Abstract

AbstractThe carrying capacity of a particular soil depends on the density of the soil that constitutes the layer.   The smaller the value of CBR (California Bearing Ratio)  of soil layer of a particular soil type, then the layer made on it should be thicker.  In Indonesia, rarely found compacted soil and achieve high CBR value.  Soft clay soils that are common in the lowlands or beaches on average have a low CBR value. Soil samples used in this study originated from the  Sukajawa Village, Bumi Ratu  Nuban Sub District, Central Lampung.  The aim of this research is to know the disturbed CBR value mixed with bagasse ash 6%, and matos weighing 3,5817 gr cured for 28 days then soaked with duration 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. Based on AASHTO classification, this soil belongs to group A-7-6, with LL value 56,69%, PL 26,69%, PI 30,02%.  Under condition without immersion, CBR value was 41,8%, and at 7, 14, 21, and 28 day immersion condition, CBR value was 14,6%, 12,8%, 10,7%, and 9,2%.  From the results of this study it can be concluded that the soil with a mixture of 6% bagasse ash and matos is good for use as a subgrade in road construction because the CBR value> 6% is soaked for 28 days.Keywords : Soft Clay Soil, Bagasse Ash, Matos, CBR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghitung korelasi data curah hujan terukur dengan data curah hujan hasil perhitungan dengan masing-masing metode menggunakan lima stasiun.Dari hasil penilitian menggunakan metode Rata-Rata Aljabar, metode Normal Ratio, metode Inversed Square Distance dan metode Modifikasi dengan data hujan harian satu tahun, data hujan kumulatif bulanan, maupun data hujan rata-rata bulanan, dapat diambil kesimpulan semakin banyak jumlah stasiun maka semakin baik nilai korelasinya. Nilai korelasi dengan data hujan kumulatif bulanan sertadata hujan rata-rata bulanan menggunakan beberapa jumlah stasiun yang berbeda setiap masing - masing metode tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata korelasi persentase perbedaannya 0,049% sampai dengan 0,059%.

Abstract

This research conducted to study the characteristics of daily rainfall and model making ofsynthetic daily rainfall in Pringsewu regency using periodic model, stochastic model and periodicstochastic models. This research conducted using daily rainfall data with length of 1984-2013from three rainfall stations, Pringsewu, Wonokriyo and Banyuwangi rainfall stations.These models performed by using 512 days annual data. Using rainfall frequency obtained andapplying the spectral method and the least squares method, it can be generated the daily rainfallperiodic models. Rainfall stochastic model assumed as the difference between rainfall data withperiodic rainfall models. Based on data from the series of stochastic, the component wascalculated using the approach of autoregressive models. Stochastic model was presented by usingthe autoregressive model of order three. Periodic stochastic model obtained by merging periodicmodel and stochastic model. Model validation and data obtained by calculating the correlationcoefficient. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that daily rainfall time seriescan be very significantly approximately recorded rainfall data. With the the average value ofcoefficient correlation of periodic model is 0.98019, coefficient correlation of stochastic model is0.99808, and coefficient correlation stochastic of periodic model is 0.99993keywords: daily rainfall, autoregresif models, stochastic component.

