One of political phenomena in 2019 in Indonesia is the polemics caused by a political poem by Fadli Zon (FZ) entitle Doa yang Ditukar (exchanged prayer) which was considered as mocking one of Nahdhatul Ulama Senior Clerics, Maemon Zubair known as Mbah Moen. There was unclear subject/ character of Kau (you) in the poem which was suspected as referred to Mbah moen. Indonesian Mass media made this situation worse by only discussed it politically and legally without ever touching language and literary discourse in their programs as means of social education. Therefore, in this study, the poem Doa yang Ditukar by Fadli Zon is analyzed from structural narrative point of view which sees poetry as narrative structure which its meaning is built by intrinsic elements. The result of this study shows that first the poem Doa yang Ditukar by Fadli Zon narrate about the struggle between we which refers to the narrator and pejuang istikomah and amanah and kau which refers to amoral government and its companions. Second it is hard to show that there is mockery made by the poem because there is no clear subject of kau refered to certain person in reality.

Bahurekso, one of Pekalongan`s folktales and local wisdoms, is promoted to be taught in school. However, not all folktales can be taught to students. Like literary work, Folktale needs to be read critically.In this paper, Bahurekso was analyzed from the perspective of post colonialism. The aim of this research was to find colonial values or ideologies contained in the story. The data were collected through library research by collecting supported data from journals, books and other related sources.The result of the study showed that Bahurekso story contained colonial values in form of representation of Baurekso as coward, traitor, and deceitful hero. In fact, Bahurekso isMataram commander who died in Battle of Batavia to fight against Dutch Colonial. This false representation created bad figure of Bahurekso and students cannot take him as role model. This was the colonial agenda to stigmatize Indonesian heroes as bad and to maintain this stigma Dutch colonial hired dalang (shadow puppet masters) to use false Bahurekso story in their performance so that people unconsciously accept the story as truth.

The emergence of Indonesian young celebrities from Hijrah movement who made Islamic children's films as a means of da'wah (Islamic missionary) is interesting to be studied. Different from Nussa, Riko the Series is one of the children's Islamic films that raises the issue of religion, children and technology relations. This study aims to find the representation of robots and the relationship between robots and children in children Islamic film Riko the Series from the perspective of Post-humanism. This study is library study. The data is in forms of audio visual and verbal transcripts from Riko the Series film, official website and from interview with the initiators taken from internet. The data were collected and analyzed using documentation to explore the concepts of post-humanism and its relation to representation of robot and robot-young adult relation in Riko the Series film. Content analysis is used as method to analyze the relation between robot and children. The result of the study showed that Riko the Series represents post-humanism in the following aspects: 1) New awareness of religion toward technology which represented by the inclusion of robot Q110 to Modern Upper Middle class of Islamic family, 2) It places robot in relation to human being without undermine it as merely object by treat it as modern child caretaker who educate, protect and become the partner of children. However, the relation between robot and children are still unbalance in which robot is more dominant than children so that it creates over reliance and dependence on using robot to children.

Instead of being a philosophy of nation, Pancasila is part of discourse in which its meaning are still made, remade and negotiated. Through empiric experiences, people try to make sense of the concept of Pancasila and how it manifested in people action to be defined as „Pancasilais’ (bring Pancasila as way of life or ideology). The concept and act of „Pancasilais’ can be traced from the metaphor people made in their works. Pancasila Mencinta is a collection of poems made by seventeen (17) Indonesian poets trying to make sense of Pancasila and being “Pancasilais”. In this paper, the collection of poem above was analyzed from the perspective of metaphor study. The aim of this research was to find concept of Pancasila as ideology in view of poets from the metaphor found in their poems. Lakoff and Johnson theory of conceptual metaphor was used to reveal the poets‟ concept and understanding of Pancasila. The data were collected through library research by collecting supported data from journals, books and other related sources. Data were analyzed by 5 steps offered by Steen (2002); they are metaphorical focus, metaphorical idea, metaphorical comparison, metaphorical analogy, metaphorical mapping. The result of the study showed that Pancasila is understood as holy book which can solve all problem of the nation. Even all problems are caused by people leaving and forgetting Pancasila. This understanding is influence by the experience of religion. Therefore, Pancasila is understood as dogma just like religion.

Teaching abstract concept in literature like othering to English students can be challenging for it is difficult for students to visualize and relate to their reality. Using popular movie can help them visualize the concept lively. Popular science fiction movie like X-Men is not merely imaginative and full of fantasy; it also has relevant issue on concept of othering in Education. Therefore, instead of using it as means of teaching English skill, it can also be used as mean of helping students easily to understand difficult and abstract concept especially about othering in education. Deconstruction method and theory of movie for ELT is explored to describe othering in X-Men movie and how to the use of X-Men film as the mean to teach othering in education.It is found that X-Men provided critics of othering in education represented by negative views and different treatments to mutantsin field of education. The practices of othering were in form of discourses like seeing mutants as abnormal, a threat to normal people, and diseases needed curing and they were not allowed to go to normal school. To present the othering concept in X-Men, the lesson session were divided into three parts; previewing, viewing and post viewing.Keywords: X-Men, movie for ELT, othering in education

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakpastian berakhirnya pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada ancaman siswa menjadi putus belajar dan menurunnya kualitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, sekolah harus selalu siap siaga dengan sistem pendidikan yang baru yang berbeda dengan sistem pendidikan sebelumnya. Sistem pendidikan sekolah Tanggap pandemic (Resilience Education System) menjadi salah satu solusi tepat untuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan di masa pandemic dan masa pasca pandemic. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kesiapan dari sekolah menuju Resillence Education Sistem terutama dalam aspek pembelajaran dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan untuk mengetahui peta kesiapsiagaan sekolah di masa pandemic dan pasca pandemic. Seting penelitian di SMA negeri di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Subjek penelitiannya adalah para pimpinan sekolah yang diambil sebagai sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara kuisioner dan interview dan hasil dari pengumpulan data dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah belum cukup siap untuk mengelola sistem pembelajaran daring terutama dalam peningkatan keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran daring, pelibatan keluarga dan masyarakat dalam pembelajaran daring, dan peningkatan literasi digital dan pembelajaran mandiri.

