pada satu titik, sehingga mampu melakukan gerakan dasar tangan. Pengujian dengan eksperimen empiris pada pengembangan prosthetic tangan kosmetik dilakukan untuk mengetahui rotasi dari titik koordinat pada sendi pada saat aktivitas pemegangan. Sumbu koordinat ruang dan sistem dimana sumbu x, y, dan z, dengan titik nol ditetapkan pada pangkal poros utama. Model mekanisme prosthetic tangan kosmetik dengan sistem penarikan pada kendali kabel eksternal. Pengukuran tekanan pada ibu jari dengan jari telunjuk sebesar 493 gram yang dilakukan dengan alat dial indicator, pengukuran tekanan ibu jari dengan jari tengah sebesar 487 gram. Pengujian beban tarikan kabel untuk membuka jari menjadi terbuka penuh sebesar 4.291 gram dengan alat force gauge. Persamaan Newton-Euler menghasilkan besarnya torsi melalui persamaan forward (maju) dan backward (mundur). Rotasi matriks yang disimbolkan xRx+1, dengan x adalah titik mulai dan x+1 adalah titik tujuan. Titik koordinat pada tiap ruas sebagai degree of freedom pada tiga titik, yaitu titik 0, titik 1, dan titik 2. Perhitungan matriks rotasi menggunakan titik awal (origin) dan titik tujuan (destination). Titik 0 jari ditentukan pada sendi metacarpophalangeal, titik 1 pada sendi interphalangeal proximalis, dan titik 2 pada ujung komponen phalanx media-distalis sebagai end effector dimana ω0 = v0 = 0 dan gravitasi g = 9,8062 m/s2. Besarnya torsi maksimal dicapai pada gerakan spherical sebesar 10,00449 N.m, dengan mengkonversikan besaran torsi ke daya maka dicapai sebesar untuk gerakan spherical sebesar 12,5046 watt, dan daya terkecil pada gerakan lateral dan tip sebesar 12,5041 watt. Daya yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar menentukan spesifikasi motor. Spesifikasi motor yaitu tipe motor servo dengan seri PTSV4835 atau SV4835, rpm 55,1, volt (12,13 V), I (4.27 amp), input (51,82 watt), torque ( 47 kg-cm), output (26,60 watt) dan efficiency sebesar 51,33%. The position of the tip-media Phalanx distalis thumb and index finger meet at one point, so that they can perform the basic hand movements. Measurement of pressure on the thumb with the index finger of 493 grams which is done by means of a dial indicator, measuring the pressure with the thumb middle finger for 487 grams. Load Testing pull cable to open the fingers to be fully open by 4291 grams with a force gauge. Newton-Euler equations to produce the amount of torque through the equation forward (forward) and backward (backward). Rotation matrix symbolized xRx +1, with x is the starting point and x +1 is the destination point. Point coordinates on each segment as a degree of freedom on three points, namely the point 0, point 1 and point 2. Rotation matrix calculation using the starting point (origin) and the destination point (destination). Fingers 0 points specified in the metacarpophalangeal joints, point 1 on the interphalangeal joints proximalis, and point 2 at the end of the media components of Phalanx distalis as end-effector where ω0 = v0 = 0 and the gravity g = 9.8062 m/s2. The amount of the maximum torque is achieved on the movement of spherical 10.00449 Nm, with the amount of torque to convert the power to achieve registration to the movement of spherical 12.5046 watts, and the smallest at lateral movement and the tip of 12.5041 watts. The resulting power can be used as the basis for determining the motor specifications. Specification of the type of motor servo motor with PTSV4835 or SV4835 series, 55.1 rpm, volts (12.13 V), I (4:27 amp), the input (51.82 watts), torque (47 kg-cm), output (26.60 watts) and the efficiency of 51.33%. Abstract

TIX ID is application in Indonesia that provides new experiences in purchasing cinema tickets. The success of a company can be seen from service quality in fulfilling the satisfaction of customers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to designing the proposed improvement TIX ID online cinema ticket purchase service quality. This study was conducted in three stages, namely testing the hypotheses of the relationship between variables using PLS-SEM, measuring service quality using the servqual method, and designing the proposed improvement. The result of this study is e-service quality has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. In addition, the dimensions of e-service quality are dominant effect on the low TIX ID service quality is compensation, with a gap of 27%. Recommendations for improvement are providing customer access to be able to contact customers service directly and SOP of the cooperation TIX ID and DANA.

Abstract

Pabrik Tahu Karya Mukti adalah Industri Rumah Tangga yang terletak di Desa Bandungan, kebersihan adalah hal yang kurang diperhatikan oleh pabrik. Observasi yang telah dilakukan menemukan bahwa dinding pabrik berdebu, langit-langit pabrik dipenuhi sarang laba-laba, lantai pabrik kotor, lubang angin berdebu dan dipenuhi sarang laba-laba, serta sampah yang dibuang sembarangan di gudang sekam padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pemenuhan stándar GMP dan WISE pada Pabrik Tahu Karya Mukti serta memberikan usulan perbaikan pada elemen yang tidak sesuai sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu IRTP untuk mendapatkan SPP-IRT, menghasilkan produk yang aman dikonsumsi masyarakat serta mewujudkan kondisi kerja yang lebih aman, sehat, dan nyaman. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah ditemukan 12 kriteria yang tidak memenuhi standar GMP dan 3 kriteria yang mendapat usulan tindakan prioritas pada WISE. Usulan perbaikan diberikan kepada 12 kriteria GMP yang mendapat ketidaksesuaian kritis dan serius serta 3 kriteria WISE yang mendapat kategori usulan tindakan prioritas.