Abstract

Flooding is an event that occurs when water flows water on the land, the EU defines flooding as a temporary immersion by water on land that is not normally submerged in water. Based on water sources that become reservoirs on earth, the type of flood is divided into three, namely river flood, lake flood, and flood tides. Floods that occur in some areas in Lampung are caused by overflow of water from rivers such as Way Hui rivers triggered by several things, namely garbage, river narrowing and drainage, and high rainfall. This study aims to analyze rainfall data in the study area. In addition, the plan also aims to calculate the design of rain and flood design in the study area and conduct retaining wall planning in the study area. In this study, the procedures used are data collection of rainfall and river basin data, calculation and rainfall analysis, calculation and analysis of rainfall design, calculation and analysis of rainfall intensity, calculation and design of debit analysis, calculation and analysis of slope stability, And Plan budget (RAB) budget. The results showed that the calculation of slope stability using Fellenius Method and Bishop Method. After the calculation, the security number (FK) of 1,317 for the Fellenius Method, and the security number (FK) for the Bishop Method is 1.351. With these results, the FK> 1 qualified safe is for the planning of retaining wall in Way Hui river. Then the authors calculate the cost budget plan (RAB) to build the retaining wall of the land and obtained a price of about Rp. 428.215.506,00. Keywords: flood, slope stability, flood dischargeAbstrakBanjir adalah peristiwa yang terjadi ketika aliran air merendam daratan, Uni Eropa mendefinisikan banjir sebagai perendaman sementara oleh air pada daratan yang biasanya tidak terendam air. Berdasarkan sumber air yang menjadi penampung di bumi, jenis banjir dibedakan menjadi tiga, yaitu banjir sungai, banjir danau, dan banjir laut pasang. Banjir yang terjadi disejumlah daerah di Lampung yang disebabkan oleh meluapnya air-air dari sungai seperti sungai Way Hui yang dipicu oleh beberapa hal, yaitu sampah, penyempitan sungai dan drainase, serta curah hujan yang tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa data hujan pada daerah studi. Selain itu, perencanaan ini juga bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan hujan rancangan dan banjir rancangan pada daerah studi dan melakukan perencanaan dinding penahan tanah pada daerah studi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini prosedur yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data hujan dan data DAS, perhitungan dan analisa hujan kawasan, perhitungan dan analisa hujan rancangan, perhitungan dan analisa intensitas hujan, perhitungan dan analisa debit rancangan, perhitungan dan analisa stabilitas lereng, dan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan stabilitas lereng menggunakan Metode Fellenius dan Metode Bishop. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan maka diperoleh angka keamanan (FK) sebesar 1,317 untuk Metode Fellenius, dan angka keamanan (FK) untuk Metode Bishop sebesar 1,351. Dengan hasil tersebut maka memenuhi syarat aman yaitu FK > 1 untuk perencanaan dinding penahan tanah pada sungai Way Hui. Kemudian penulis menghitung rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) untuk membangun dinding penahan tanah tersebut dan diperoleh harga sekitar Rp. 428.215.506,00  Kata kunci : banjir, stabilitas lereng, debit banjir

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan gambaran umum kepada masyarakat tentang air tanah yang ada dengan cara menginventarisasi, mengeksploitasi, mengeksplorasi dan konservasi air tanah di Kota Bandar Lampung. Studi ini menggunakan program Geographic Information System (GIS) yang didukung dengan data sekunder berupa peta Bandar Lampung, data air tanah serta data curah hujan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan digitasi terhadap peta yang terdiri dari peta kondisi eksisting Bandar Lampung yang selanjutnya dioverlay dengan titik lokasi sumur bor menggunakan program GIS. Selain proses digitasi, dilakukan pula analisa neraca air tanah yakni antara tinggi air pengambilan sumur bor dengan tinggi hujan yang terinfiltrasi. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan nilai keseimbangan air di tiap zona infiltrasi pada tahun 2006 yakni untuk zona infiltrasi <1.10-2 cm/detik selisihnya sebesar 7,909 m/tahun, zona infiltrasi antara 1.10-2 - 2.10-2 cm/detik selisih 7,896 m/tahun dan zona infiltrasi > 2.10-2 cm/detik 7,881 m/tahun. Jika diasumsikan setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan jumlah sumur sebesar 10% maka pada tahun 2016, untuk zona infiltrasi <1.10-2 cm/detik selisihnya sebesar 7,896 m/tahun, zona infiltrasi antara 1.10-2 - 2.10-2 cm/detik selisih 7,863 m/tahun dan zona infiltrasi >2.10-2 m/detik 7,823 m/tahun. Dari hasil analisa tersebut bisa disimpulkan pada tahun 2016 air tanah masih mencukupi untuk kebutuhan Kota Bandar Lampung, namun jika di lanjutkan sampai tahun 2079 kemungkinan akan mengalami krisis air tanah.Kata kunci : air tanah, neraca air, Geographics Information System (GIS)

Abstract

In the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung there is a pool with a small reservoir that can overflow during the rainy season, because it has not been able to accommodate the inflow water. The solution is planning a small dam to increase its function as water reservoir, flood control, and conservation.The methods are used to redesign this small dam conservation are hydrological analyses, small dam construction planning, analysis stability of  planned constructions and estimating building construction cost.  The result are storage capacity of small dam is 3627,9560 m3 from storage capacity before redesign is 3219,7176 m3, the flood debit of 0,8219  m3/s with cycle period 5 years,  small dam planned height of 4,5 m,withabaseelevationat+103,5 thedamcrestelevation+106,61. Spillway which used is Open Ogee type and basin specific energy building Vlughter type. Stability small dam construction stated as safe with flood condition, normal condition and empty condition. Cost estimated of design planning of conservation small dam at Medicine Faculty University of Lampung is Rp3.265.660.000. (three billion two hundred sixty five million hundred sixty thousand Rupiah). Keyword : Small dam, Conservation, University of Lampung