Pembelajaran daring masa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami kendala terutama di daerah dengan infrastruktur komunikasi yang masih minim. Kesulitan akses sinyal internet menjadi halangan paling dominan. Oleh karena itu, teknologi berbasis modular luar jarring (luring) sangat diperlukan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini betujuan untuk membantu guru menggunakan Flip PDF sebagai alternative modul digital yang lebih menarik dan dapat digunakan secara luring untuk pembelajaran pada masa pandemic. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di PKBM An Nur yang terletak di Paninggaran Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam waktu 4 bulan yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi guru PKBM yang masih kesulitan untuk membuat e-modul yang sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah, kearifan local, menarik dan interaktif. Dengan e-modul, pembelajaran mandiri menjadi lebih menarik, kaya akan sumber belajar dan tidak terhambat dengan ketiadaan sinyal internet.

Abstract: Game-based learning technology has many advantages and can overcome the low literacy, numeracy skills, and interest in learning of Bandengan 02 elementary school students. However, the resources owned have not been maximally utilized by teachers. So it is necessary to provide assistance in preparing game-based learning technology for teachers. Teachers who are able to develop game-based learning can improve literacy, numeracy, and student interest in learning in the classroom. The method of implementing community service is service learning (SL). Service learning is a learning method that prioritizes service, both to oneself, to others, and to the environment. The assistance provided was in the form of preparation of a Google Site and Wordwall for learning by teachers of SDN Bandengan 02, numeracy learning assistance in the classroom; and literacy learning assistance in the classroom. The implementation team, consisting of three lecturers and two students, divided the tasks for each of the program plans. The results of the implementation of the activities obtained an increase in literacy skills by 16% and numeracy by 26% for students of SDN Bandengan 02, and 90% of SDN Bandengan 02 teachers were able to develop a personalized Google Site to facilitate students' independent learning. Keyword: google site; learning technology; literacy; numeracy; service learning Abstrak: Teknologi pembelajaran berbasis permainan memiliki banyak keunggulan serta mampu mengatasi rendahnya kemampuan literasi, numerasi dan minat belajar siswa SD Bandengan 02. Akan tetapi sumber daya yang dimiliki belum maksimal dimanfaatkan oleh guru. Sehingga perlu adanya pendampingan penyusunan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis permainan untuk guru. Guru yang mampu Menyusun pembelajaran berbasis permainan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi, numerasi serta minat belajar siswa di kelas. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu service learning (SL). Service Learning merupakan sebuah metode pembelajaran yang mengutamakan sebuah pelayanan, baik pelayanan terhadap diri sendiri, terhadap orang lain, maupun terhadap lingkungan. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berupa, penyusunan Google Site dan Wordwall untuk pembelajaran oleh guru SDN Bandengan 02, pendampingan pembelajaran numerasi di kelas, pendampingan pembelajaran literasi di kelas. Tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari tiga dosen dan dua mahasiswa membagi tugas untuk masing-masing rencana program tersebut. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh yaitu peningkatan kemampuan literasi sebesar 16% dan numerasi sebesar 26% untuk siswa-siswa SDN Bandengan 02, dan 90% Guru-guru SDN Bandengan 02 mampu menyusun Google Site pribadi untuk memfasilitasi siswa belajar secara mandiri. Abstract: Literacy and numeracy are two important skills that every individual must have, especially in the current digital era. However, SDN 02 Mayangan is classified as a school with low literacy and numeracy skills. This can be seen from students in high classes still not being able to complete multiplication operations, students' literacy levels are relatively low, and students feel bored in class learning. Appropriate learning media and integration of local wisdom in learning can help improve student literacy and numeracy. However, most teachers have not been able to create learning media that suits students' needs and is based on local wisdom. Thus, there is a need for training and assistance in creating local wisdom-based learning media for teachers. The method for implementing this community partnership program uses Service Learning (SL). The SL method consists of four steps, namely investigation, preparation, action, and reflection. With this community service activity, teachers can improve their abilities in compiling and applying digital media, snakes and ladders media, and storybooks based on local wisdom to optimize students' literacy and numeracy skills. In this activity, 82% of participants felt very satisfied with the material presented and 80% of participants felt very satisfied with the method used. Keyword: learning media; local wisdom; literacy; numeracy Abstrak: Literasi dan numerasi merupakan dua keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu, terutama di era digital saat ini. Namun, SDN 02 Mayangan tergolong sekolah dengan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi yang rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari siswa pada kelas tinggi masih belum bisa meyelesaikan operasi perkalian, tingkat literasi siswa tergolong rendah, dan siswa merasa jenuh dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Media pembelajaran yang tepat dan integrasi kearifan local dalam pembelajaran dapat membantu meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Namun demikian sebagian besar guru pun belum mampu membuat media pembelajaran yang sesuai kebutuhan siswa dan berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan demikian diperlukan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal untuk guru. Metode pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini menggunakan Service Learning (SL). Metode SL terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu investigasi, persiapan, tindakan, dan refleksi. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menyusun dan menerapkan media digital, media ular tangga, dan buku cerita berbasis kearifan local untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Pada kegiatan ini, 82% peserta merasa sangat puas terhadap materi yang disampaikan dan 80% peserta merasa sangat puas terhadap metode yang digunakan.
